Hiya there Everyone ;)

My mentor, Erulisse, chanced upon ToyVoyager during one of her random net-surfing session (I think she was looking up Geocaching on Wikipedia) and decided register me as one.  Got my ID & activation code today and am so excited to be part of the TV community! ^_^V

Mhmm... unfortunately, I've been notified by Erulisse, that I'll be doing most of my travels with her, as after much contemplation, she has concluded that the risks of me getting lost somewhere is way too great.  Guess that means I won't be able to visit as many places as other TVs travelling alone... but despite that, am still pleased.  Her decision simply reinforces what I already know - that I'm too important to lose!

Anyway, Erulisse isn't a total bore :Þ

Prior to officially being a TV, I've been taken many places around Singapore.  To museums, to the zoo, to movies, to cafe & restaurants... etc.  I've even been taken to Greece in 2009 with my best friend, Mr Greedy who will probably get his own ID someday!

Here is myself, with some of my friends: Mr Greedy, Skubb the fish, Meep the ant, Brown-brown, Piggybank, Sakuragi, Sleep the dirty piggy, Blurcat and the BlackWhite Piggies.

Gonna upload some pix of my past travels soon... but don't expect too many as I am not one to dwell on the past.  Besides... everything is already on my facebook.  So... Till the next time ~~~ Bump out =)

:o Erulisse brought home a new friend - A tiny mouse that she named Archimonde!  omg... I think she plays World of Warcraft too much.  Fancy naming a sweet little thing like that after the Eredar Overlord!!

In time, Archimonde will be a TV that gets to travel by himself, to various places in the world.  I think there'll be some preparation involved before that happens though.  Overheard Erulisse talking about making an ID card of sorts for him, and maybe even his very own passport.  Grrrr... that makes me kinda jealous.

Wow that was quick!  Archimonde has gotten his own TV ID and made his first post on the Travelog a while ago.  Am confident that he'll get his first travel offer pretty soon.  Am still envious, but am trying not to think too much about it.  He's been a nice pal so far, shy but fitting in really really well.  Anyway it's been an epicly loooooong day, helping Arch adjust to his new surroundings and all.  Looking forward to the weekend ~ though am not too sure if we'll be going anywhere.  There's heaps to do at home and I think my mentor has some errands to run. Mhmmm... I wonder what's on television.....

Gee how quickly time flies.  The weekend has come and gone!  My mentor spent the most of it the same way she does every weekend - attending what she calls a "raid" in WoW.  I do not really understand everything that's going on but I kinda enjoy watching the action on the monitor!  Persuaded her to let me have a shot and well... the results are pretty self-explanatory.

Haha perhaps I do not have any gaming cells.  Erulisse did suggest that I create a toon on another realm to just check out the game.  I might just take up the offer.  Perhaps a cute little blue-haired gnome that goes by the name of Bumpie... :P

Outram Polyclinic, Singapore - 26th March 2011

By: Erulisse

Accompanied my mentor to the polyclinic today to obtain a referral to the National Eye Center (NEC) for a check-up.  I hate polyclinics!  They are government run clinics of sorts, with subsidized consultation fees & medicine fees but the wait time each visit is just totally ridiculous!  Not to mention, the doctors seem generally uninterested and grumpy.  Guess that's the result of paying less for something.

Anyway this is me, with the queue number at the waiting area.

Slightly more than 2hrs after registration, it was finally our turn to see the doctor.  The entire consultation was over in less than 5min.  Mission accomplished!  What a waste of time though, but there's not much of a choice as medical fees are pretty high here =(

After leaving the polyclinic, we walked back to the MRT station and on the way, passed by the Bloodbank @ HSA.  My mentor informed me that that's the place where peeps go to donate blood.

Met the "mascot" who was huge!  He held me easily in one palm!

Chatted with the mascot a little before going home.  I wonder if blood donation is painful.  I hear it saves lives, so it should be a good thing!  I don't have blood though... well, till the next time!!
