Travelog for: Grumpy

So ... my first travellog
I´m Grumpy and I´m searching for new friends in the world.
My owner is sick and I couldn´t do so much without her but a fotoshoot with my friends.
I hope to find back my smile in the world.

So, my trip will begin NOW!!!!
I was a bit skeptic but I wanna find back my smile.. so ... let the travel begin...

After a bumpy trip, I have arrived.


I woke up to find myself surrounded by furry woodland creatures.

You can imagine my surprise.  I didn't seem to be in a forest.  It looked like someone's kitchen table, actually.  They were 3 bunnies, and a lamb who I'm told is very drowsy.  This is a strange land, but the natives are very nice so far.  I'll report back on future adventures...

I accompanied my hosts on what I'm told is called a "field trip."


I suppose this could be called a field.


Don't tell anyone, but I like this new guy, Eddy Bear.  He's friendly.


Why are we in a tree?


Nice bridge.  Maybe I will protect it and charge a toll for all who want to cross.




My hosts love photographing me and my fellow TV's in trees.  I don't know what that is about.  The bark is not very comfortable. This is me and Eddy Bear, and Mary Louise and Pink Bunny and Gray Rabbit. 


It's impossible to be grumpy around such pretty flowers...but don't tell anyone I said that. 


These comics look like a HUGE waste of time to me.

Am having an acceptable time.  Wonder what we'll do next.

We had some sort of beverage centered social today.


Gray Rabbit and Mary Louise were on my right.  Gray Rabbit is a right upstanding chap and Mary Louise is so sweet, but don't tell them I said that.



Eddy Bear was on my left.  He and I are becoming good friends.  But don't tell him I said that.


I liked my tea, but don't tell anyone.

I'm having a not unpleasant time, but that's between you and me.

We got to leave the ranch today.


I believe this is a place where people house books.


This is the latest Pastel-Colored Woodland Creature to join our group.  Seems an all right chap.


This Zen Garden is making me feel...calm and peaceful.  I don't like it!


Back out in the sun, by the L.A. River. Doesn't look like much of a river to me.  More like a drainage ditch.

We are in a tree!  AGAIN!


Now we're someone's dinner!  Just great!!

Hello Crabby.  I am Grumpy.  You guys are the only ones here who understand me...

Off to some event called "Thanksgiving"  Not sure what that is all about, but I do like this Eddy Bear and Candy Cotton is alright.


We made it to the Philadelphia airport.


Are we allowed to be up here?


I don't think this cart is correct either

So this is a farm.


It is a pretty big place


I think this place might be a jail.  Lots of fences around here.


This goat looks harmless enough


They sure do seem to lock up many different goats




Maybe I can find the lock on this thing.


Looks like they put the llama in solitary confinement


I don't think it is looking that good for you, my fine feathered friend


Not all the inmates are locked up, they let the ducks and geese just wander around.

It was a little cold, but everyone seemed nice.  They all got excited about this "Thanksgiving" but I still don't think I know what it is all about.  We are back in LA.  I will have to ask Eddy Bear more about it.



So, what are you guys in for?

I didn't go to the office with Candy Cotton and Eddy Bear because I wanted to stay home and be grumpy!!!



But it didn't quite work out as planned...


*Sigh*...

Here I am in the rain on Sunset boulevard.  I thought it wasn't supposed to rain in Los Angeles


I thought they were going to give me top billing at the Palladium.  That's the last straw, I am canceling my appearance there.


That's the cinerama done on Sunset.  Maybe I should take in a movie. . .


Is there anyone I can ask?


Candy Cotton is a pleasant companion.  I will share the 3D glasses but not the popcorn.  Its all mine.


Someone left a giant tree out in the rain?


Time to get off my feet.


I always travel by snowman in the winter.  Snowman, take us to Roscoe's Chicken and Waffles for dinner.


The fried chicken on my right says "Dinner time" but the waffles on my left say "Breakfast is ready."  This place is tasty but confusing.


Candy Cotton, don't fall asleep...ah, too late. She's napping.

Christmas time.  Candy Cotton and this Santa Bear fellow certainly seem full of the Christmas spirit.


I am not sure that we really need the fireplace blazing here in southern California.


Is it safe to up here in the stocking?


It is a nice enough tree, but not as big as the one we saw outside.


Which one of these is mine?


Maybe I will take this one.

Candy Cotton and I went down to Hollywood Boulevard. 


What's going on over there?  I want to see.


Someone is getting a new Star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.  Stan Lee?  Never heard of him.


Todd McFarlane, never heard of him either, but nice of him to sign autographs.


Mr. McFarlane, I am sure you are honored to meet someone as famous as me.


Mr. Stan Lee got a star.


Snow White got a star?! She has all the good PR! Who do I see about getting MY star?!


Grauman's Chinese Theater looks OK.


Where are the footprints in the cement?


Should we be sitting in Tom Hanks' footprints, Candy Cotton?


This is not any better.


If Donald Duck gets his feet in cement, where are mine?


Now that is Disney's theater, the El Capitan.


I did enjoy seeing the movie with Candy Cotton, but don't tell her.


The Kodack theater is the newer home of the Oscars.  When I got my Academy Award, that place had not even been built.


I wouldn't expect to find elephants in Hollywood.

Hmmm, what's going on?  Why are we all gathered here?


Is that another toyvoyager?  Gray, Pink, Gwyn, Candy Cotton do you know who this is?


Claire is her name.  Tough to keep track of all comings and goings.  She seems OK.


I am always the last one to find out.

I wonder where we are flying off to?


Where is that flight attendant? I could use some refreshments.

We took in a show, Love by Cirque du Soleil, featuring the music of the Beatles.  Who knew bugs made music.

I hate to say it but this was a fun visit.  It is nice to finish one of my life missions.
