I'm home at last!

I've been in Canada for a lot longer than planned. I kept Deanna company through some heavy family stuff and I helped her finish her degree. Of course I had to stay for her graduation as well. It was all a lot of fun.

That's the best thing about travelling, isn't it? Not just the scenery and touristy stuff, but really getting to know someone and to share their life for a while. What a gift.

I might stay at home for a while now. Johanna has started studying again and she will need my expertise and sense of humour.

And I can smell gum leaves ... I'm off for a feed.
