Right! It all has to do with the church
Some hundred years ago the people thought the church was burning. But in truth there was a big cloud of mosquitoes flying around the tower ... it looked like smoke ... thus the people wanted to put out the fire ...

On my tour through town I also got to the Kurpark. As I said earlier the "Bad" in the town's name stands for "spa" and springs with healthy water. In these places you get the great Bad Hersfeld water.

Wilhelmshaven, Germany - 12th March 2014
By: miss agi
Right now we have the most beautiful spring weather here in the North of Germany. Thus Mono and me had to make a trip to the seaside. We decided for Wilhelmshaven. An town famous for hosting Germany's first navel port at the Jade in 1869. Today it is Germany's main place of marine and second largest position of the German Armee
Anyway ... Mono and me are only interested in the water, the sunshine, looking at ships and some fish bread rolls

Alright, alright ... maybe it's ages ago I was actually in Berlin together with my good friends Mono and Hiro ... BUT I haven't told you about it yet. So enjoy the pictures and our trip in big B!
First of all we visited the EastSide gallery aka the remains of the wall that parted Germany for many years into East and West Germany.

Next stop: Berlin, Alexander Platz! Or simplly "Alex" how the locals call it. In the background you see the television tower and the universal time clock.

Too much sight seeing makes me hungry!
There is a big fight in Germany about who actually invented the Curry Wurst. Did a lady in Berlin serve the first pork saugsage with tomato ketch up and curry powder or was it a lady in Hamburg. If you ask me: I don't mind as long I get mine when I am hungry
There is even a famous Currywurst song by Herbert Grönemeyer ...
