Travelog for: Baubles

Hi Mom!
I am back and unpacked from VIR.  I had a great time at the race track and loved watching the races! We camped out with our host's friends and got to meet a lot of new people. Here are my photos  with the other TVs and all the new things we got to see!!


Here we are at our pit area.  As you can see there is a pretty lake behind us and we fed the ducks in the evening time!!





Our host rides on Pirelli tires..... we have a big sign on the side of our trailer advertising that he uses Pirelli

We go in the hot pit area and watch the bikes race down the front straight!! They are going up to speeds of 175 MPH



Our hosts friends son is riding his skateboard and gives us a ride!!

The Porsche club of America was having a track day on the South Course so we went to the Porsche Paddock to take some photos!





We watched the cars practice racing around the track and we were amazed at how fast they went! My host did very well in the races and finished 7th, 8th and 10th.  There are usually about 30 bikes in each class so he did well!  I had a great time in Virginia and it sure is a beautiful state! I am glad I got to experience another race!!

Hi Mom!!
I just found out from Darcie that this is my last few days with her.  I am sad to have to leave all my new friends.  I heard I am off to Estonia next!!! My flight leaves on Monday morning on US Airways. I have made life long friends and hope to see some of my new friends on the travel trail

Here I'm in small country,called Estonia I just got out from package and it's so good to see outside again
I saw Peti,Synapse and Purple Bun.I hope I have great time here..

Today we went to centre city.This foutain was still working and it seems winter isnt here.

and then we rested a bit and sat on the bench.

We sent  letters and there's orange mail-box.

Then we did a little shopping

So we went to look around that colourful world around us.Also Purple came with us.

Then we sat somewhere and a little snow was there even !

Hello mummy,Xmas is close to and today was 1.Advent.

Looked around in Oldtown and Peti was also with us,and then we went to xmas market There were many tourists.

Christmas is over and we ate here black sausage,meat jelly,sauerkraut,potatoes as usually Estonians do.Then we enjoyed xmas feelings and smells.Also we did gingerbreads Today came Mari's friend Rakvere and then we went walking around Rakvere.Of course Rakvere's castle.

As today is last day of the year 2009,so we used to go graveyard and put candles for graves,like every year.

There was lots of snow!
When we were coming back we saw so beautiful snow and pond..

Then we had dinner at home and when finally  was midnight we went outside.We saw firework and people wishing " HEAD UUT AASTAT ! We did same . Then went back home and drank champagne.

Its gone weeks since was Christmas,but still Mari decided to do gingerbreads.

We have got lots of snow here.Children has fun,because they can go sledging,skiing or skating.But causes lots of trouble also.

Here is lots of snow still,seems like it stay forever here.Temperature is under zero,people wear many warm clothes,children take all from winter,going sledging,snow-boarding,skating and skiing,grown-ups also.Today we thought ducks want eat also and we went to feed ducks in the park.


Rakvere's church was also near and it looked so beautiful when sun was shining outside.


Just going home and looking around that amount of snow !

Today was such a great day,not really,was really windy and snow and cold,but we still decided to spend a great day.We went sleding,
me,Synapse and our host mum.Estonians call it "Vastlapäev" when they go sledging and who gets the longest sledge,this person year is better.Nowadays people don't believe in it so much,but they still go sledging together with family.

Hello mummy,
First signs of coming spring is already here,sun is shining and snow tries to melt away.But still we have lots of snow here,today we took a walk in neighbourhood.

Spring is here,can you believe it? I don't believe it at all,as the winter seemed  to be years long here this year.Today I was outside quite a lot.Host mummy told me that soon she starts with gardenwork and I can help also.I am so curious!
