Today we went on a visit in a rather interesting machine - a motor vehicle, or car as it is mainly known.



Spadge informs me that we are in Nottingham, home of Robin Hood and Nottingham castle amongst other things. First of all we walk through a park to get to the castle. It appears to be quite an interesting place...





Finally we arrive at the castle! It is not the same as my favourite place of residence - Richmond Castle, but it is still nice to be arround such surroundings.




I must say, I am starting to feel right at home! This throne is slightly large though...


The gardens are very beautiful indeed. And this little penny pond (it seems to be like a wishing well) is also lovely.

I have had a wonderfull day today and now cannot wait to visit Malta next week. I hope Spadge keeps me in the shade though, i do not relish the idea of sunburn!

After a rather uncomfortable journey in the flying machine we have arrived in Malta. It is rather hot indeed and I can feel myself starting to burn already - I hope Spadge has packed a sun hat for me!

Today we are visiting Valletta, the capital city. I must say there are some splendid buildings here, not as splendid as my castle obviously!



Im glad I dont have to walk up this street as it is really very steep indeed! As they all are it seems, Spadge must be tired by now!

Such a shame we couldnt go inside and take a look around the toy museum

Today we took another trip to Valletta as there is too much to see there in just one day.

Behind me is the Mosta dome, a quite splendid building! We were staying five minutes away from it in a little apartment

Today we went to the beach which seems to be a popular attraction for people as it is always very busy, especially on the bus. I cant say I really enjoy public transport and would much rather prefer a horse drawn carriage to the beach!


Luckily I managed to keep the sand out of my hair!

Well today is TobiHH's last day so we were planning on sunning ourselves outside but unfortunatley the sun has other ideas!
Instead Spadge has asked us if we want to make some coffee.


Then we decided to weigh ourselves (we were becoming a little stuck for something to do)

A little cleaning is good to keep one occupied


Now we are using a large machine one uses to clean clothes in - Spadge says it is called a washing machine


It appears that the large bear Gustav has been inside the machine being cleaned! It was rather tricky getting him out of the machine but we managed in the end.



Finally the sun is shining so we have decided to go out and make the most of it

Spadge tells me that this green plant is called mint. It is certainly very fragrant!
