I Have Arrived

Was a nice journey. Not too long but i am happy to stretch my legs and have a walk around to check out my new surroundings. I can hear the giggles of other toyvoyagers here, maybe they are playing hide and seek and i'm the seeker!

Me Again

I went in search of the giggling voices. I came across a strange looking pile of odd socks. Not only was there socks, there was a strange blue tail, a furry arm, a brown backside, and some orange hair!



I removed the socks and found 4 friendly toyvoyagers. We sat around and chatted for a very long time. I now know their names and all the adventures they have had.



Back later after i do some more exploring.

Hi!!!!

Antonio and myself went exploring outside while the other Toyvoyagers did their own thing.
1st we came across Meleleucas tree. I have to admit, gum leaves aren’t very nice to eat!



The view across the river which is at the bottom of the cliff I am standing on, is amazing. I could have sat there for hours listening to the birds, watching the cows graze in the paddocks and watching the clouds drift by.



Next stop was the seed house. This is where Sam’s husband is turning wheat and barley seeds into grass. It takes about a week for the seeds to grow into yummy, juicy grass for the animals.



We helped Sam prepare a tray of seeds. We will take a follow up photo in a weeks time.



This is a super spreader. It spreads seeds and fertilizer over the paddocks.





The hay baler! Looks like there is still a bale of hay from last year!



Last stop was the Fig tree. The only fruit tree that is fruiting at the moment. Sam let us eat as many as we wanted, I think I might have eaten too many though!

Hello

Sam's daughter is having a birthday!!! Sam let us fill the party bags. Ohhh we had soooo much fun but when Sam came to check on us she wasn’t impressed at all!



After we got cleaned up and with Sam’s help we finished filling the party bags. 12 bags! Maybe if we are extra good until Saturday we might get a party bag full of goodies.



After all the messing around when filling the party bags, Sam decided not to let us help with the making of some of the party food. Yes, we are doing things a few days earlier but Sam has sooo much to do she is getting the really imprtant things done asap so she has time to do everything else. These yummy biscuits look like tea cups! They are for the birthday girl to take to school tomorrow and share with her class.



After a morning of fun and games i think i will rest for the afternoon.

Hi Again!

Finally we get to have party food and birthday cake!!!! I'm sorry there aren't more photo's, we were having so much fun, the camera sat in the corner and didn't get used.

Sam's daughters brought someone home to visit. His name is Lucky and he is a toyvoyager but not like us. He visits the homes of everyone in the school. A different student each night. He has a diary that the children write in and either draw a picture or stick a photo in. Lucky has had soooo many adventures. We chatted all night then Sam took our photo to put in Lucky's diary.

I had a safe trip and i was welcomed by many tvs : Jeniqua, Stasiek, Fluffy the owl, Tagalongrocket, Nanu the cub, Pebbels, Meleleuca who came back from a long trip to England; they had a lot to tell.
There is also many stay at home toys and Fanette the french bear read Harry Potter for us.

A few toys are gone away for a new travel , this week-end i went to the countryside at Fleur's family. We first went shopping to the closest city : St Omer. On sunday i had a good lunch : french fries!!

you can see i tried french cooking : a "gateau de riz aux pommes meringuees" (rice cake with apples).
It was so good to eat ![/size][/color]

I've been to the countryside at Fleur's family. I enjoyed a good fire! I also met Austerlitz, this cute cat...

I have a new friend : Burrimul the emu !

Burrimul and I went to Wwardrecques where we could eat a good cake brought by Fleur's grand-father. We came back to Arras by train.
