Travelog for: Lemony

Hi, I'm Lemony the lemon-frosted, travelling cupcake!  I was made last night by my mom out of yarn, embroidery thread and stuffed with tulle that she ripped off an old dress she's altering.

My main mission is to go to a bakery with every host I visit.

Here's a picture of me so you know what I look like:

Today I went to the playground for some fun.



Can you see me?  I'm at the top of the slide.




No bakeries today, but mom promised to take me to one before I leave.

I was just relaxing at home, and who should arrive in the mail, but Ollie_Marmot!  He told me all about his adventures so far.

My mom stitched my name on me.  It's not very clear in the picture, but you can see it a little better in real life.

I helped my mom rescue a few toys that want to become ToyVoyagers.  They're up for adoption, so PM my mom if you're interested in adopting one of them :]

I went to a bakery!



We didn't have time to go inside, but mom told me that their vanilla bean tea is the best tea in the world.

Here I am all ready to start my journey.  Ollie_Marmot saw me off.  My mom wanted to give me one of those individual cupcake holders to travel in, but she couldn't find a store that carried them.  These baking cup containers work jsut fine though :]

Andrea says that in 2 weeks we are going to a cancer walk to raise money for breast cancer and at her school she is raising money by baking goods and selling them at lunch. She did it last year too

On the menu this week is Brownies with sprinkles and Peanut butter brownies.

Today for breakfast we are having biscuts. Yum!



We read the instructions and then put in the correct ingredients.


I helped stir


We put them on the cookie tray ready for the oven


Now they are in the oven. We are writing this as they are baking. We will wait and see how they turn out.


We will update after we are finished eating them

Today we went out to dinner with some of Andrea's friends to a place called Bone Fish. It was soooo yummy.

We ordered Shirly Temples, they are non alchoholic.


Andrea said we needed some Vegtables so we had a salad


Fish, pasta, and mashed potatoes.


And of course desert!!

Remember how last week we made brownies? Well this week it is cookies in a brownie form. Andrea is going to sell them again at her school for the American Cancer Society.

Hello!
Tommorrow we are leaving for ohio just for the weekend. It is a 2 hour plane ride. It will be nice to go in cooler weather. Andrea says that she will take pictures but wont be able to update with pictures there so she will put up pictures on Sunday or Monday. She might be able to get on the internet and update you on how we are doing but with no pics.

Before we left we ate some yummy Sushi.


My first ride on a plane not in an envelope! Yay!

Hello!
On Friday the 11th, our flight was at 9 PM! It was late for a little cupcake like me. We arrived in Columbus, Ohio at 11 and got to our hotel at 12 PM after getting the car rental. The plane ride was quite boring. Unfortunatley we didnt get pictures of inside the airports because we were running late  .

The hotel was really nice! I really think I could get use to this.

While we are here, we went to a Jewish Temple. We didnt get pictures though. I have the experience of going though. It was Andrea's cousin's Bat Mitzvah. It is a Jewish celebration of becoming a man or Woman. It was wonderful, as well of the party after

Andrea thinks that Tampa is more pretty. Right now, there are no leaves on the trees and it is very cold and windy, sunshine is rare right now.
In Tampa, it is very sunny and all the trees have leaves.
But we had a fun time. It was so quick though.

When we arrived back in Florida we had Sushi
