Travelog for: Roderich

I'm at home in Germany and feeling a bit lonely. We saw a picture of Emil today, the first one since he left here to 'go on vacation'. He seemed to be enjoying himself and if he thinks he can make me jealous he going nuts. I'll show him how I can enjoy myself and I'll beat him at any game when we see each other again! I already studied some strategies in case he actually learns how to catch a ball.

Today it's warm (14°C) and sunny and we decided to go on a little adventure: We went to explore the ruins of the Hohenburg, former Castle Homburg. Excavations are under way there but it's hard because the castle has been built, razed and rebuilt several times over the centuries. Here you can see a plan of the fortifications of the 17th/18th century:

There were lot's of curving staircases and I dared to climb them all:

I looked into this old tree stump for see if there were any animals hiding there. You can't see it well in the picture, but it's actually I tunnel and light comes through from the other side. I saw a little lizard sun bathing but it didn't want to have its picture taken with me. That's silly, I wouldn't have eaten it! 

I am really excited. Today I am leaving for Florida where shana10214 is waiting for me. I got a comfortable padded envelope, because I'll be taking a plane there. Still, I can't wait to get out again and see what Florida is like.

I have arrived in America! I was greeted by some fellow TVs. I didnt get to meet Resi as she was packed up in her envelope. After, I took a rest in the TV chair, or as Andrea calls it.

After a very long rest I was ready to start my journey. First of course I needed to read their paper, "The Tampa Tribune."
Everything is in English! I immediatley went past the other sections, to be fave section! The sports of course! Sorry for the shaky picture. After, Andrea will take me around the house as it is to early to go anywhere.

Andrea told me that both of her parents graduated from Ohio State. So in this house we are big Buckeye fans!!

Today Andea decided she would cook, she said that I needed a break from sports. On the menu today is Pasta with creamy cheese sauce and Three Cheese biscuts(Andrea was going to make the buttermilk but Marcello told her she should get the three cheese.) Marcello, Chocolate Chimp, and I all helped her make this meal.

We decided we would rather just relax on the chair, besides I needed to rest after playing so hard.

Guess what?? Andrea told me that today we are going to have a sleepover at buggy4526's house. It will be lots of fun!! I will get to meet Lamby, the toy that buggy4526 is hosting. Andrea said that there will be lots of sports to watch/to play.
Andrea also said that Éireannach, Alfonz, and Watson have all visited her house. We are going to have a TV sleepover!! Yay!

We are having a great time!! I was asked what we wanted to do first and of course Marcello said .We ate a yummy dinner of Spinach/cheese Ravioli, Garlic bread, and Marinara pasta with cheese on the side.



Now we are going to have some fun.
