Travelog for: Jimmy D

Palmeke, Ballet Cindy, Shaun and I went out for lunch today. We had a steam boat at a Chinese Restaurant. The waiters bring around lots of yummy steamed things in cute little baskets and then you choose what you would like to eat. It was a kind of farewell lunch for Shaun, because he will be leaving soon.

Hey!! I finally got home a few days ago, and soon I will be on my way to the USA!

I am safely in California. I hear I just missed a heat wave, or my cool has just rolled in

My new host Izzy just showed me around her place a bit and its a zoo! Got to see some sheep and goats and even a shy horse so far!

So today we hung out in our voyager hotel. its actually a My Little Pony celebration castle, and we got rooms. It must be the end of summer break because WOW were the college girls out!

Today we were out gardening because Izzy now has us working as slave labor here when we heard a strange noise. I turned to look and low and behold, Carl the dog comes flying in on a scooter!




"Carl, I heard you were in the mail in India!"
"Who me? I was, but I traded my tags in for a scooter and drove home."
"You DROVE across the ocean?"
"Of course, do you know a faster way?"

So as soon as I knew Carl was alright, I had to ask him for a ride on his sweet machine. it wasnt a harley or anything, but It seems to be the closest thing I can get out here. I drove Filia around for a while then we all piled on and rode around untill we crashed. Squeaky took the biggest hit but he's a tough mouse and we decided to go in for the day. Crashes are bad news as my name-sake found out.

Izzy ignored me again today to I made some calls on her phone, she wont mind one bit. gosh i wish we would do something.

Today I drew some pictures with the other voyagers. I of course drew an rad motorcycle, and it was pretty good!

Today Izzy brought us home some Chili cheese hot dogs from a place called Weinershnitzle. My first american hot dog! covered in chili and cheese! Yummy!!! I ate it all to

Today we went to the sacramento reptile show. I saw lots of neat exotic reptiles like snakes and turtles and lizards! It was very busy, but Izzy managed to get pictures of us with a really fancy corn snake.

Today we found a snoring beast in Izzy's house. We discovered its a very old corgi dog, so we didnt disturb him. I hear he's grouchy when you wake him up!

We were bored again so When Izzy got home from work we went to Carl's birth place, Wendy's! We finished off a frosty milk shake and fries. Yummy!

I helped Izzy and the other voyagers unload 150 lbs of goat kibble today. It was alittle combursome but we managed! Check out the size of the barrel!

So Izzy loaded us up way to early this morning to take us out to Fair Oaks, a tiny town home to more chickens them people. Its the Chicken Festival! Izzy and her friends were selling art and jewelery, but took time out to show me around. I saw chicken art, food, performances and even some real chickens! It was a loooooong day and we had alot of funa nd ate lots of food.

So Izzy took me to college! What do college students do all day? Sit and listen to old people talk. Then the listen to other old people talk. Them more talking, some eating and then she paints! Pssht, Tax dollars at work. Im kidding, she works really hard, but ignored us lot. She did show me and the other voyagers some of the halls and the science hall which is so full of old stuff It qualifies as a museum! they even have a blue whale skeleton!
