Hello Mum,

We went to Lissabon today. It was noon when we saw the city.



I saw the tower of Belem and the famous monument.



There was a big bridge over the Rio Tejo.



Later we walked through Lissabon. I loved this big arch.



The big place in front of it was nice, too.



On the place there was a big monument.



We walked to another place with a beautiful fountain…



… and a big monument. I loved the waves on the ground here.



There was a nice old elevator.



We couldn’t use the elevator, because we wanted to go to another part of the city. Next to a small church we found a lookout and saw our ship.



There was a big monastery far away.



Back on the ship I saw beautiful clouds and wanted to have some photos!

Hello Mum,

Today was an exciting day – we had a TV-meeting.



It was great to sit together and talk!



Poschti came on the Cruise with us so we had a welcome party this evening.



We had chocolate and fruits.



And I had my own bottle of Coke.



Then we all took one piece of fruit and one piece of chocolate.





It was a nice party, but then we were tired and went into our TV-bed.

Hello Mum,

After a bumpy trip from Lissabon we arrived in La Coruna.  Because of the stormy weather we will stay two days here. Today we took a walk. Behind me you can see the harbor.



There were many small fisherboats.



From this point we had a good view of our Cruise Ship – it is really tall, isn’t it?



There was a fortress – nowadays it is a museum.



We saw big waves – maybe it is a good idea to stay a little longer in this town?



Believe it or not – only some steps from the water I found this sunny place with the beautiful flowers.



These houses with the balconies with glass in front of it are typical for La Coruna.



This is the town hall – really nice.   



Back on the ship I stood on the balcony – can you see the fortress behind me – there we went.



And I want to show you this – every evening we got these chocolates – a Cruise is wonderful.

Hello Mum,

I told you about the bumpy trip to la Coruna. We took some photos of it, but I forgot to update it.

So here can you see me and my friends looking out of the window. Here you can see nothing from the rough sea…





But now you can see more – the waves!







I went onto the balcony and saw the waves on the side of the ship.



Today the weather was much nicer!



Later I went onto the pool-deck.





There was a big screen on the deck!



Here you can see the name of the cruise line.

Hello Mum,

Today was our last day on the AIDA Sol. I walked over the sun deck again – very sunny!



This is the theatre inside the ship.



This is one of many bars on the ship.



Hopefully the weather will be nice tomorrow, because we want to have nice views when we arrive in Hamburg.

Hello Mum,

Great news Mum, we had lovely weather when we arrived in Hamburg. It was so great to arrive in the port on the Elbe River. Will I see a nice sunrise?



Yes, there it was!



Far behind me you see a big bridge.



Hamburg is a really beautiful city!



There were two theaters for musicals – the left one is not open yet.



We spent our last hours on the ship relaxing on our balcony.







It was a really wonderful cruise. We should do one together soon, Mum.

Hello Mum,

Back in Germany we had lovely weather, so today it was time for a walk.



The nature starts now – because it is springtime.





It was nice to sit in the sunshine with my friends.





Soon there will be some swans on the lake.



We came along another beautiful small lake.



This is Dicker Kumpel’s famous tree. We all have to take photos with it every time we see it.



Back home we saw the German flag.



This stone stood in front of Dicker Kumpel’s house.



Look, the first flowers arrived!

Hi Mum,

We went to a small town called Bad Oldesloe. This is the biggest church here.



I went into it – there were colorful windows.



I met two wooden men.



There was a big organ. Sadly nobody was there to play it.



Then I came to a nice water wheel.



I learnt a lot about it on this sign.

Hello Mum,

The weather was great today, so we played in the garden. Dicker Kumpel is a great gardener and I want to show you some of his flowers.



I loved this forest of yellow flowers!



These flowers were so nice, too.



Blue flowers are great, too.



Springtime is one of the best time of the year!

Hello Mum,

It was time for some sports – and we decided to play billiards.

Dicker Kumpel explained the rules.



He showed us how to play.



Then it was my time.



It was so much fun!



Unfortunately I lost – Kevin Kiwi won with 5:4.



Then I explored the room. A horse lived here in the Past, I guess.






Then I called my next host to tell him that I will arrive soon.



Before I left this friendly place I met HelgaHH.



It was exciting, because she has dots like me.



Maybe not so many as I have.



But it was great to meet her.



Then it was time to say goodbye to Dicker Kumpel. He was such a great host.



All my friends hugged me.



Now I am on my way toMurph.

Hello mum,

Today I arrived at Murph’s home.





Jasper and Murph helped me to climb out of my envelope.



Mum, look, how exciting!  Murph has dots – just like me! My life mission is completed! 



Aren’t we a beautiful couple?



I showed the others my gifts and the wonderful card from Dicker Kumpel.



The card is great. We need luck tomorrow, because we want to search for morels. Keep your fingers crossed for us!

Hello mum,

The weather was wonderful. We went into the forest. First we found these beautiful kidneyworts.



Then we found these small mushrooms. Can you see it? 



Here you have a better view – they were half-free morels.



Finally the orchids bloom. 



Where are the yellow morels? 



Murph found one.



Then we found more and more. 





Tomorrow we will return with our baskets and then we will collect yellow morels.
Murph is great. He showed me two new mushrooms on our first tour – I look forward to our next trips.

Hello mum,

Today we will collect yellow morels. Let’s start.



Where are they? They play hide and seek with us. 



Then we find one.



Murph cut it and put it into the basket.



Jasper found the next one.



Wow – our baskets got full! I found one, too. 



There were no more place in our baskets, they were full.





Let’s go home – it will be yummy!

Hello mum,

Today we started our very short holiday. On the way to Thuringia we stopped at this beautiful spring. The water looked great, didn’t it? 


   
On the sign there were a lot to learn about this spring.



It was so wonderful here.



We didn’t want to leave. 



A last photo of the spring and we continued our trip.



On our way we saw this sign.



Surely HoBi had to stop.  And we had to search for Easter eggs. And yes:

Hello mum,

We learnt a lot about Martin Luther in Eisleben. There he is…



This was the house where he died.



This beautiful fountain had nothing to do with Luther.



Neither this house. It is the town hall.



There were many sculptures of Luther in Eisleben. We really liked this one.



At the end we found the house where Martin Luther was born.





So much about Martin Luther – but it is Easter
