Nice to meet you I am Snow White, a little bear girl. I live in San Francisco Bay area. I like blue skies and sunny weather, flowers and rainbows, chocolates and fluffy animals. I dream to see the world and make friends everywhere I travel. Will you be my friend?

Today we are leaving for a getaway to the beautiful Carmel-by-the-Sea to celebrate Marina's and Pasha's anniversary!

Hey Mommy,

I finally arrived. What a journey.
My envelope was shaking the whole time and I was really afraid. But after a few days there was silence. Then my envelope rustled, someone was opening it. Two black eyes were looking at me.
Will the others like me?


The other Toyvoyager welcomed me with lots of hugs!


When I showed her all my presents she started     to grin like a Cheshire cat! Crawfish told me that she loves the place where I come from. She's a Californian girl, too!!! Before she started traveling she lived in Sacramento, but a while ago she was adopted by my host.
She told me that I'm also going to meet 2 Toyvoyager guys and that I'm going to see the German capital.
I think we were talking for hours!

I discovered the small village I'm staying at the moment.
They have lots of trees, a pink church and yellow houses! Must be a crazy area!

we did a ride in the car on the freeway. Normally it's not so interesting, but look at this sunset!!!

Hey Mum,

our host had to do some important shopping today. We decided to join her. But we didn't go shopping, there was something more important to do.

Look, Bitterfeld, which is an old industrial city, gets greener and greener. This part of the city is called "Green Lung".


But we didn't want to stay. We were looking for a nice restaurant.


Yeah! We had some icecream!
I got a really big strawberry sundae.
That's better than shopping!

we spent a day in the garden. Look, so many beautiful flowers! Even the trees are beautiful! I love it!

Hello Mommy,

we spent another day in the garden and today we decided to plant our own little plants!
We had two different ones: "cornflower" and "moss rose".


First we put some soil in the pots.


...adding all the seeds...


Then we added the rest of the soil.


Last thing to do: watering and waiting... Hope they will grow soon!

HAPPY EASTER!!!

We didn't search eggs like all others... we decided to go hiking!
We went to the small village Königshütte which is in the Harz mountains.

First we visited the small waterfall.

Next stop was the ruin of the old castle Königsburg.




The hill you can (maybe) see on the other side is the highest one of the Harz mountains: Brocken (1141m/3,743 ft).


The we went on our big tour. We circled the Königshütte Dam. The dam itself was built on the Bode from 1939–1943 and 1952–1956 with construction being interrupted by the war. It is an 18 metre high gravity dam, made of concrete, for the supply of drinking water and for flood protection. It also provides reserves of water during times of drought and hydro-electric power.
The reservoir has a capacity of 1.2 million m³ and covers an area of 32 hectares. Part of the water is diverted from here through a 1,795 m long tunnel to the Rappbode Reservoir. The rest flows back into the Bode and down to the Wendefurth Reservoir, where it is reunited with the water from the Rappbode Reservoir again.
The gently curving dam wall (Trogfurth Bridge) is 108 m long and has a volume of 13,500 m³.

we spent another day in the Harz mountains. We just had time to take a picture of the beautiful town hall!

Hey Mommy,

it's my first tour in the German capital Berlin!

First I visited the famous tv tower "Fernsehturm". It was constructed between 1965 and 1969 and with its height of 368 meters, it is the tallest structure in Germany. There is a visitor platform and a revolving restaurant in the middle of the sphere. The tower is part of the World Federation of Great Towers (WFGT).
The church is the St. Mary's Church. The exact age of the original church site and structure is not precisely known, but it was first mentioned in German chronicles in 1292.


The I went to the Brandenburg Gate. It is one of the most well-known landmarks of Berlin and Germany.

Hey Mommy,

we did another tour through the Harz mountains!
Today we visited Braunlage where we decided to go on top of the second highest mountain in the Harz and the highest in Lower Saxony.It's 971 m above sea level!
We didn't walk the way, we used a cablecar.



Look! On the other side you can see the highest mountain of the Harz called Brocken.


This is the skijump on the Wurmberg. Sadly nobody was jumping today.
