Hi mom,
Today I start a new adventure.
With many hugs and good wishes in my bag I'm on the way to Australia.

Hi Mum,

I have arrived!!

I could hear noises outside my travel bag


lots of chatting and giggling....so I had a peek out



Ohhhhh!!! Lots of toy voyagers!!! There is Kalea, The WotWots and Hansi, Bernie and Wavy Gravy, and Chalon!!



the presents for Sue from Switzerland travelled well too...the tea towel made a comfy bed for me!! 


We are taking the dog for a walk Mum...down to the beach....not such good weather today....



Tupai the chowchow went in for a swim!! 



We found some interesting mushrooms, but didn't try to eat them Mum in case they are bad ones....



low tide at the moment Mum, but we are having a little sunshine! 

More soon, I am off for a rest and then a big chat about all our travels.

PS Do you know Mum...I have missed my friend Kevin!! He has gone travelling to Germany!!! We must have crossed in the mail!!

Today Sue has been to a sewing day, so we came to have a look at the jetty and beach before heading home







Port Arlington is where the mussel boats come in to and you can usually buy mussels from the boats. The jetty is having work done on it at present.



Nice clear water here Mum! 



Some relations might have been here before me Mum!!

We have been walking the dog this morning

Hi Mum,

We went on a long walk today





we went through the beach bush



along the path



then we came out to the salt lake and board walk


and out onto the beach....we walked up to a bird watching place



right near the water



we had a sit at the big seat



another rest on the way home!

Have been for a walk with Tupai again this morning

Hi Mum,

Today we have had a huge day out....we started by driving down the coast to Torquay, which has some amazing surf beaches...





low tide now Mum,



then we moved on the Bells Beach...very famous for the Rip Curl Surf Pro

Travelling off up the coast now Mum.

Hello again!! 



You can see we are at the end of the pier and not far from the light house



Behind us is the opening of Port Phillip Bay, where the ships come in and out, they need to wait for the pilot boat to come and get them and guide them in so they do not run aground.



Good beach for walking Mum!



Finally it is time for a late lunch!!

Today Sue cam here to meet up with a friend and brought us up the 360 Tower...amazing view from here



The ferry goes to the other side of the Bay from here



We can see back to the opening of the Bay



and here is a huge boat marina.
