On this lovely autumn day we went to Vlaardingen. Is a small fishermen's town at the west coast of the Netherlands. Maybe they have some fish left for me

Hi everyone!
Today we celebrated Saint Nicolas' day. Saint Nicolas gives presents to all children, much like Santa does. But Saint Nic comes earlier in the year, that's why I like him!
On the plate you see a "pepernoot" (peppernut), a "kruidnoot" (spicenut), a chocolate letter and a marzipan ball.
