this is my beautiful home landscape: The Black Forest!

this weekend I went with the other TVs to brunch in a Café. Mom's Friend ate cake first, but we prefered a solid Brezel and bread rolls.

Then we took a break and made a walk around the Café. I found this nice Clown. Probably a leftover from carnival decoration?

Later we decided to eat a cake too. But there were so many different cakes really difficult to decide which one to eat.
,
I took a Cheesecake with poppyseed. But it was a big piece so I shared it with batgirl and rosemarie

before I leave, I wanted to make me some fresh memories of my beautiful Black Forest with my new friends.







We made a break and sat down in the snow



When we left you could see our prints in the snow.


Lonely Black Forest farmhouses often have their own little chappels like this one on the right side.


Can you believe this picture is taken just  about 15 minutes later than the others?

First blue sky with some sunshine, then dark sky with heavy snow falling.

Hello Mum,

I  safely arrived in Delligsen, unfortunately Andrea was ill, but now

comes my first update.

When I crawled out of my envelope ,  Scruffy, Mr.. Stanley and the

twins by Dr. Kröbner welcomed me warmly

Dr. Kröbner, Knöpfchen and *coco* are not here at the moment, nobody knows where they are, very mysterious

Hello mum,

a new TV arrived in Delligsen, his name is Günther and his home is Delligsen 

he spend the last months in Berlin and Milano,





after his welcomedrink  ,( he is a pirate and needed a rum)

we all sat together and talked about our adventures

Today Dr. Kröbner and the other eloper arrived back home. THEY HAD

MADE A TRIP TO NEW YORK .Could´nt they wait for me?

BRAZENNESS!!  After a short greeting we sat around and for the next

hours we spinning a big clew of cock-and-bull storys. Great day!!!

Hello mum,

we made a  trip to Alfeld, an old town at the river Leine in south-lower-

saxony.




  In the city we found an miniatur modell of Alfeld….. very

interesting .






the church St. Nicolai
with the huge steeple



and the old Latin-school, one of the oldest building in town.



Unfortunately the weather started to rain, so we abort the trip and
returned back home.

Huhu mum,

I made trip to Frizlar, an old town with half-timbered Houses in Hesse... for more informations a link  http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fritzlar





Walking around those old buildings was like be in a fairy-tale. I visit

the old town hall and the old romanic church, an Basilika minor    ……













From up I enjoyed the wide view into the valley with the river

Eder.    Puuuhhhh….. sauerkraut… the  concern

Hengstenberg produce this typical hesse dish in Fritzlar (you can

see the large smoke pipe)…

Hello mum,

I wish you a wonderful early spring, unfortunately, the spring has not

yet arrived here.



Snow and snow and snow again,pffffff no weather for spring

flowers,

poor little crocuses, they need our hats and the magnolia tree is

pleased with the quilt.





Mum, what do you mean? when will spring come to South lower

Hello mum,

Looking for spring…. But spring seems very far. Each morning when

I´m looking outside I feel in a time warp like Bill Murray in Groundhog

Day : Snowing… snowing… and more snowing…  cold ,  uncomfortable

and boring.  So Mr.Stanley  and I decided to take a bath. After the jaunt

with our bathtube we relax on our towls.

Hello mum,

eastertime, but there ist no spring in the air, much more a feeling

like advent… so we started to bake an yeast dough plait.


At first we mixed milk, oat, eggs, yeast …… placed it comfortly warm

for the yeast and wait…. wait… and wait…til the dough had

expanded.  Next we formed three equal parts to made the plait…..













Dr. Kröbner had pre-heated the baking oven so we put the sheet

inside and set Bambi on time.




and started to wait….wait… and wait…. till it smell a little bit

burned.  We run to the oven and we could rescue the Yeast plait at

last-minute.



what was happened???? Oh loooookkkkkk Bambi and Dr. Kröbner

made a siesta instead to monitor the time!!! Sleepy guy….

Happy Easter Mum!

Today is Easter, we look outside and what did we see: All is

covered with snow . Happy playing Hide-and-seek while collecting

Eastereggs!

After Breakfast we went out . What great luck, we found a cluster

with eastereggs and chocobunnys





yummy….    But what´s that! In front of a tree we discover

something with plushy brown collar. It was the easterbunny! Poor

boy, he wanted to rent a snowmobile for his easterjob, but all

mobiles were out of stock. So he started by ski, but unfortunately

he lost one and now he has got stucked.




We invited him to eat some goodies, but he defeated and

continued his way. Tough guy

with a bathtube full of flowers

Hello mum,


Spring is in the air, at last it´s getting warmer outside. Bzzzzz, Mr.

Stanley,  and me start for a airing in the warm sun to take a look over

my habitationtown. First we cross a smale wooden bridge over the


creek Wispe, enter a hill for a great view…. but no early bloomers…









back in the garden we found them. Lost of Crocusses in many

colours…hmmmmm how flavoursome!







And look here…. Bees…. 

I think Bzzzzz fulfilled  a lifemission, she met a real bee
