hi, everybody!!! salam, my dear mom anita_2004 in hannover, germany!!

pls read my profile to understand how I seized my chance to ask dear ipue, grandmom of anita_2004, to take me with her, as my life ALONE in anita's room after her leaving for germany was soooooooooo boring, and I was soooooooooooo happy when anita's grandmom agreed to take me with her and here I am!!!!!!!!!

an exciting life started today for me - jiiiipiiiiieeehhhhhhhhh!!!!!!!

first you may see where I lived the last 2 - 3 years in tehran near to atisaz!! today on my first day out we went by bus into the north of tehran, tajrish called, and I saw the bazar, very busy during the time before norouz, the new year of iranians! there is also a pilgrimage site beside, emamzadeh saleh. as we didn't met any haji firouz in person we leastwise met some artificial haji firouz!! hehe!!!! finally we entered the metro and in the hall they played a theatre for cheering up people!! now we went downtown to the post-office to send out some postcrossing-cards for easter!!

puuuuuuuuuuuuuh, in the eve back home at anita's we had the only wish to sleep and sleep and sleep!!!!!!!!!!

hi, everybody!!!!

today we went out very early and ipue's son2 brought us to an eye-clinic where ipue's hubby had a date with his doctor! while waiting for the treatment we profited from the gorgeous spring at park mellat!!! later we brought ipue's hubby by taxi back home to have a rest!!!! before entering the flat we went to the bakery in front of their house to get a traditional tasty bread called *sangak*!!! and later we only slept and slept and slept......... so we'll be able to get up early in the next morning to return back home to ipue's at tabriz!! I cannot tell you how excited I am!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!?!??!?!?!!?!

my first day in tabriz - my new hometown up from now!!!!!!!!! and in the night we had SNOW!!!!?!?! after such a beautiful spring in tehran.. unbelievable!! what a strong weather in this little  tabriz!!!!??!?!

(my original hometown has 14 mill. inhabitants!
my second hometown has only 2 mill. inhabitants!?)

and btw - as I'm born in DUBAI it was my FIRST SNOW today I got in touch with!!!!!!

I'm soooo excited - today the old year will be finished and the new year will start, this year in the afternoon, at 14.31 and some seconds!!! the iranian calendary is the most exact calendary, and it's not as in the most rest of the world always at midnight!!!!!!!!!!!!!

they have nice customs for new year - their so called NOROUZ!!!!!! one of these is the HAFTSIN!! the table where the whole family will be around at the time of changing the year, should have seven things with *s*, the character *sin*!!

1. 1. 1392 - sale no mobarak!! - happy new year!!

we went for some new year visits at the siblings of ipue's hubby!!
and we saw some beautiful haftsin - and as usual ipue took her photos! 

today is the 2nd day of the new year and yesterday in the afternoon the sis of dear lili_6789 (ipue's daughter-in-law2) and her family arrived at tabriz to stay for some days in the house of lili_6789 and yashila_81!! great!! so we'll have guests as the kids of dear ipue both are far away during these holidays!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :-)))))))))))))))))))

lili's sis and family came in the morning to pick up ipue and her hubby for some sightseeing in tabriz!! this is great for me, too!!!!!!!! as I hadn't seen that much during these 3 days here............ yeahhhh!!!!

first we had a look at the potters house with a small haftsin-exhibition and the permanent pottery exhibition all in all in an old qajar house!!



from there we went to the saat sq with the ancient town hall and a beautiful haftsin in the square!!



nearby the blue mosque - in the yard a handicraft exhibition, and hear you can see a traditional tent of the nomads; inside the nomads were making flatbread.



and here the famous blue mosque itself, registered at the tentative list of unesco!!





we went some more places, but ipue was so impressed that she had forgotten to take pics with me.. 

today we had a trip to kandovan, 60 km far from tabriz! lili's sis and family came and picked up ipue and me in the morning!! it tooks us just an hour to go there, and on the road I was busy to play with their little daughter derya, 2 years old and so sweet!!! -  we had a bit a stormy weather, but nice sunshine!!! the mountains around still full of snow!!! mt. sahand is 3.707 m high, and kandovan has for sure a quite cold weather!!!! and even it was a sandstorm, and it was a bit difficult, when we made picnic not to eat that much sand... 







ppl are still living here in kind of caves in tuffstone, needs no heating in winter and no aircondition in summer! downstairs the stables, we heard a muuuuh and maehhhhhh here and there!!!! and in 1st floor the kitchen and livingroom and upstairs the bedrooms!!

hey leutz, ipue told me, this year norouz and easter are nearly mixed!!!! :-))) and during their norouz-holidays will be easter, too!!! on the 11th and the 12th day of the new year will be easter, and the 13th day is the last norouz-holiday!!!!! both are spring-holidays!! and ppl like it!!

and so since a few days ipue is talking about making some cakes for both holidays!!! and this eve she started to do it!! and for sure I helped her, although I didn't made any cake in my life not yet!!!!!!!!!!  there is a german saying: *abends werden die faulen fleissig!!* and so she did, she put the cakes in the oven at 1.30 AM!!!!







now we are waiting they get ready!!!?!??!  it will take one hour in the oven!! I'm sooo excited!!
btw, it's the so called *russischer zupfkuchen* - ipue found the recipe in the postcrossing forum once!!! done by nane85.......

later after we cleaned the kitchen and so on ipue told me, she met the cakes into the freezer without taking any pic.. and so you must be curious for... hopefully we will not forget to take a photo when we are going to eat the cakes...!>!>! I'm deeply sorry - because it was my first cake!!!!!!!!!!! 

today was Good Friday and step by step it turns to EASTER!!!!!!
in tabriz we have a beautiful spring with 14 degrees, not so bad!!!

oh, yummy, again ipue was making a cake and asked me to help!! I was so proud - my 2nd cake I was learning from her!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!



later in the eve we went for an invitation for dinner with friends and on the way we had such a great sunset in beautiful colours!!!

it's my first easter abroad.... and I learned to make cakes and today we had a lot of guests.... puuuuuuuuuuuh.. women can speak endless..... and we had 10 women today in ipue's easter gathering.......

I'm sooooo exited for today, as everybody told me about and enjoy this day perhaps mostly from all the holidays, going out for picknick with lots of friends or siblings, having fun in a nice spring weather!!!?!?!



*sizdah be dar*, the 13th day of the new year, marks the end of new year holidays in IR, and up from tomorrow the kids are going again to school, the universities reopen and nobody hasn't any  reason anymore not to be at work!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :-)))))))))))))))))))))))))

uiuiuiuiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii - it seems ipue is a creative person!! 

today it was a nice surprise, when I was sleeping after lunch she was busy with a handicraft work I never heard before and made some ORIGAMI stuff by folded paper!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!??!?!?!?!? I saw some special japanese hats, as this origami is originally from japan, and she made also frog & fish & butterfly, and showed me how to make!!!



later she told me she had seen one of our buddies here in toyvoyagers.com making origami and remembered she made it in olden times, too!! nearly 40 years ago!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 
gosh, can you imagine, 40 YEARS, how long it is??????????????????
