Hi Mummy,
today we met my host's daughter in the city centre. She wanted to buy shoes and later take a walk with us. After buying shoes we walked towards the station.





We walked towards a valley, leaving all those industrial complexes behind. Deep in the valley we found older dwellings and allotment gardens.





I met this hard-working spider.



Back in the city ...

Hi Mummy,
in the morning we helped our host to make coffee.



Later we bought food for the ferrets on the farmers market. In the evening we had to chop all those turkey hearts and other intestines, turkey wings and chicken drumsticks into smaller pieces.





Everything will be eep-frozen.

In the end we had about 20 packs with food for one or one and a half day.



Of course I also was allowed to taste the ferrets food - yummy!

Hi Mummy,
we had very bad weather this week, only today it was a bit bitter. We took a walk to my host's daughter in the early afternoon.

First we had to walk downhill that hill.



There are allotment gardens along the steeper parts of the terrain.



We walked along Wolfstrasse.





Later it started to rain again, so we were not able to take a walk with Katja's daughter.

Hi Mummy,
today we met a friend to take a walk in the late morning. The forests are muddy from the rainy weather we had before, so we mostly walked along the streets, this time to the Southern parts of Remscheid.

First I'll show you the station area.





In the background you can see the city centre.





We reached a district with lovely old houses and villas.





To get back to "our" part of the city we went into the forest to cross a valley.

Hi Mummy,
today it was time to leave Remscheid. At home I said good-bye to all my friends here. I accompanied Katja zu her work place to get ready for travelling. It was a short walk, only about 10 minutes.









Later we wrote a postcard and I took some sweets with me. It will be a short trip to Northern Germany

Hello Mum,

Today I arrived at Murph’s home.



Murph, Sofia and PinkyHH helped me out of my envelope.





I showed them my beautiful postcard and the sweets, which olgamaus sent with me.
HoBi said  thank you!



Murph wanted to show us mushrooms although the weather wasn’t that nice. But are there mushrooms in the meadow?



Actually we found mushrooms.



How will the mushrooms smell?



These funny small things were mushrooms, too.



And these were typical mushrooms for meadows.



Murph often met sheep here, but unfortunately there weren’t any today.



Maybe I will meet some in the next weeks here.

Hello mum,

today I was allowed to open a door of the Advent calendar. I found chocolate – very yummy!





Then we went outside. We wanted to find out if we can find mushrooms in the winter time.  And we found some. Unfortunately they were not eatable.



This small red mushroom grows only in the winter. The scarlett elf cup is very rare. Maybe we will see a bigger one later.



We had some snow – but not much.



The oyster mushroom is very yummy, but this one was too small.



Look – we got more snow!



We hardly saw the next mushrooms in the snow.



They were trooping funnel mushrooms. Murph told us that you can eat them, but they are not yummy. Mum, the snow smelt great!






Murph was right! There are mushrooms in the winter!

Hello mum,

today is Nikolaus Day : the humans put their cleaned shoes in front of the door the night before – and on the 6th of December the Nikolaus came and put sweets into the shoes – if the humans were well-behaved. Unfortunately I don't have shoes – but we searched big ones from HoBi.

No – these were too small.



These were better. Unfortunately they were very dirty. We didn’t want to clean the boots.



There must be nice big and clean boots somewhere in the flat. These ones were beautiful – we will take them.



We put the boot in front of the door and we waited.



The Nikolaus had to come! I was the guard.



Ah – I heard a noise! Was it the Nikolaus?



Wow – the boot was so full! How will we get the sweets? Sofia flew onto the boot. PinkyHH climbed up the boot.



Then both threw the sweets to us.

Well – this took a long time. It should be faster!



Murph had an idea! We overthrew the boot!



Done – so many sweets!



We must have been very well-behaved TVs.

Hello mum,

It was snowing all morning long. This is the spa garden of Bad Salzdetfurth. Can you see how much snow we had?





This is the famous place of Murph – the Summstein. You sit in it and bumble. Then your body tickles.


There were 2 big salines in the spa gardens. People used the salines to get salt in the Past. Today they relax next to it and enjoy the healthy air. Unfortunately the salines don’t work in the winter time.






There were many old timbered houses. You can hardly see them because of the snow.



During the Advent season many houses are decorated with these big stars. Beautiful, isn’t it?



We got cold – and we went home.



We found a nice comfy place and had to dry.

Hello Mum,

it was Christmas and we went to Sülfeld to celebrate it with RikeH, Dicker Kumpel and his guests.

First we met Dicker Kumpel and his guests – and we shared our gifts!



Great, everyone got chocolate!



I received a Santa!



Then it was time to talk to Snowy the snowman and Rudi the reindeer. Santa was very busy this Christmas – so he sent his two best friends to us.



I started and sang a song. Then I performed a poem.





I must have been great – and I received something nice from Snowy and Rudi.





It was wonderful.



I hope that you had a great Christmas Time too, Mum!

Hello mum,

We are on holidays – but the weather is awful. It is raining all day long. Everything is wet and grey!



This is the Elbe. It is a very big river in the North of Germany.



There are beautiful villages behind the dikes. We even saw a mill.



Many of the farm houses had wonderful gates.



I saw many lighthouses- great, isn’t it?



Big ships were on the way to Hamburg.



There were many beautiful houses and churches here, but we already were so wet and wanted to go home.





Keep your fingers crossed for us – that the weather will be nicer soon, because we planned a lot of nice trips here!

Hello mum,

Today the weather was better – and we drove to the North Sea.



We drove to the beach and took a wonderful walk. But it was very windy!





At this place the Elbe flows into the North Sea.



This is the harbor of Cuxhaven.



On our way back we saw the fall of tide – the water went away.



Hopefully it won’t rain tomorrow.

Hello mum,

it was our last day here – and we took another long walk. I saw beautiful houses and a nice gate.







The dikes of the Elbe were really high.



This is important. We found this sign. You can see how high the water during storm floods.



I cannot imagine it, that the Elbe was 6 meters higher during the floods.



This region is called „Altes Land“ (old country). It is famous for the fruit-growing. You can see fields with fruit trees everywhere.



These trees were so funny!

I am sorry, because we have to drive home tomorrow.

Today iam arrived in Indonesia, in one of the beautiful island of Indonesia called Bali
Linda, my new host, her TVs Bima and Sena also the other TVs that stay in Bali ( Konrad, Biba, Hans-Gunther, Ferdi-Fuch, Capote, Kruppchen, Kioko and Franz-Ferdinand ) welcomed me.
So, Mum...iam ready for my next journey in tropical island, Bali
