Today I went to a market place in Tampere and saw the Tammerkoski Rapids. I even found a palm tree!

Great weekend! People were celebrating 'the end of the boating season', which means I got to see some fire artists, fireworks and other stuff last night.

I've been lazy this week... Except for one day when my host took me to work. And now I've seen enough letters and parcels for a lifetime. Thanks!



Today I visited a camping site and Arboretum Park and realised that it's autumn here...

Tampere was great but I thought I wanna see some other places in Finland too, so here's my road trip across the country to Eastern Finland where I'll be spending the rest of my time in Finland.


(Bye bye Tampere!)






(It was interesting to drive all the way up to Riihivuori hill with a fully loaded car but it was worth it!)

Hi Dad!

I'm becoming a Finnish leprechaun: I've been living on Finnish rye bread the whole week AND I tried Finnish sauna (and beer).








There's still a couple of things I wanna see next week and then I'll have to pack my things (myself) and continue my travels.

PS. I haven't find my pot of gold yet. I tried to steal from my host's money save but there wasn't much to steal...



I guess I'll just have to go to Ireland to get rich...or something.
