Travelog for: Blue

Blue has grown up in this small house and is ready to spread his wings. He is ready to explore and maybe even meet other pelicans. Now the question is where should he go. He is so used to Florida and even though he dreams of going somewhere new he doesn't know where to start. The world is so big.

Blue moved out today. He packed up and flew off to Montana. I hope he has fun there. (I know he will. No pressure or anything.)

Blue arrived at my house well packaged and eager to meet our family!

Matthew was the first to greet him, then Duke, then Tammy and finally Harley.  We are all thrilled that Blue is staying with us.  We will take Blue to the arch and Zoo this weekend.

The day after Blue arrived, we went to Flamm City Natural Area where Blue learned how fishermen in Missouri enjoy catching fish.  Of course, Blue didn't want to get wet so we really stayed away from the water, but Blue loved the visit! 

Blue was a little nervous visiting a haunted mansion, but since we didn't have to go in, he kept calm.  Blue did see the most beautiful garden here and enjoyed a walk through the surrounding woods.  The Mansion is the summer home of one of SWBell telephones founders.  Very nice place! 

I visited the St. Louis Arch with my friend and fellow ToyVoyager Henry the Adventure Hound.  Henry was great company.  We also had cookie monster KR, Jessica, and Balu with us.  It was great fun.  But we couldn't go to the top of the arch because of a mechanical failure.  Still the courthouse, arch and plaza were a beautiful sight to see!

Blue visited the state capitol with Henry the Adventure Hound, Baby Cookie, and Jessica.  The capitol was closed because it was Sunday, but it was still a fun visit.  The area surrounding the capitol is beautiful. 

Blue is still ready to move on, but without instructions from his owner, Blue is a bit homesick. 

I issued a tracking number on the package I mailed containing Blue.  It was delivered on September 17, 12:44 PM according to USPS Tracking Number 03063030000304327059.  I hope Blue's new host updates the travel log soon. 

Raina got to open my package today. She doesn't know how long the Nuns have forgotten about me but at least she "rescued" me back (haha). She was so happy to see me!!! She and all of her friends say they will have to take a pic with me. It is so nice to see Nuns too! I have never seen one and Raina is living next door to 7 of them. 

I got to meet the Rector Major today. (He is the head of all the Salesian Priests and Brothers).  So few people ever get to see him let alone have a picture taken with him.

Blue wrote me and said he missed traveling.  He is upset because he hasn't updated his travelog since September!  Poor Blue!
