Travelog for: P10

Hi. Up until a few days ago i didn't have a name. Or at least i dont remember what it is. I was discarded into a box at an op shop, and have been buried beneath other teddies and dolls and things for a while now. I thought i would never find someone to love me, and care for me, especially as the box was so deep and i am so small.
So just as i was about to give up all hope, after being here for years, a hand reached in and gently moved the other toys aside and lifted me out. I looked up. She was strange looking. With piercings and tattoos and half her hair was pink! But she smiled at me, and said "you're coming home with me." And i wasn't the only one! She rescued 9 others that day. I didn't know what the world would look like after being locked away for so long.
So she took us to what would be our new home, and we met the family pets - Atila, Maximus and Itci. They sniffed me, and then let me be.


The strange lady said i could call her mummy, and that she would take care of me.
It took mummy a few days to think of a good name for me, and finally she came up with P10. P10 stands for Paddington - which is the suburb where she found me and 2010 - is the year she found me. SHe told me im going to be a Toy Voyager, although im not allowed to travel just yet. So im going to stay at home and welcome all the travelers who pass through.

So thats all for now. It was nice to meet you all, and i hope you keep reading my log. It would be nice to know i have some friends out there.

Mummys birthday was on the weekend. This is my new friend Yoshi

So this is me and Yoshi helping mummy out with the housework















Today i got to go to work with mummy. There were 2 packages waiting for us at the post office.

The first was Sweet Mimi

The second was Miguel



I cant wait to take them out on adventures

Today we sent Bussi, Lenny and Nursy on to their next destination with a going away party.


Synapse ate an apple

Rosario got stuck into the chocolate

Sweet Mimi and i shared the chips

Miguel swam through the lollies and cookies

Lenny, Nursy and Bussi shared a cookie


Nursy tried to take a lolly

Lenny tried to take some food with him too

After eating until we were full, we had to say goodbye


I only just met them, maybe ill bump into them in future.

While mum's been busy at work, we've been catching up on our reading

We stayed up all night talking to the teddies saved from the claw machine, and the spider...

He came screaming out of the envelope saying "im free, im free"


When he calmed, we nibbled cookies


Someone glued an Australian 10cent piece to the ground... I tried to pry it up, but im not strong enough

Hi All

Today i helped mum with some cleaning.


We had Pasta for lunch and a Caramel Latte for an afternoon pick-me-up!


I was waiting for dad to call and decided to take a selfie


I tried to help mum feed the dogs and almost fell in the bowls! It smelt horrible to...


Then i helped mum dye her hair blue/black, which may not be anything special to you, but her hair has been PINK for like 2 years!


Then i helped make pizza for dinner. With mushrooms and pepperoni! It was soo good!

Today I helped mum do some gardening. I got to ride on the whipper sniper, it's scary and loud!


Then I got to help rake some leaves and grass clippings.


And then i almost fell in the 'leaf bin', as mum calls it.


I am a little sleepy now after all that hard work, so I might have a little nap.
I almost forgot, Pandora got chased by the big dog next door and i think she lost one of her nine lives!

This afternoon I got to go in the car.


I got to meet George, he lives in the car.


I almost got lost in the back seat with all the groceries!


When we got home we had a Caramel Latte, YUM!

Hi Everyone!

Today Rosario and I got to ride the train with mum to work.


We got to hang out with some of the other toys mum has at work.


I took Rosario to the post office so we could send her home to her mum. Bye Rosario!


For lunch mum got me a happy meal


I only wanted it for the puzzles


After lunch i went exploring and came across a red jar


So i decided to take a look inside


And found chocolate!!!
YUM!

Then i went exploring around mums desk. Look at all the kinder surprise toys she has...


And Easter chicks


I found these guys hanging out on the other side of the desk, they had tons of stories to tell me!


And this gorgeous pig who lives on her phone!


I wonder what adventures tomorrow has in store?
