Singapore, Singapore - 28th September 2008

Dio at Singapore Grand Prix 2008

B) We leopards love speed! Checking out parts of the circuit as the Ferraris and McClarens flew past the tracks.. The circuit was lit up by many flood lights to provide sufficient visibility for the drivers and the slow-motion video cameras. The smell of rubber, the deafening roar of the F1 cars as well as the exciting turn of events made it an experience hard to forget..

Alonso won in the end!

And of course there were plenty of dim sum in Hong Kong! ;) Reminded me of my time with Benni at the Singaporean restaurant now... I heard Benni was lost in Brunei ;( michi and I are both devastated... hope he can be found soon!

Here's a picture of me eating steamed fish at a roadside stall at Temple Street, Kowloon. The food's pretty tasty and the streets are colourful with all sorts of people.. afterall, Kowloon is one of the most densely populated areas in the world.

We also took some time off to do some sight seeing at Lantau Island.

Hong Kong residential flats are sooooo HIGH! There's at least 30 to 40 storeys and the apartments are really small. Cramped living spaces make people hang out more in the streets i guess. The restaurants and shops stay open till almost 11pm everyday~
