I'm Cekelat. It's a slang for chocolate actually which is my favourite food. I left home to see the world and also search the best chocolate recipes. I hope you can help me with my journey and fulfill my life missions. I hope to meet you soon.

Hi all! I've reached Singapore and I'm updating my travelog now!

This is where I live in Singapore. Most of the Singaporeans live in HDB flats like this, due to the scarcity of land in the country. The blocks vary in height, from 3 floors to 40 floors - wow! I am living on the 7th floor (out of 17 storeys).

Playground! There are many such playgrounds within the estate. It's a pity that it's raining now and I can't play in it

Ok I'm on the public bus, on the way to the MRT (mass rail transit) train station (subway)!

Yay I've reached Vivocity! It's one of the newest malls in Singapore and the largest currently!

After all the travelling... I'm getting a lil' hungry! Let's go to Marche for lunch!

OK I'm at Carls' Junior now, the place that is famous for their gigantic burgers and unlimited refill of drinks! Flavie told me a lot about her experiences when she was part-timing in F&B places during her holidays - so I'm quite tempted to try it out.. Food! Glorious food! Who can resist them!

Or maybe I can sell clothes... at River Island! Haha

Ok... it's getting late and the mall is empty.. time to go home!

Crap, I wished she took me to more places..

Today flavie brought me and Picado out for some visiting around Singapore! Yay! We're going to touristy places for some intense photo taking!!



The tallest hotel in Singapore!

This is the roof of Esplanade, our performing arts centre. Some say  it resembles the shell of a durian, a pungent fruit that is native to Southeast Asia.

Today I have a new friend with me! It is Picado (U.S) and behind us you can see the Central Business District, which is where lots of companies are located.

We also see some nice bougainvillea down the stretch of the pathway! Flowers are aplenty in Singapore.

I am at Marina Bay and you can see work going on behind. It is for the Integrated Resort which should be ready in 2 years. It will consist of a casino and an amusement park (almost like the universal studio)! There are always new things coming up in Singapore.

I am enjoying the river breeze. 

Here you can see the Merlion. It is a half-fish, half-lion creature which is a symbol of Singapore's history. It is sprouting water from its mouth into the river. You can find this creature on Sentosa Island too.
