And now it's time to say goodbye for hostmum and my good friends:
Lucky Lion will travel to Kuschi in Austria, I want to introduce my husband Wavy Gravy to my mother fleursmum in Australia and Soeren will visit Susie's. Goodbye, have a good journey and goodbye to Mefito, *Nick*, Lille, Augustin, Joshua and Paris. I'll never forget you...
Of course we had one of our famous and notorious farewell parties...

I am very happy to be back  home in Australia and to have the chance to show my husband Wavy Gravy around my home. 


We had a big surprise on the way home...our twins arrived!!!



They are called Tracee and Perry...I hope they enjoy Australia too! It is very hot today so we are having quiet time inside...the twins need their sleep after all the excitement of arriving.....we were welcomed by all the toy voyagers here


It is lovely to see the WotWots, Buddy, Kevin Kiwi again and to meet Chalon and Hansi Hu.

This week we are in New Zealand to celebrate a 90th birthday!! When we went to get the cake we found many trees like this



On the way home we went to a park by the harbour beach








The tide is way out this morning...behind us is Mount Maunganui and extinct Volcano that is at the end of the surf beach and the entrance to the harbour.

Today we have visited the Te Puna Quarry park and have found many interesting statues, plants and butterflies




Later in the afternoon we walked down the road to look at the historic Pa







The view over the harbour is spectacular!







we walked down to the beach





and had a little rest on the way!!

Hello Everyone!

This afternoon we have been over to Mount Maunganui,the extinct volcano at the mouth of Tauranga harbour.



we started walking from the surf side of the Mount,



around past Matakana Isalnd


we saw the Maori warrior who welcomes ships to the harbour



and ended our walk on the harbour side at Pilot Bay

Hello Everyone

We have now travelled up to Auckland and are on top of another extinct volcano. There are many many extinct  volcanoes around the Auckland area.

Here we are on top of another extinct volcano called One Tree Hill  there used to be a tree up the top here but it was attacked by a Maori activist and died so had to be removed. So far no decision has been reached as to what to plant to replace the dead tree with. The view up the top is amazing!





After walking back down we found this stand of kauri trees...native trees to NZ.

Today we are heading back to Australia

Today we are off on an adventure...we are on the way to the airport here but have stopped to do some geocaching and have ended up in this part of the forest


and we had a photo taken next to the mosque at the airport

Today we are travelling from Cornwall to Selsey and have stopped at Emsworth a lovely town on the coast...it has an enclosed harbour and canal

Today we have walked the Lipchis Canal from the city to the sea and back through the fields...in the background you can just see the spire of the Chichester cathedral.

Today we have been to Bracklesham Bay to look for fossils...sadly we didn't check the tides and found it was very high tide and the fossils are on a mud bank which you can only get to at low tide!! Ah well we enjoyed being on the beach.






The water made a lot of noise coming in and out on the stones.
