Hello Mum,

Today I went to a beautiful park.



On our way to the park we found this gate. I loved the color.



… and this fountain.



Behind me you can see the castle.



There is a small pavilion in the park.



These old tomb slabs were impressive.





A beautiful lake belongs to the park, too.



Let’s see, what more we can find here.

Hello Mum,

today is Nikolaus Day : the humans put their cleaned shoes in front of the door the night before
– and on the 6th of December the Nikolaus came and put sweets into the shoes – if the humas were well-behaved. Unfortunately I don't have shoes – but we searched big ones from HoBi.

These shoes are too small.



But this was great ! This boot was big enough.



Bad luck for us – the boot was dirty. And the Nikolaus only fills clean boots with sweets.



So we searched something to clean it.



And we  cleaned the boot.



It looked great...



Ready – now we put the boot in front of the door.



This was exciting – we sat behind the door and wanted to surprise the Nikolaus.



We waited all night long – this was my time to hear what happens!



Well – I heart something!



It worked – the whole boot is full!



But what now? How can we get the sweets? We are so small – and the boot is so big! We pushed togehter – maybe he will fall?



We made it – and so many sweets for us!



We must have been very nice over the year.

Hello Mum,

We were on holidays for some days. We visited Kaufungen.







But more important: It was Christmas.



Time for gifts! Murph had a big present for me.



A very big one!



What will be in there?



I have to look at it!



Wonderful! It looked great!





I have my own sofa.



It is so cozy!





Murph called us. A present from Dicker Kumpel to him.  What was this? We thought about it! We needed batteries. But we didn’t have batteries.



Fortunately HoBi had some for us. What a wonderful gift!

Hello Mum,

It rained all day long. Nevertheless we took a trip. This was the town hall of Treffurt.



We liked this house with the funny trees.



You see the castle of Treffurt there. We want to go there.



On our way we had this great view over the town.



The Castle looked beautiful.







We were very wet. But we dried in front of the fireplace. It was so cozy!

Hello Mum,

The weather was better today. We went to the town, where Mother Hulda lives. We took a walk.



We had to pass this gate.



Mother Hulda  shook the pillows. I held on.



A beautiful old tower. Will Mother Hulda lives here?



We got this great photo on our way. Normally these birds are very shy.



This goddess is called Freya…she didn’t look like the small  Toyvoyager Freya.



Through this backyard…



… we came to this famous house. This is the museum of Mother Hulda.



We learnt, where Mother Hulda lives.



Her Castle is in this lake.



Mother Hulda looked like this.



Unfortunately she didn’t told us, where the entrance was.

Hello Mum,

Today we went to Witzenhausen.  A beautiful tower…



… and the town hall.



To be honest – it wasn’t really great here. Witzenhausen is famous for the cultivation of cherries. These were the only cherries that we found.



We liked this castle more.



And this was so funny! We wanted to have a photo.



There was a hotel near to the castle.



All rooms are tree houses.



But what was this? Maybe an UFO? Will Murph leave?

Hello Mum,

today we visited Hann.Münden. There was a wonderful town hall.



This was the “Weserstein”.



Here was the place where the Rivers Werra and Fulda meet to form the River Weser.



A wonderful bridge over the Fulda.



Hann.Münden has a lot of beautiful half-timbered houses.





I absolutely wanted to have a photo with this funny guy.



Hann. Münden is really a beautiful town.

Hello Mum,

Today we went into the forest. We tried to find the winter. But the forest didn’t really looked like winter.



But then we found a small piece of winter.



Didn’t it look funny? It is called Hair Ice.



It looked like winter there.



Hoarfrost everywhere.

Hello Mum,

The weather forecast promised 20 cm of snow. We wanted to see it.



Hmmm, 20 cm?



Nevertheless we took a long walk.



This river is called "Innerste"



This tree was very impressive. There were many mistletoes hanging on it.



We found a small water fall…



… and a lake without water...



But there was almost no snow!





On the way home we found a good friend. He guarded Murph’s home.

Hello Mum,

The weather was so beautiful. We drove to Murph’s famous lake.



Let’s go…



It looked really great.





Hopefully we will get a hot punch there.



Even the river was nearly frozen.



Unfortunately we didn’t get hot punch…



… and we were not able to do a boat trip.



It was beautiful.



This is Murph’s famous beach. During the summertime you can see him often with his beach chair here.



Wow, so much ice!

On the way back we found something amazing. I have to show it, although we didn’t get so many photos. But look!



It was so exciting! A tree, where water flows out of the Top.



I learned on this sign, how it works.



The water with the ice looked so beautiful!





What an experience! Surely I will visit it in spring again!

Hello Mum,

we took a trip to the Harz Mountains. The large water dam was very full.



We walked to this river.



We walked all the way on the masonry damn.



Where did all this rubbish come from in the water?



This was the masonry damn from down below.



They dump water out of this opening, when the water damn is full.



The water flows through the "Innerste" then. The river flows near to Murph's home. We already showed it.



It was a great trip!

Hello Mum,

today we went to a holy spring. Many people take water from it. It should help against sicknesses.



This was the main spring.



Here you see 2 other springs – coming directly out of the hill.



There was a small altar next to the spring. People sacrifices things here, and hope that the spring never stops.



The water from the spring feed this pond. The water was so bright!



Then we went into the forest to search the spring. The Coltsfoot and the Spring Snowflakes have blossomed





The bear's garlic and the orchids were still very small.





Hopefully it will be warmer soon, because we want to search mushrooms.

Hello Mum,

today we went to an abbey.



This hotel will definitely look great in the summer.



They dried grain in the tower in the Past.



Wow, this was really large.



Almost as large as the Gate.



Many people marry in the church of the abbey.



We were lucky, because there was no one in the church.



We found these plants in the garden. What will it be?



These deer belonged to the abbey.



But the abbey it famous for its schnapps.
