Hello!! I am back! On this day we are travelling to Canberra, Australia's capital city.  We have stopped at the Ettamogah Pub, which was in a popular cartoon in Australia.

Hello,

Today we are having a walk around Canberra, and we have arrived at the National War Museum


and here is a memorial to Australian and New Zealand people


and a new statue to dogs who work in war zones



and here we are at Lake Burley Griffin, behind is Parliament house



we had a walk thru the gardens where the tulip festival is held, no tulips now but we found some wonderful poppies


We found some giant friends in the park

Today we have been on the tourist hop on and off bus having a look around Canberra...our first stop was Parliament House



Inside the Grand Hall is an amazing tapestry


this is the Senate room



Here we are up on the roof



and now in the house of Representatives



Later we went to the Science museum and played some music


Back near the morel we found some giant Galah statues

Today we are back in Victoria and heading off for a walk on the beach after being at sewing group.

Today we have been down the coast to Torguay to try and find some geocaches



it is a beautiful day, the tide is way out




we found a seal but no cache!



It was a lovely day to be out and about.

On our way home from Torquay we stopped at Breamlea for a look around



we found and old gun emplacement that used to look over the ocean but has slid down the sand hill



is a very nice beach here.

We have been to Port for a sewing day today and stopped at the beach on the way home






we had fun in the sun!!

today we spent the afternoon at the beach, some people were swimming and others fishing
