Reading, PA - IMAX Theater, USA - 21st April 2012
By: Boris Kitty
Tonight we went along to the movie theater! We are here to see The Hunger Games.
We got popcorn!
And soda!
But shhhhhhhh the movie is starting.
It was a very good movie but the humans with us all agreed that the books were better than the film. Maybe I should read the books now?

Reading, PA Indian Restaurant, USA - 22nd April 2012
By: Boris Kitty
My host, Boris Kitty, got a new friend. His name is Spock. He is a scifi-loving Baboon from the Isle of Wight in the UK. He will be living with Boris and his family from now on! Kolo is in charge of rehoming baboons to his pals all over the world. He is really a great pal to have!
So in celebration we decided to treat Spock (and ourselves) to Indian food. Yum!
We started with Naan, a traditional bread.
As you can see Spock is ready with the water just in case the curry is spicey.
It was a buffet style restaurant so we went back for some more of our favorites and to try a few new things as well.
The food was very good. I think I like trying out foods from different places.

Wyomissing, PA - Reading Hospital, USA - 23rd May 2012
By: Boris Kitty
My host's sister was in a car accident (she's the nice lady that took us to the greenhouses in Lancaster last month) so I decided to go visit her in the hospital. She got lots of nice flowers and cards (I had to stick my nose in every one).
Everybody says that hospital food is gross, but I kind of liked it.
As you can see I have an "owie" on my nose so she does not feel so bad. I hope she gets better soon so she can take me some where else fun.

By: Dr.Kröbner
Hello at home,

Fortunately I was in company with Misslucy, a rat I meet at my mums place. Misslucy know it from her own experience, that it could be very boring and dark in our travelboxes, and she smuggled a candle and some matches in our parcle. Me and Misslucy had a lot of fun and telling some cock-and-bull storys.
What a great greeting with all the other TV´s at Misslucys home, when they opened the travelcase.
Andrea introduced me to all the other plushies
bigbear Dr.Kröbner(TV), littlebear Heinz, dragon Spikey(TV), littlebear with shirt Fritz, little bunny, seagull Gisela, guardian blue elephant, piratbear Mur, little monkey with pants Freaky, sheep Mr.Shaun (TV), yello cat Mr.Lemony (TV), squirrel Philly (TV), beaver B.o.B.(TV), little monkey *coco* (TV)
OMG..... what a gang
By the big welcomeparty me and Misslucy had to recount about the last weeks til sunrise and now I´m realy tired and want go to bed.

Fritzlar, Germany - 8th August 2012
By: Dr.Kröbner
last weekend I visited a wonderfull old town in hesse, Fritzlar is a small German town (pop. 15,000) in the Schwalm-Eder district in northern Hesse, 160 km (99 mi) north of Frankfurt, with a storied history. It can reasonably be argued that the town is the site where the Christianization of northern Germany (north and east of the Roman Limes) began and the birthplace of the German empire as a political entity. The town has a medieval center ringed by a wall with numerous watch towers. Thirty-eight meters (125 ft) high, the Grauer Turm ("Grey Tower") is the highest remaining urban defense tower in Germany
help, I have done nothing...
what have you done ?
The St. Peter's Cathedral is one of the most beautiful Romanesque-Gothic churches in Hesse
the marketplace with nice halftimbered houses
The city hall, first documented in 1109, is the oldest in Germany still in use for its original purpose
...here you see the biggest halftimbered house in hesse,
"das Hochzeitshaus" the wedding house
The monastery, hostmum went to school here
and then I visited a castle ..
the Garvensburg The castle was built in 1894-1898 by industrialist William Garvens, who was knighted in 1908 and afterwards called William of Garvens. He built a hunting lodge in the style of the late period, a castle-like villa, surrounded by an English garden with beautiful sculptures of an African Artist
that was a nice trip
Lovr
