Hexham, England - 16th July 2012
By: Snamoen
Hi Mum,
Last night was so much fun!! Hostmum and her family went out, so we had the house all to ourselves. So of course, we had to throw a houseparty!!
First, we had to get ready. I helped Sheela and Paula get the snacks ready.
Of course, what's a houseparty without music? So I put the TV on and chose a music channel with music that we could dance to.
I was a bit worried that no one would show up and the party wouldn't be a success... But there was no reason for me to be worried. As you can see, plenty of toys came around and we danced the night away.
For most of the evening I talked to this guy, who said his name was Victor. He was a nice guy.
As the night went on, I got a bit sleep, so lay down on the sofa for a nap. I ended up falling sound asleep, and woke up the next morning with Flummi and her friend next to me!
So, it was a great night Mum - and we managed to tidy up before hostmum came back home. I think we got away with it, yay!!
Love,
Niiskuneiti

Hi Mum!
I'm on my way home - I'm really excited to see you again!
Because hostmum and the other TVs needed to leave early in the morning, I had to get up early as well. 3am, can you believe it?!
First everyone said bye to me.
And now... time to be on my way.
See you soon Mum!

HOME in Jyväskylä, Finland - 30th July 2012
By: mmm105
This is absolutely great! I will travel again!
I will go to Germany to visit Ravyna.
I'm so exited that I can travel again, and to see new places.
I looked the map of Europa, and I saw there's soooo many kilometres between Finland and Germany.
Kurnau said goodbye to me. And then all others came to say it, too. So nice of them!
But I'm not only one, who is leaving here. Druri and TobiHH will also travel to Germany, but to the other town. And Honeymooners will go to Japan.
Hugs,
Niiskuneiti

Trieb, Germany - 2nd August 2012
By: Ravyna
Yeah!
I arrived in Germany!
After the journey in this dark envelope, I was a bit exhausted, so Ravyna gave me some chocolate and cool water with fresh mint from the garden.
She was very pleased about the sweet postcard and the lollipop, I brought with me.
I'll update again as soon as possible.
Love you, mum! ♥

Trieb, Germany - 4th August 2012
By: Ravyna
Today I walked a bit through the garden, there were nice flowers and I found a big pumpkin.
When I came back to the house, there was an envelope lying on the table. I thought, that could maybe be another TV, because Ravyna told me, there will arrive a sheep from Lithuania. So I opened it and Leila crawled out.
I’m happy, there’s another TV here now and I’m sure we’ll have much fun together.
See you,
Niiskuneiti

Lichtenfels, Germany - 7th August 2012
By: Ravyna
This morning Ravyna took us with her to Lichtenfels, the small town near her village. We could take the first sight-seeing photos.
You can see me in front of the town gate and the town hall. The last picture shows Leila and me sitting on a huge basket. It’s standing there, because Lichtenfels is called the “city of baskets”. In the past there lived many people here, who made baskets.

Kemitzenstein, Bad Staffelstein, Germany - 7th August 2012
By: Ravyna
Later this day, Ravyna, her boyfriend and we ToyVoyagers went rock climbing. They explained us, how we have to secure each other and then I started. It was such a great feeling to reach the top!
The location is called “Kemitzenstein” and is one of many other rocks nearby, where you can go climbing.
Maybe you know now, why the area is called “Frankenjura” or “Fränkische Schweiz” (= Franconian Switzerland).
Hopefully we’ll have the chance to do this great sport one more time, it was so much fun!
Hugs and kisses,
Niiskuneiti

Spiesberg, Germany - 8th August 2012
By: Ravyna
Look what a guy from the small village Spiesberg did for his girlfriend. He built his proposal of marriage on a field out of 150 bales of straw! It says there: “Willst mich heiraten”, what means “do you want to marry me”.
We have also seen a hot-air balloon this day, which was very colourful and glooms in the evening sun.

Katzenbuckel, Stübig, Germany - 11th August 2012
By: Ravyna
Today we went to the “Fränkische Schweiz” once again and climbed a rock called “Katzenbuckel” (= a cat’s arched back). For Leila and me the tour was too long, so Ravyna took us with her to top.
Up there is a box with a notebook in it, in which you can write the date and your names. Everybody who will now climb the Katzenbuckel, will know that there were already ToyVoyagers up there!
See you soon,
Niiskuneiti

Past Inner-German-Border, Thüringen, Germany - 17th August 2012
By: Ravyna
Did you know that Germany was divided into East and West Germany for a long time? And nobody from the east was allowed to cross the border to West Germany. Today we went to the federal state Thüringen, which has been a part of East Germany. At the pictures #3 and #4 I am standing, where a big fence has been. On the shield is written: “At this place, Germany and Europe were divided until the 18th November 1989 at 6am”. Today you can’t see any signs of the boarder anymore, only the trees are a bit smaller than these around.
Kisses,
Niiskuneiti

Lake near Reundorf, Germany - 18th August 2012
By: Ravyna
Today we went to a lake near the village Reundorf. It’s cool, that they have so many lakes around here, when the weather is as hot as today. You can see the big abbey "Kloster Banz" in my last picture, which is standing on top of the hill.
