Warwick, England - 1st September 2006
By: Worldwide
Smith has nominated himself to go along with some other Voyagers as they head off on their travels this weekend.
He is very much looking forward to his journey, hoping to meet lots of friendly people and boss lots of other Voyagers about...

Knaresborough, England - 2nd September 2006
By: Worldwide
Me at Knaresborough.
It's really very pretty. Have a look at these pics of the river and viaduct. There's also Old Mother Shipton's Cave here, which sounds like the sort of thing that a dragon could get into. But apparently we haven't got time for all that on this trip.
But you ought to come and see it all for yourselves.

Me, and one of my many acolytes, outside Betty's Tea Rooms, one of Harrogate's foremost tourist attractions.
Right-o. Off for some cake.

Me in Harrogate.
Liked it A LOT.
Lots to do, lots to see.
Pump rooms type malarkey, Turkish Baths (great for dragons - we like the heat) AND The Ministry of Sound.
My sort of place. Will be back for a long weekend when I've ditched the others.

Ripon Cathedral, England - 2nd September 2006
By: Worldwide
Me at Ripon Cathedral.
It's an Indian Summer, don't you know?
Torrential rain and too many umbrellas.
You can only see the top of my head cos I was up to the nostrils in flash floods.
Fire-breathing skills at all-time low.

York, England - 2nd September 2006
By: Worldwide
Still raining, but now in a strangely on-off fashion, triggered solely by whether I'm inside or out.
I'll spell it out....
In a shop: no rain
Outside in open air: torrential downpour
Under cover of tree: blue skies
In middle of street: heavens open
And so it goes....
York is fab though, lots of walls to run around and very quaint. Reminds me of Camelot when I was a lad....

Lincoln Castle.
Defended by great walls.
Guarded by fierce cannon.
Invaded by ToyVoyagers.
Me sussing out the lie of the land.

London, England - 7th April 2007
By: Isobel&Neil
Finally got another outing. Have been sitting next to a computer for too long (and being fobbed off with "You're on desk duties at the mo, Smith" just doesn't cut it with us dragon-types...)
Don't these people realise that ToyVoyagers LIVE to travel??!!
It's good to get out and about - it's been a long time since Lincoln.
Well, here I am in England's/Britain's capital, the fair city of London.
And here's one famous landmark for you - the famous Ritz (as in "Puttin' on the ... ") Hotel, destination of those in search of a particularly fancy afternoon tea.
Didn't have time to stop, and anyway, I thought that a fire-breathing dragon might be a little scary for the takers of tea. Besides, we have sights to see!

Here's Big Ben, the huge clock at Westminster/Houses of Parliament.
I wonder if the PM knows his clock is wonky?

And this old ferris wheel looks a bit wonky too, from where I'm standing.
Just one little push from me and it'll be careering down the Thames in an instant!

Now this is a bit more like it. A proper, non-wonky landmark you can really get around.
St Paul's Cathedral.
