Schwarzentenn Alm, Germany - 14th November 2010
By: Pandamao
Wow, it is 18 degrees (Celsius) outside in the sun, it does not feel like the middle of November
We took the car and went to the village of Klamm near the Tegernsee and hiked up to the Schwarzentenn Alm. On the way up we found some patches covered with snow - amazing! It was a great day, I enjoyed it very much. And then the moon came out in full daylight.

We walked along the Isar and passed the German Museum (Science and Nature), later we took a rest. Luckily we have furs and so did not freeze in the snow.

Murnauer Moos, Germany - 9th January 2011
By: Pandamao
The weather forecast said it would be a fine day so we took the car and went down South in the area of the Murnauer Moos, near to the mountains. We have chosen a nice walk in the sun with great views ..... the snow was nearly gone and the paths were really shiggy ... Maggy, the English Setter dog changed colour - from white with black dots to black with some white spots. Guess who took a shower when we were back after 4 hours walking?

After the walk I helped to take care of my host’s plants. Pandamao loves plants and flowers and she has a lot of African violets.
I learnt that it is easy to reproduce African violets. You have to cut a leave from an older plant and put it into soil.
Then you have to wait and some weeks later little green leaves will peep out of the soil. When they are strong enough you can take them out, separate them into their own pot.

I walked Maggy the dog through the English Garden. It is a huge park and in the middle there is a Chinese Tower with a beer garden.

München, Germany - 20th March 2011

A small envelope arrived - I am curious what is inside. I opened and watched .... first some kind of claw reached out, then more body parts came out but .... ..... no head on the body, horror!! Well, in the end it turned out to be Lazarus, another toyvoyager, who had mislaid his head due to heavy traveling. Welcome Lazarus!
