Travelog for: Pepita

Hey Daddy,
I'm really sorry that I could not update my blog. We had lots of technical problems.
It was an interesting 2017! I travelled to Denmark 6 times! I'm really sad, that I could not upload pictures from there. 

Now I'm coming home. I heard I'm going to the west of Germany. Is Landroval waiting for me over there? Squab told me he travelled with him...

Today I felt someone picking up my travelling quarters, and later there was some frantic activity around me.



Soon there was light and as I jumped out I met my friends Sigfrido, Krystal and Orpheus welcoming me back home .



Of course, they were very happy to see me, but they were even happier when they saw the delicacies I brought with me , so we had a busy chatting and chocolate-eating afternoon .

Today we arrived in Italy where we met sammino, Landroval and their guests who will spend Christmas with us .

Today we got ready to travel back to Canada and said goodbye to Orpheus and Sigfrido who will stay in Europe .

We arrived back in Calgary last night, and it’s cold, very cold, almost -30C . I think we’ll just recover from the trip by staying at home .

Today smaug came back with an envelope, a very interesting envelope .



As we opened it, a new guest came out, Beppe, a nice beaver from Italy .

Guess what? smaug has decided for once not to be lazy and took us out for a little hike . As we came out of the trees we had a nice view of the Little Elbow River valley …



…and once we reached the summit the view was great .



Of course, such a nice day was also a bit windy, so we had no time to linger and were soon shoved back into the backpack .
