Bruchsal, Germany - 4th April 2012

By: fam-united

Today I left my home in Bruchsal for a new adventure. I'm sorry, but I forgot to write a thank you update for Sookie. I had such a great time at her place. My mum was so happy to see me with my new scarf, she loves it too.

Watch out for new updates, I'm away for two weeks. My mum said, that I would need my scarf again.

Bye, Robby

Bruchsal, Germany - 20th April 2012

The weather got worse. It rained heavily in the afternoon and we were happy to stay inside the house, but of course we took a look at the wonderful rainbow.

Bruchsal, Germany - 22nd April 2012

By: fam-united

Finally I found time to read these two pages of two different newspapers of the week. The one is about Bruchsal asparagus. Bruchsal is famous for its asparagus fields and auctions.

http://farm8.staticflickr.com/7233/7124492149_10f8d0dc71.jpg

The other newspaper page is about the baroque palace of Bruchsal. I think, you have a good view to many different parts of the main building with the church tower, but still many houses are missing.

We have typical April weather in Bruchsal. There is sunshine and the next moment there is hail and thunder and rain.

Karlsruhe, Germany - 19th November 2012

By: zauberaeffle

Hello Mum,

today I have come in Karlsruhe. Just I have slipped of my envelope.

The weather here in Karlsruhe is not good, today it was very cold and foggy.

I was received very friendly by Anton and Bär Schär.

In my envelope was still another TV... Xiaoxia.

I am curious sometimes what I will experience here.

Best regards Robby

Dear mum,

host-mum worked in the last time so much, therefore, I could not contact up to now yet.

A new TV also came with us. Viola the small bear. She was already once with host-mum, because she has liked it so well, now she is there again.

Yesterday she has taken time for us (Xiaoxia, Viola an me) and we have decorated the flat for Christmas.

It has made us to all a lot of jokes. Many coloured lights.... this looks so nice!

Many love Greetings,
Robby

Hello mum,

today we were on the Christmas fair in Karlsruhe. I have well liked it really. Many coloured lights, everything was decorated so nicely.

Even the Santa Claus was there. He has come with a sledge and reindeers and has told to us a story. This was really nice!

Karlsruhe, Germany - 5th December 2012

By: zauberaeffle

Hello mum,

two new TV came to host-mum. Zebra fr Hansen and Brook. We have welcomed them warmly.

After a short time we played hide and seek. I hide me in the sledge of the illuminated rendeer. That was fun!

Unfortunately, Santa Clause does not come this year to host-mum, because she must work. However, for it we go on Friday to Strasbourg, France. This becomes also nice absolutely.

Greetings Robby

Karlsruhe, Germany - 8th December 2012

By: zauberaeffle

Hello mum,

yesterday, we haven't gone to Strasbourg. It was the purest snow chaos in the streets. In addition, host mum is ill. We have postponed it until next week on Wednesday now.

We had nevertheless much fun. Since it has snowed so incredibly, we have a snowball fight made, a snowman built at once and zebra fr Hansen has his first ski attempts behind itself. He of course has fallen just to, however, hasn't hurt himself fortunately.

After that we have warmed ourselves up in the apartment. Host mum has built up a hayrack, this one looks really terrific!

Kind greetings
Robby

Strasbourg, France - 13th December 2012

By: zauberaeffle

Hello, mum,

today we (host-mums parent, her sister and her boyfriend, Xiaoxia, Viola, Robby, Zebra fr Hansen) were  in Strasbourg on the Christmas fair.
It was wonderful. Everywhere it smelt of mulled wine, cinnamon, carnations, waffles, little cookies...

We have sauntered through the small lanes, have eaten something and have drunk.

We were also in the Strasbourger dome, but, unfortunately, there one was not allowed to fotograph. This would have become absolutely great pictures.

After we were again at home, we have celebrated resignation of Xiaoxia and me. It was nice here in Karlsruhe.

Dear greetings
Robby

Bruchsal, Germany - 22nd December 2012

Our host was way too busy during the last weeks. And we sat there and waited for things to happen. Today finally she decided, that Christmas without Christmas cookies isn't Christmas. So she sorted our the recipes of the cookies, she wanted to bake. At first we baked the Zigeunerschnitten, a sort of gingerbread. It is my host's favourite.
