Dear Mum, 

The evening was wonderful – but I didn't feel great this morning.



RikeH brought some ice for my aching head.



Afterwards we got some medicine.



Later that day I felt better – and had a great breakfast in the suite. Be sure that I didn't drink the champagne.



This was my last day on the cruise ship. I really loved it here.

This morning we arrived in Miami. I loved this view!



We took a trip by bus and saw some nice places.





It was a great journey!

We were back in Germany – and look – it was still winter!



These icicles were very long!





There was a lot of snow in the garden.

The snow was still here – and we took a long walk.



What a long way!



I loved the blue sky and the white snow.



This view was great, too. There was so much snow next to a small river.

Hello Mum,

The bunnies were really excited today. We asked why – it was Easter.



Time to search some Easter eggs and other chocolate. I found something!



Well – there was something in the basket of the bunny. But it was so high above the ground.



I asked Long Hippo to help me.



It was much easier this way.



I got the chocolate bunny.



Later we all sat together and were happy, because we all find a lot of delicious sweets.

Hello Mum,

Bad news – RikeH had the flu and was not able to make nice trips with us. So we decided to explore Sülfeld in the springtime.

The first stop was next to this sign – I learnt a lot about an old channel.



There it was – smaller than in the Past I think.



We stopped at a nice place and talked a lot.





No snow anymore!



We went along this small lake – it was frozen in the wintertime.



Look – what a wonderful tree!



This is the old school of Sülfeld.



And behind me you can see the emblem of the village.



Some years ago they celebrated 800 years for Sülfeld – an old village, isn't it?



This is the church – a really nice building.



I spent some time on a playground – and loved it.

Hello Mum,

Dicker Kumpel told me that I will travel to another host soon. Today I spent some time in the garden and had a look at the new flowers there.

I loved these!



But yellow flowers were beautiful, too.



Can you see me?



I thought about picking some of the flowers for you, but decided not to do it.



This is the place where Dicker Kumpel grows his vegetables.

Hello Mum,

after spending 4 months here in Sülfeld - and on the Cruise of course - it is now time to leave.

Dicker Kumpel and I had a great time together. I will miss him.



Then I said goodbye to my friends here.

Dear mum,

I safely arrived here in Franconia!
When I first looked out of my package I was careful, but Meomie from Vietnam welcomed me warmly. I handed over the sweets and the postcard from RikeH and then we went out in to the garden to breathe fresh air after my journey and see some flowers.

Today I had to say good-bye to my new friend Meomie, she’s going to Japan, but it’s a surprise for her… She was very excited, so I wished her much luck and save journey.

Today we made a trip to the “Franconian Switzerland”.
First it was a bit rainy and then a big thunderstorm came, so we had to wait in the car. Then the sun came out again and we did a little walk to the Kuchenmühle, the “cake mill”.  The stream is called Aufseß and it flows into the Wiesent, why the area is called Wiesenttal.

Dear mum,
I’m really sorry. I couldn’t update my travelog so long, because hostmum and I are really busy with their new family member. She is called Fina and we often play together. Isn’t she cute?

Today I went into the garden, although it was a bit rainy. Look what I’ve seen: hundreds of baby toads!
They came from a pond near the house, searching for a good place to live until they can get babies themselves. Then they will hop the whole way back again.

Later this day we collected flower umbels of elder. Back at home we prepared elder sirup, which has to brew for three days now. It smells already very delicious.

Today I accompanied hostmum and her friends to a lake nearby. The weather was warm but very cloudy so there have been only a few people. Swimming was wonderful. Can you see the mussels in the water? I also found a feather.
