Chesterfield, England - 28th April 2007

DaisyDuck loves the idea of travelling, but she has never been further than the local pond.
She often looks down the river, and daydreams about what she might see, and what adventures she would have, if she followed the river all the way along to the sea.
Now she is a little more grown up, and able to leave her mum without getting completely lost, she has decided to join ToyVoyagers in the hope of seeing some world-famous rivers and watery places.
Please will you help this little duck fulfil her ambitions?

Daisy has been visiting the farm and has seen lots of exciting things. She saw goats, llamas, cats, and dogs, oh and 2 year old Miles. She was almost eaten by a hungry goat.
She went on a boat on a pond and sw the tall Iowa corn.

Farmington, NM, USA - 13th September 2007

Here we are back in New Mexico. Its a little different from our last trip. We are up in the high desert and its hot and sandy but there are not many trees and not much vegetation.
When we arrived Coney and Rosa were there to greet us. Rosa said she was just camping up in the mountains above Red River recently. We are looking forward to seeing a lot of sights with Rosa and Coney.
I also met some other toys here but I understand they are not voyagers -- at least not yet.

I am all rested up from my trip and ready to see the sights. Today my host introduced me to lucky-ducky, well sort of. Lucky-ducky isn't here just now but is in Finland enjoying a wonderful extended vacation with his host Delenna I was able to view his travel log on the computer and he has seen and done a lot in Finland. Maybe I will get to go there someday too. Maybe I will be able to meet lucky-ducky in ducklife.

I went to college. I was able to sit in on a computer class that my host teaches and in the afternoon she let me help teach. I met some very nice students and told them all about toy voyagers.

Aztec, NM, USA - 18th September 2007

Here are some more pictures.
The Aztec Ruins National Park is on sacred ground. The park became a world heritage site in 1987.
Construction of some of the old buildings dates back to before the 1100's.
The West Ruin was the largest of the buildings and had at least 400 rooms rising 3 stories.
It was a public building like todays civic centers.
The Hubbard Site was built with three walls surrounding a Kiva. 22 rooms were built into the walls.
