Hello, WackyZ here. I helped Human2 on the way to work.
I paid for and pumped the gas at the gas station. Cars need fuel to make them go. I also helped navigate and monitored the speed of the vehicle in question too. |
Boris Kitty Posted Nov 30, 2011, 7:29 pm |
I went along to see what all this fuss was about for what the humanz call ELECTION DAY.

Hi Mummy,
it snowed jipihh .. We drove in the Hils, these are just a few miles, here is some information about the region where I am. The Hils is a range of hills in Germany's Central Uplands that is up to 480.4 m high. It is located in the districts of Holzminden, Hildesheim and Northeim, in the state of Lower Saxony.Geography The heavily forested massif of the Hils, which is part of the Leine Uplands and Weser-Leine Uplands, is immediately southeast of the knife edge ridge known as the Ith. It is located roughly northwest of Einbeck between Holzen to the west and Delligsen to the east Dr.Kröbner has chosen a Christmas tree and BrunoAusTirol and I have built a snowman ... then we have taken a walk through the snow a break must be Now quickly go home, warm up.....brrrr bye,bye...huggs and kisses |
Dr.Kröbner Posted Dec 23, 2011, 5:07 pm |
Hi Mumm,
look I helped BrunoAusTirol driving the car.... on the way to hanover.... but the other people have looked so funny, it's not normal that a turtle draws a car, so we sat down front.. long way.... finally hanover... in the background you see the Marktkirche. The Marktkirche S. Georgii et Jacobi (English: Market church Sts George and James), commonly known as Marktkirche ("The Church on the Marketplace"), is the main Lutheran church in Hanover, Germany. It was built in the 14th century and, together with the nearby Old Town Hall, is considered the southernmost example of the North German brick gothic (Norddeutsche Backsteingotik) architectural style. The roof and the vaults of the naves were destroyed in an air raid in 1943 and restored in 1952. The church is a Hallenkirche (hall church). Above the nave and two aisles rises a monumental saddleback roof. The high western tower was a symbol for the power and the wealth of the citizens of the town. It is still one of the highest towers in Lower-Saxony and a landmark of the city. I have made some window-shopping, especially I liked the plush horses .... tomorrow is Christmas Eve ... I'm very excited and must still wrap my gift for Dr.Kröbner bye, bye...huggs your Wacky-Z |

Hello from Wacky-Z
yesterday we made a nice trip....first in the car...on the highway to... ...Fritzlar Fritzlar is a small German town (pop. 15,000) in the Schwalm-Eder district in northern Hesse, 160 km (99 mi) north of Frankfurt, with a storied history. It can reasonably be argued that the town is the site where the Christianization of northern Germany (north and east of the Roman Limes) began and the birthplace of the German empire as a political entity. The town has a medieval center ringed by a wall with numerous watch towers. Thirty-eight meters (125 ft) high, the Grauer Turm ("Grey Tower") is the highest remaining urban defense tower in Germany. BrunoAusTirol and I are a bit buggered by the city...... this small street called Fischgässchen....behind the wall are very old houses I did not make it. On the plate is some information about these houses, unfortunately not in English...it means... Curia were designated as the home of a Säkularkanonikers, a canon or a canoness, mainly for individual buildings are representative district in immunity to the church At the end of the alley you have this great view of the Cathedral another view.... and now some information..The St. Peter's Cathedral is one of the most beautiful Romanesque-Gothic churches in Hesse. Three-aisled basilica The Cathedral of Fritzlar measures 43 meters (from the basement to the top). He continues to shape the cityscape of the small town in the Schwalm-Eder-Kreis (formerly Circle Fritzlar-Homberg). The three-aisled basilica in Fritzlar is considered one of the most beautiful in Germany. Collegiate Church of St. PeterAb the 11th Century, built and rebuilt several times, combines the Cathedral of St. Peter Roman and Gothic styles. In the oldest part of the Fritzlarer Domes are the crypts, which can also be viewed as the Cathedral, which, amongst other things, "Henry Cross" and some of the oldest monstrances the German-speaking. In 2004, the cathedral in Fritzlar the honor to be allowed to carry the title of Papal Basilica, bestowed by Pope John Paul II at the request of the diocesan bishop of Fulda, Heinz Josef Algermissen Mgr The construction of the Romanesque-Gothic church of St. Peter was the end of the 11th Century began. Here Henry I was crowned king. Fritzlar but at no time was bishop. and another view... The city hall, first documented in 1109, with a stone relief of St. Martin, the town's patron saint, is the oldest in Germany still in use for its original purpose. a little break before one of the oldest houses in Fritzlar, it is now the Tourist Information I'm sitting here on the Roland fountain on the market square. Many houses in the town center, notably around the market square, date from the 15th to 17th centuries and have been carefully maintained or restored. Finally, I've looked in the cathedral ....look the Krippchen what a nice trip.. huggs your wacky-Z |

Happy New Year from Baltrum. The crossing with the ferry was very quiet...
Here is our hotel room, I've shared a bed with Bruno, Dr.Kröbner had an extra bed.. In the evening we were alone and have a pillow fight made. When Andrea and Martin came back , we have situated in the bed and read ....... very brave. good night.... |
Dr.Kröbner Posted Jan 4, 2012, 2:26 pm |
Hello again...
Baltrum is a barrier island off the coast of East Frisia (German: Ostfriesland), in Germany, and is a municipality in the district of Aurich, Lower Saxony. It is located in-between the chain of the seven inhabited East Frisian Islands. Baltrum is the smallest island in this chain by area and inhabitants.... We have made a long walk across the island..... If you climbed up onto an embankment somewhere on the North Sea coast to take a look at the sea, you could be in for a disappointment - there's not a drop of water to be seen! Instead a broad, barren flatness stretches away before you. But don't panic, the North Sea will be back - in the Wadden Sea, the water ebbs and flows twice a day, in a six hour cycle. Giving rise, between Den Helder in the Netherlands and Esbjerg in Denmark, to a 10,000 square kilometre the like of which is found nowhere else in the world.. here I am looking for mussels a little break.. there are many information boards... lIn order to protect this natural landscape on Niedersachsen's North Sea coast, the area was made a conservation area in 1986. Since 2009, the Niedersachsen Wadden Sea National Park is part of the UNESCO World Natural Heritage Wadden Sea. The 288,000 hectare Niedersachsen Wadden Sea national park covers the tidal flats between the rivers Ems and Elbe, including the East Friesian islands lying just off the coastarge wetland Sea buckthorn is a typical plant here, found near the coast forming thickets on fixed dunes and sea cliffs what a nice trip...bye,bye huggs and kisses your Wacky-Z |

This semicircular tower is especially typical for the defensive storms of the medieval town wall. The blood tower was strongly damaged during the 2nd world war and was restored in 1951 after a drawing from the 19th century again. The inside of the tower is plastered. In the basement strong iron rings are let in the wall. They give the instruction to the traditional name "Blood tower": He presumably served as a prison tower, in the prisoner were interrogated and were tormented. |

Hello mommy
Waaah, that was a crazy journey. It was getting pretty hot inside my envelope! But i was waiting just a short time, until i heard some voices outside. Then someone opened my envelope and i saw two plushy arms. It was a bear named Cilly, who helped me to get off this warm space. Hello everybody! Everybody welcomed me very friendly. The three sheeps you can see on this picture, are Häppie_Sheep (another guest of my hostmom Eustachia) and Mimi and George (they are a couple and very friendly). The cats welcomed me, too. This dark one is Cami. Hello Cami! And this red cat is named Eloy They were both very careful and nuzzled me a bit. But there was another envelope, which arrived today.. Let's see who's inside! Häppie_Sheep opened it carefully. It's a little leopard with blue dots and he introduced himself as *Paul*. So we welcomed him, too. Oh look, he brough a nice card! That's enough for now, more later! Finally we arrived. Here are so many bicycles. Hmm... which one will i buy? What do you think about this one? I think i like it Or do you prefer this one? Oh noooo, Eustachia told me that we do not buy any of these bicycles.. Well then.. let's go shopping at Sommerlad (furniture store) and OBI (do-it-yourself store) I'm ready to paint something! Woah, it's so hot today! So, my hostmom bought me an ice. Yummyyyyy Finished! That was delicious! |

Hello mommy!
Easter is coming closer! So we decided to visit our hostmoms sister and to color some eastereggs. This sort of color is called Muschelglanz, which means seashell glossiness. Well, they do not look like a seashell but they do look very nice! We also got "easter stamps" to decorate the eggs with a stamp. First we tested the stamps at a paper. That was fun! And then we coloured some eggs with cold water pastel colours.. And here are the results: That was a great day and i had so much fun with Cilly and *Paul*. I hope you like the photos. It's Wackyyyyy! |

Wow, these buildings here are veery huge! This is the city hall. Hmm, not that pretty! And this is a church. Looks much better than the city hall Some steps later we found a Polizeiladen (Police store). Hehe, i really don't know what it is, but it sounds funny We continued our journey and it began to rain. Let's see what they got here in Offenbach.. A Burger King and a Pitstop.. Very long and broad roads.. An E-Center (supermarket), an OBI (do-it-yourself store) and a shell gas station.. As you can see, nothing special |

Hi mommy
Sorry for long time no update. But my hostmom had some stress, so we couldn't do any trips. But today we visited a wild animal park As we arrived, the rabbits and guinea pigs got their food. So there was some action! These plushy little guys are called raccoon dog. Awww, they look sooo sweet! Hello little donkey Waaaah, mommy you wouldn't believe what happened to *Paul* the next 5 minutes... He wants to cuddle a cute little donkey, he was shaking his ears and *Paul* felt right into the donkey bawn! Eustachia was getting very nervous, because he was too far away to pick him up. But i think, for *Paul* it was fun! She tried to touch him with a stick, but it was too short. Then she talked to the donkeys to nudge me that i can move closer to the fence. Hahaha.. and so it happened. One donkey went closer to *Paul*, looked at him and snuffled at him with his huge snout. Hihi, that looked ticklish Then he picked *Paul* up with his mouth and throwed him nearby the fence. Omg, i think for Eustachia it was hell on earth This is *Paul* with the friendly donkey who helped him out of the bawn. And this is the proof... donkey are not dumb, as everyone says. They are very clever and helpful This funny guy with the beautiful eyes is a guanaco, some sort of camel. Very coaty guys Hello little goats! In the end of our visit we were so hungry. So we decided to eat a pesto-pastry, some salat and a baked potato with curd cheese. Yummy! What an exciting day! We had so much fun. *Hugs* Wacky-Z |

Hello mommy
Today was an exciting day! Purple Tentacle invited us to learn archery... So first we went to the fields nearby our house. And this is our target, there in the back. It is made of straw. Hahaha, Purple Tentacle is a very funny guy. He wants to take on the world And from his point of view we need to learn how to fight. Today with bow and arrow Gypsy, Cilly and me payed attention on what he said. This is our bow. It is a horsemans bow. Hahaha, look at him how he lift up his little arm, while talking to us And these are the arrows. And another loooong monologue about arrows and how to use them correctly... Then he told us, that we have to strike the target right in the middle.. Who'd have thunk? Gypsy was the first archer! But she didn't score. When she came back to us i welcomed her jubilating, to console her Then she gave the bow to me. So let's see if i scored.. Oh nooo, no hit! But hey, take a look at this.. two of my arrows are very close to the target! And there are the other ones.. They gave me an applause as i arrived. And this freaky Tentacle said: "Well, that wasn't a bad performance!" Cilly was the next one. She didn't scored, too. But the arrows were very close to the target. Heey Cilly! Well done! And now our master wanted to show us how to do that... But he didn't scored.. Well, he shot the little shack, but not the straw target Purple Tentacle: So my friends. As you can see, we have to practice! Then one day we score with every shot! We have to practice, practice, practice aaaand PRACTICE! Cilly, Wacky-Z and Gypsy chorus: Yes, we will! Hahaha, i really had fun with this archery thing! After some more shots we enjoyed the sun.. ..and relaxed a bit. Phew, archery is very exhausting! Bye mommy Yours Wacky-Z |

Hello mommy!
Today we did a little roadtrip with my hostmom Eustachia. First we drove to Marburg. And Eustachia bought some new stuff at an archery store. Unfortunately we had no time to visit the city and take some photos. Maybe next time Then we continued our travel to Frankenberg, and Biedenkopf... |
Eustachia Posted May 26, 2012, 2:13 pm |
In Biedenkopf we visited the castle.
What a beautiful view over Biedenkopf! As you can see, the crazy Purple Tentacle was here too. And.. it's just what i expected.. he wants to force the castle To scale this castle wasn't that easy, but my purple friend was very motivated! And so we tried to keep up with him. Only one more step... We just managed it! Phew.. that was hard! Hmm, yes, now we had a better view.. But that wasn't enough for Purple Tentacle. He told us, that he wants to assault the tower too! Oh my god.. This guy is insane! Here is some Information about the castle keep. After some more steps we arrived at the top. Woooow, this view is sooo great! It was a bit stormy, so we have to cuddle up with everyone. And finally Purple Tentacle wanted to capture the flag. Oh my goodness! Fortunately we could hold him back. This is Biedenkopf. It looks much more beautiful from above Time to step down... .. with Purple Tentacle as our leader That was a funny day! I miss you mommy and wish you a nice weekend. Greetings Wacky-Z |

Hey mommy
Eustachia asked me to come along with her to a medieval market. Wooow, cool! And so we did! First we saw a man playing harp and i sang with him There are many peoples playing medieval music.. This is the tavern. We drank mead... ..and ate a wild garlic bread yummy! Here are some more impressions of the market Oh wow.. a sword fight! Take a look at the buckler... it is broken! And here is some fire action! Woooow... This is a medieval bookbinder. Cool! Two mounted warriors! And another show. You can see the Castle Laubach in the background. There were many booth selling medieval clothes, weapons or decoration, meals and drinks. Hello doggy That was such a great day! I had a lot of fun and it was very interesting to see all these peoples in medieval clothes. I felt like i'm in the 10th century Bye Wacky |

Hi mommy.
Today we were in Erfurt. Eustachia was here for a conference and she asked us to come along with her. This is our hotel room: Yummy, some midnight snack |

Purple Tentacle got us up early in the morning. But Cilly and me, we were sooo tired *yawn*
This is our view outside the window.. eeehh.. not that pretty but very green! That's the hotel. After Eustachias conference, we did a little sightseeing tour through Erfurt by car. Unfortunately we hadn't so much time, but it was enough to take some pictures of the city. This huge pipe is for geothermal energy. Here are some impressions of Erfurt. On our way back home we passed a huge wind farm. .. and some nice mountains with castles.. eeehh .. sorry for that bad photoshot. Oh wow, mommy. Look there.. a amazon warehouse! That was a nice trip and we had a lot of fun together. Best wishes Wacky-Z |

Today arrived two packages and a postcard from Tamina.. hmm, lets see who's inside..
It's a grey dragon and he introduced himself as Ziggy Dragon. But what.. whaaaa.. what's that? Another Wacky arrived! I think we'll have a loooooot of fun together Chorus:" It's Wacky! Zingooooz Man!" Then we all welcomed Ziggy Dragon. And he gave me a huuuge hug from you mommy. Thanks for that! *kisses* Purple Tentacle opended the second package. He stared into the envelope and it seems the TV inside was a bit scared... I smiled into the envelope and helped him to come out of it.. It is Fiete, a little cow. Hello and welcome, Fiete. Then we all read the postcard, Tamina (one of hostmoms TVs) send to us. |
