Hey guys, this is Simão IV,
but if you just simply call me Simão or Simao I will be very very happy. Ahaha, you may wanna ask if there are also Simão I, Simão II and Simão III. YOU BETCHA!

Simão III is my bro, some of you might have already heard about him from Dancing Dolly. Simão II is a dog who has left planet earth already. I will tell you more detail later. Ummm...about Simão I, literally I don't know her that much, she is a human girl. I think that's all for today.
Oh forgot to tell you I love playing ukulele.  B)

Ciao!

Happy Valentine's Day everyone!
Er...I reckon it's a bit late...never mind. I just received my present, no no not chocolates. Roses? Are you kidding me! Roses for ladies. Ok it's a sweater. I know sounds weird, it should be a Christmas present. Hold on, maybe it is my Christmas present. I mean there is no card just a white turtleneck sweater. Let me put it on...

...I'm not used to wearing clothes, this sweater is gonna drive me crazy...right this way is much better.
Look I also found this lovely stuff, I could put it on my head...or neck.
What do you think?  :cyclops:

I was really excited and can't wait to go outside.

This building is my sweet home. :)

Then I found a blue car, a slide, a swing and a seesaw.
They all covered under snow.
You know I'm an orangutan. I love climbing so much!

What do you usually do when it's snowing?
Making a snow angel or...to build a snowman?
I do enjoy a snowfight! Do you? :p

We decided to do some morning reading. Dolly picked a book about America on shelf.
The title of the book is 'Greetings from the 50 States, How They Got Their Names.'
Haha, It's about Dolly's homeland and we also found her home state: South Carolina on the map.
Dolly told me she will go back home soon, wish I could go visit her in South Carolina someday in the future. :)

Hi guys,
Guess what! I came to a library. It's actually a small university library.  :)
Brilliant! They have online public access catalogue, that would be much easier.
You know what kind of book I'm looking for, don't you?
Here we go..ummm..Biology...Genetics, Evolution no no...Anthropologist, not here..wait let me check Zoology... So sad I only found one book about primate family in this library. I thought it would be much more. But think about it, this is a university of technology, even doesn't have a major about biology.
Wish I could go to a bigger library someday.
Reading time!

Hi there, guess where I am :)
New New York?  Spaceship? What?..Mars? Gallifrey? Raxacoricofallapatorius?
...
Right, I'm actually at Wangjing SOHO, still in Beijing..STILL IN BEIJING  :(
why I feel a bit shame..maybe I really should consider going adventure.

Quote:
Wangjing SOHO is a complex of three curvilinear asymmetric skyscrapers in Wangjing, a suburb of Beijing, China between central Beijing and Beijing Capital International Airport. According to Zaha Hadid, the project's architect, it is a "welcome and farewell to Beijing".The towers contain both office and retail space. Originally the SOHO was designed as a two-tower complex but due to height concerns it was redesigned as a three-tower project featuring towers of lower maximum height. The complex officially opened on 20 September 2014.

Who knows what does Raxacoricofallapatorius look like..
I bet it doesn't have such beautiful moon!

Hello Mum,

Today I went to a beautiful park.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009/2015/2015005/Nov-0001.jpg

The park belongs to this house.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009/2015/2015005/Nov-0002.jpg

This gate was the entrance.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009/2015/2015005/Nov-0005.jpg

Let’s go.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009/2015/2015005/Nov-0007.jpg

I learnt a lot about the park here.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009/2015/2015005/Nov-0006.jpg

These trees are called the 12 apostles.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009/2015/2015005/Nov-0008.jpg

We were not allowed to take a photo of the Castle, because the way was closed.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009/2015/2015005/Nov-0009.jpg

There was a beautiful obelisk inside the little lake.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009/2015/2015005/Nov-0010.jpg

Dicker Kumpel showed us something interesting.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009/2015/2015005/Nov-0012.jpg

People cooled goods in this house in the Past.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009/2015/2015005/Nov-0013.jpg

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009/2015/2015005/Nov-0100.jpg

Right – it is a music stand.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009/2015/2015005/Nov-0101.jpg

Stoker LOVEs shanty-music!!! So RikeH brought her songbook…

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009/2015/2015005/Nov-0102.jpg

…and he was allowed to choose one of his favourite songs.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009/2015/2015005/Nov-0103.jpg

He was allowed to sit next to the accordion.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009/2015/2015005/Nov-0104.jpg

The pharmacy is inside of an old beautiful building.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009/2015/2015005/Nov-0136.jpg

But the church is the nicest building in the village, I think.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009/2015/2015005/Nov-0141.jpg

And it is old – more than 800 years.

Hello Mum,

Many greetings from Dubai. We arrived yesterday – and today we drove to the Marina – there were great skyscrapers.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009/Dubai/Dub-0005.jpg

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009/Dubai/Dub-0006.jpg

We jumped into a big yellow rubber boat and started a trip.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009/Dubai/Dub-0009.jpg

All these houses were built in the last few years.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009/Dubai/Dub-0014.jpg

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009/Dubai/Dub-0015.jpg

We drove with the speedboat around the palm of Dubai and stopped at the big hotel Atlantis. Great, wasn’t it?

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009/Dubai/Dub-0016.jpg

Our next stop was the famous hotel Burj Al Arab.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009/Dubai/Dub-0020.jpg

It looked beautiful.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009/Dubai/Dub-0024.jpg

On the way back we saw the high houses of the Marina again.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009/Dubai/Dub-0028.jpg

After the boat trip we went home with the Metro. We saw the highest building of the world - the Burj Khalifa.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009/Dubai/Dub-0031.jpg

Then we were back in our hotel – we had a wonderful Suite! We loved the living room.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009/Dubai/Dub-0032.jpg

For the first time in my life I had a dining-area in my hotel-room.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009/Dubai/Dub-0034.jpg

Good luck for us – we had something delicious to eat – strawberries with chocolate.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009/Dubai/Dub-0035.jpg

There was nice decoration in the room – a vase…

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009/Dubai/Dub-0036.jpg
  … and a treasure chest.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009/Dubai/Dub-0037.jpg

Then it was time to go to sleep. This bed was too normal.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009/Dubai/Dub-0039.jpg

We preferred this one.

Hello Mum,

This is the Coast of Oman.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009/Dubai/Dub-0051.jpg

We all relaxed on the balcony and enjoyed the sunshine.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009/Dubai/Dub-0055.jpg

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009/Dubai/Dub-0056.jpg

In the afternoon I went onto a small traditional boat and we went to a beautiful fjord.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009/Dubai/Dub-0060.jpg

Ok, it wasn’t so small – there were many other people onboard.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009/Dubai/Dub-0061.jpg

This was the entrance to the fjord. It is called Khor Sham and with 16 km it is the longest fjord here.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009/Dubai/Dub-0068.jpg

I really liked it.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009/Dubai/Dub-0071.jpg

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009/Dubai/Dub-0075.jpg

Beautiful!

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009/Dubai/Dub-0080.jpg

We sat on comfortable pillows and had delicious drinks.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009/Dubai/Dub-0083.jpg

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009/Dubai/Dub-0082.jpg

Our boat looked like this one – there were some of them in the fjord.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009/Dubai/Dub-0087.jpg

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009/Dubai/Dub-0092.jpg

We arrived at the end of the fjord, the mountain behind me was more than 750 meters high.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009/Dubai/Dub-0095.jpg

Then we went back – on our way we saw dolphins.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009/Dubai/Dub-0101.jpg

It was a nice trip!

Hello Mum,

We went to the Oasis-Town Al Ain. We visited an old fortress.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009/Dubai/Dub-0113.jpg

Inside it was beautiful, too.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009/Dubai/Dub-0116.jpg

I really liked this palm tree.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009/Dubai/Dub-0123.jpg

Then we drove to the place, where a sheik lived in the Past.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009/Dubai/Dub-0124.jpg

This was the family tree.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009/Dubai/Dub-0129.jpg

I liked the buildings – and we were surprised, that the grass was so green.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009/Dubai/Dub-0132.jpg

Later we visited a museum – you could see Bedouins in the desert there.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009/Dubai/Dub-0137.jpg

This was the museum from the outside - it looked like the fortress.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009/Dubai/Dub-0142.jpg

Next to the museum was an Oasis with date palms.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009/Dubai/Dub-0146.jpg

I love palms.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009/Dubai/Dub-0152.jpg

This was the system for watering the plants.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009/Dubai/Dub-0156.jpg

I would have loved to see more of the Oasis, but we had to drive back to the ship.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009/Dubai/Dub-0161.jpg

On the way back we drove through the desert.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009/Dubai/Dub-0174.jpg

They grew plants next to the street, so the sand cannot go over the streets.

Hello Mum,

Another new country for me – it is Bahrain. Bahrain is a small country.

First I visited the museum of Bahrain. You saw big drawings here – they showed how it looked in the Past. So much water – I was surprised.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009/Dubai/Dub-0200.jpg

Today it is a dry country and has a desert.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009/Dubai/Dub-0205.jpg

In the museum they built a typical building for Bahrain.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009/Dubai/Dub-0211.jpg

Men dress like this today.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009/Dubai/Dub-0214.jpg

Pearl diving is important for the country.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009/Dubai/Dub-0218.jpg

Look – a beautiful old car – but you see not many of it in the streets today.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009/Dubai/Dub-0222.jpg

We walked around the museum and saw nice sculptures.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009/Dubai/Dub-0226.jpg

I liked this building.

Hello Mum,

After visiting the museum we went to the Fort of Bahrain. It is really important – and it is a World Heritage Side.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009/Dubai/Dub-0234.jpg

I will enter it soon.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009/Dubai/Dub-0237.jpg

This is a beautiful way.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009/Dubai/Dub-0243.jpg

We had a great view over the archaeological excavation and the modern city in the background.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009/Dubai/Dub-0247.jpg

I wanted to see more of the Fort.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009/Dubai/Dub-0251.jpg

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009/Dubai/Dub-0256.jpg

You can see the difference between the old and the new time here.

Hello Mum,

I visited some camels, it was funny!

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009/Dubai/Dub-0271.jpg

I went close to the Camels and we talked a lot.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009/Dubai/Dub-0275.jpg

Look, a Mum and a Child.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009/Dubai/Dub-0280.jpg

It was a nice place!

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009/Dubai/Dub-0283.jpg

Then we went to the Formula-1-Track of Bahrain. Behind me you can see the plan of it.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009/Dubai/Dub-0287.jpg

This was the grandstand.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009/Dubai/Dub-0291.jpg

Here you can see it from the other side.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009/Dubai/Dub-0294.jpg

This is the way to the Pit-Stop. You can see the skid marks.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009/Dubai/Dub-0302.jpg

This is the Pit-Stop number 31.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009/Dubai/Dub-0301.jpg

Behind me you see the place for the award ceremony. Instead of Champagne they get rose-water to celebrate.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009/Dubai/Dub-0310.jpg

Then we went onto the race track. It was really interesting.

Hello Mum,

It was a day on the sea – I had a look from the balcony.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009/Dubai/Dub-0326.jpg

To the other side I saw the chimney…

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009/Dubai/Dub-0327.jpg

I went inside and talked with my friends – what should we do?

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009/Dubai/Dub-0328.jpg

We knew, where the good drinks were!

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009/Dubai/Dub-0330.jpg

There! But they were high above us, what shall we do?

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009/Dubai/Dub-0331.jpg

Good news – Stoker can fly, so he flew to the drinks…

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009/Dubai/Dub-0332.jpg

…threw it to us and jumped back to us.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009/Dubai/Dub-0333.jpg

We brought it back to our place and everybody chose his or her famous drink.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009/Dubai/Dub-0334.jpg

Look, what I chose. And I took some delicious chocolate!

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009/Dubai/Dub-0335.jpg

Well – it was fun – I shouldn’t say more.

Hi Mum,

It’s the 24th of December – time to celebrate Christmas here in Germany.

I helped decorating the tree. I loved the nice things from RikeH, especially the small wooden things.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009/Dubai/Dub-1004.jpg

And these were my favorite balls for the tree.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009/Dubai/Dub-1005.jpg

Look, people can create wonderful things out of wood.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009/Dubai/Dub-1006.jpg

Then we went to Dicker Kumpel’s Grandma.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009/Dubai/Dub-1018.jpg

This looked yummy!

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009/Dubai/Dub-1019.jpg

Nice candles.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009/Dubai/Dub-1020.jpg

A beautiful Christmas tree.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009/Dubai/Dub-1030.jpg

The cake was so yummy.

Hello Mum,

Today I visited a town called Ahrensburg. Behind me you can see the ugly townhall.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009//2016/Jan-0001.jpg

Let’s go to the nicer buildings here – this was the Castle.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009//2016/Jan-0005.jpg

This stone is a memorial for the end of the serfdom.

This church belongs to the Castle.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009//2016/Jan-0013.jpg

I went into it.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009//2016/Jan-0018.jpg

I loved this angel.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009//2016/Jan-0025.jpg

And the beautiful altar.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009//2016/Jan-0026.jpg

What a beautiful little church.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009//2016/Jan-0038.jpg

Hello Mum,

We visited a place called Bad Oldesloe. Normally the wheel moves with water, no idea, why it stopped today.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009//2016/Jan-0100.jpg

There are some nice houses next to the river.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009//2016/Jan-0105.jpg

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009//2016/Jan-0110.jpg

The house behind me is an old-people-home.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009//2016/Jan-0113.jpg

This is the nice church.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009//2016/Jan-0118.jpg

This is a marketing thing – people should buy in the shops here – and not in the web.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009//2016/Jan-0121.jpg

Wow, the river has a lot of water at the moment. Normally you can stand there, where the foam is now.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009//2016/Jan-0125.jpg

Well, no problem, I found more beautiful houses.

Hello Mum,

I went to Hamburg – this is the town hall.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009//2016/Feb-0101.jpg

What a beautiful door!

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009//2016/Feb-0105.jpg

And a nice old letterbox.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009//2016/Feb-0110.jpg

Then I was inside the town hall.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009//2016/Feb-0114.jpg

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009//2016/Feb-0115.jpg

I went into a kind of patio o fit – with a big fountain. Unfortunately without water, because it was too cold.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009//2016/Feb-0120.jpg

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009//2016/Feb-0126.jpg

We found a great place inside of the town hall.

Then I went outside and had this great view. On the left side you see the Alsterarkaden.

A view back to the townhall.

Hello Mum,

Great news – I am in Norway. Behind my you can see our holiday house.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009//2016/Norw-0002.jpg

These were the views from the deck – they look better in reality - not that dark.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009//2016/Norw-0013.jpg

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009//2016/Norw-0014.jpg

The house from the other side.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009//2016/Norw-0015.jpg

We had a lot of fun in the snow.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009//2016/Norw-0022.jpg

Here you can see how much snow we have – I am on the top of the snow – and Krystal is on the bottom.

Hi Mum,

Today we explored the region and drove to Sommaroya. Our first stop was next to a frozen waterfall.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009//2016/Norw-0200.jpg

Next to it there was something amazing – a rock painting – I didn’t expect to see it here in Norway.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009//2016/Norw-0207.jpg

Look -  a big icicle.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009//2016/Norw-0211.jpg

I crossed the street and had this great view.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009//2016/Norw-0215.jpg

Normally I don’t like photos of driving in the car. But the streets in Norway are different. The people here – and we of course – just drive on the ice.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009//2016/Norw-0219.jpg

I love snowy mountains…

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009//2016/Norw-0220.jpg

…and the colorful houses. Well you see me better than the houses…

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009//2016/Norw-0230.jpg

The people there have great views out of their windows.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009//2016/Norw-0231.jpg

Then we arrived in Sommaroya. The village wasn’t very exciting, but they had a nice parking lot. You see the wonderful nature from it.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009//2016/Norw-0237.jpg

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009//2016/Norw-0238.jpg

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009//2016/Norw-0241.jpg

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009//2016/Norw-0242a.jpg

It was a nice trip.

Hi Mum,

The weather changed – it is better now – and the view from our deck is much nicer now.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009//2016/Norw-0109.jpg

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009//2016/Norw-0110.jpg

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009//2016/Norw-0111.jpg

There were beautiful trees here.

4 http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009//2016/Norw-0114.jpg

We took a trip to Ersfjordbotn. It was beautiful.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009//2016/Norw-0252.jpg

They dry fish next to the house. This was funny.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009//2016/Norw-0253.jpg

Back at home Rike went to the lake with us – the snow was high and it was a hard walk. You can see the house behind me.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009//2016/Norw-0254.jpg

It was nice next to the lake – and we saw some ice there.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009//2016/Norw-0255.jpg

The sticker on the car was funny.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009//2016/Norw-0266.jpg

In the evening we sat next to the fireplace and told us stories.

Hello Mum,

In the morning I saw nice colors during the sunset.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009//2016/Norw-0301.jpg

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009//2016/Norw-0305.jpg

Later we drove to Tromsö. I went into the town-center with beautiful wooden houses.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009//2016/Norw-0322.jpg

I loved the view of the water and the mountains.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009//2016/Norw-0327.jpg

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009//2016/Norw-0328.jpg

There were many expeditions to the North Pole that started here in Tromsö. This was a monument for it.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009//2016/Norw-0336.jpg

More nice houses in the town.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009//2016/Norw-0340.jpg

And the wonderful church.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009//2016/Norw-0344.jpg

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009//2016/Norw-0348.jpg

Look a wonderful view to the colorful houses…

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009//2016/Norw-0358.jpg

…and the big bridge.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009//2016/Norw-0359.jpg

Can you see this ship? It is a ship of the Hurtigruten – on Monday we will go onboard of one of it.

Hello Mum,

My short cruise started – and I had a nice view of Tromsö.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009//2016/Norw-0503.jpg

We will be under this bridge soon.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009//2016/Norw-0507.jpg

They had funny lights on the ship.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009//2016/Norw-0508.jpg

Then we had the Polar light over us – and no more time for photos. But I can show you one of yesterday evening.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009//2016/Norw-0813.jpg

You cannot see it that good on my photo – I show you a photo of Dicker Kumpel and the Polar light.

Hello Mum,

We were on the water – and it was stormy. But we saw the sun between the clouds.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009//2016/Norw-0519.jpg

It really looked like winter.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009//2016/Norw-0520.jpg

Somewhere there behind the hills should be Harvoysund.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009//2016/Norw-0527.jpg

But first I had another look forwards.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009//2016/Norw-0528.jpg

There was the village.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009//2016/Norw-0532.jpg

With many colorful houses…

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009//2016/Norw-0536.jpg

Then we continued to the North Cape! This was our famous place in the cabin.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009//2016/Norw-0539.jpg

Sadly the motion of the sea and the wind was too bad – we had wind force 11 and the shipping company decided to change the route. Our next stop was Hammerfest. I liked this monument.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009//2016/Norw-0542.jpg

And these arches with the Polar bears nice.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009//2016/Norw-0545.jpg

It was very windy. On the sign behind me I read, that it was the northernmost city of the world.

Hello Mum,

Yesterday evening we reached Alta. Today we took the bus into the city – and here you see the only interesting building in the city. It is called polar light cathedral. I can imagine that it looks wonderful during nights with polar lights reflecting in the walls.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009//2016/Norw-0558.jpg

And I liked it inside.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009//2016/Norw-0563.jpg

Then we walked through Alta – there was an Igloo here, but it was not many left of it.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009//2016/Norw-0567.jpg

This guy produced shingles.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009//2016/Norw-0571.jpg

Maybe you can get water here during the summer time – but not at this time of the year.

Hello Mum,

Our ship went back to Tromsö.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009//2016/Norw-0580.jpg

Look, there were icicles on the ship.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009//2016/Norw-0586.jpg

On the sign we read what to do when there will be a man over board. Luckily everybody stayed on board.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009//2016/Norw-0590.jpg

This is the route of the post ships. We only tried to use a small part – and didn’t do it, because of the weather.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009//2016/Norw-0594.jpg

There was a big tugboat in the harbour.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009//2016/Norw-0600.jpg

I built a snowman.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009//2016/Norw-0606.jpg

This was the flag of the ship.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009//2016/Norw-0608.jpg

Some hours later we arrived in Öksfjord. The surrounding looked beautiful.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009//2016/Norw-0611.jpg

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009//2016/Norw-0612.jpg

But again it was stormy and we had dark clouds. The weather changed every few minutes here.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009//2016/Norw-0619.jpg

This was Öksfjord.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009//2016/Norw-0903.jpg

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009//2016/Norw-0909.jpg

It was a nice holiday here in Norway – unfortunately the ship wasn’t as good as we hoped.

Happy Easter Mum,

It was Easter – the party for Bunnies and Chicken – so I visited some.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009//2016/Ost-0010.jpg

Look, a wonderful pyramid with Easter bunnies on it.

Then I met some birds in front of a nice plant.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009//2016/Ost-0019.jpg

It was amazing – I met the real Easter Bunny – and got a chocolate Egg.

Hello Mum,

Today we went to Bad Segeberg. There was a big lake.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009//2016/Apr-0003.jpg

We had lunch in this small house.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009//2016/Apr-0004.jpg

There were many fallen trees on our way – this one felt into the lake.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009//2016/Apr-0011.jpg

And this one was cut, because it felt over the way around the lake.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009//2016/Apr-0012.jpg

On our way back we saw this nice monument.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009//2016/Apr-0023.jpg

And a helicopter – there is a hospital close to this place.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009//2016/Apr-0024.jpg

This was the church…

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009//2016/Apr-0030.jpg
… and a place with y nice fountain.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009//2016/Apr-0034.jpg

Look, this tree was wonderful!

Hello Mum,

In the afternoon we celebrated Dicker Kumpel’s birthday. We wished him a happy birthday and sang a song for him. He loved the couch that Murph gave him as a birthday present.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009//2016/DK-0316.jpg

We played soccer, because it was EM!

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009//2016/DK-0320.jpg

It was fun.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009//2016/DK-0319.jpg

Then we went on the swings…

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009//2016/DK-0323.jpg

…and into the sandbox.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009//2016/DK-0325.jpg

I had a great place.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009//2016/DK-0335.jpg

Then we sat in the sunshine and talked a lot.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009//2016/DK-0336.jpg

Oups, nobody should see this – we took some drinks with us.

Hello Mum,

We are in the North of Europe. And who lives here? Correct – the Vikings! So we visited a museum of Vikings.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009//2016/DK-0270.jpg

The church looked beautiful.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009//2016/DK-0279.jpg

I was so brave – and we took a photo of this Viking and me.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009//2016/DK-0281.jpg

This was a scary sacrifice place.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009//2016/DK-0283.jpg

I liked the wonderful houses.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009//2016/DK-0288.jpg

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009//2016/DK-0274.jpg

We looked at the boats!

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009//2016/DK-0291.jpg

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009//2016/DK-0293.jpg

This is the place where they are during the winter time.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009//2016/DK-0292.jpg

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009//2016/DK-0299.jpg

On our way back we stopped at a mountain. This looked steep. What will be there on the top?

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009//2016/DK-0313.jpg

There was a nice big stone.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009//2016/DK-0302.jpg

The Danish flag is everywhere.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009//2016/DK-0307.jpg

There were strange signs on the other side of the stone.

Hello Mum,

Time for a party- it was called a Halloween-Party. We celebrate it now, because we won’t be at home at Halloween. Wow – a basket full of sweets.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009//2016/Oktober-0007.jpg

This was our place for this evening. Nice flowers, great confetti and sweets!

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009//2016/Oktober-0008.jpg

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009//2016/Oktober-0012.jpg

Yummy and scary sweets!

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009//2016/Oktober-0013.jpg

We all found something nice.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009//2016/Oktober-0014.jpg

I chose a funny mouth.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009//2016/Oktober-0018.jpg

Then Kleine Fee showed us a game. Well it looked like chocolate.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009//2016/Oktober-0020.jpg

Before Kleine Fee explained the rules, I played with the funny eyes.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009//2016/Oktober-0024.jpg

We had to play a memory game. There were 5 different pairs.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009//2016/Oktober-0025.jpg

This looked difficult – we cannot see the images on the front anymore.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009//2016/Oktober-0026.jpg

I tried it – no pair – bad luck.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009//2016/Oktober-0030.jpg

After 10 rounds I found one pair - and I didn’t won.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009//2016/Oktober-0034.jpg

Well – Kleine Fee told us, that it was an easy game, because we could have looked at the different colors.  I think that she is very intelligent, no one of us 4 players had that idea!

Let’s change the Topic…..What was this?

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009//2016/Oktober-0035.jpg

It was getting darker.

Wow – a big pumpkin!

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009//2016/Oktober-0037.jpg

There were other great shadow-creatures.

A big skull – but I was brave!

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009//2016/Oktober-0041.jpg

It was funny – a shadow of Stoker.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009//2016/Oktober-0046.jpg

It was a wonderful party!

Hi Mum,

I am in Australia and it was time to see the red earth of Australia. We took a guided tour and were 4 human guests, the guide and we TVs, enough space for all of us in the car.

Our first stop was Broad Arrow – you can see a water tower behind me.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009//2016/Aussie-0226.jpg

There was a pub – the Australian people leave the town to have a drink in the outback. Really strange.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009//2016/Aussie-0227.jpg

I looked at the map – where we will be today.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009//2016/Aussie-0232.jpg

Then we arrived in Menzies – a small village. But it had a nice tour with funny sculptures. Can you see us on the camel?

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009//2016/Aussie-0233.jpg

This was the typical landscape here.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009//2016/Aussie-0235.jpg

Look, some nice old machines.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009//2016/Aussie-0237.jpg

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009//2016/Aussie-0242.jpg

The town hall of Menzies.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009//2016/Aussie-0243.jpg

This side looked great – with a photo of the people in the Past.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009//2016/Aussie-0246.jpg

This was the bakery.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009//2016/Aussie-0251.jpg

I liked the beautiful flowers.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009//2016/Aussie-0252.jpg

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009//2016/Aussie-0257.jpg

Wow – a cool motorbike – I had a great ride on it.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009//2016/Aussie-0259.jpg

This was our goal of the day – the Lake Ballard with 51 statues- we are so curious.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009//2016/Aussie-0263.jpg

I had a great seat in the car.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009//2016/Aussie-0268.jpg

This looked adventurous.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009//2016/Aussie-0269.jpg

Then we arrived at the Lake Ballard – a salt lake with a small hill in it.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009//2016/Aussie-0272.jpg

There were 51 of these art works all over the lake. They should show people out of the region – only smaller and a little different to their normal appearance.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009//2016/Aussie-0273.jpg

We shouldn’t have go here, when there would have been rain in the last days.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009//2016/Aussie-0277.jpg

It looked great!

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009//2016/Aussie-0280.jpg

I had a nice view from here.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009//2016/Aussie-0283.jpg

This was exciting – and this was the landscape next to the lake.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009//2016/Aussie-0288.jpg

We stopped in this pub on our way back to Kalgoorlie. Maybe you have to do this on an Australian tour…we had lemon lemonade.

Hello Mum,

We drove to the Torndirrup Nationalpark. First we stopped for the view over Albany.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009//2016/Aussie-0486.jpg

This viewing point is called The Gap. Oh – they build an exciting platform there.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009//2016/Aussie-0491.jpg

I was so brave – it was high about the sea level.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009//2016/Aussie-0495.jpg

We were able to look through the platform.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009//2016/Aussie-0498.jpg

Beautiful!

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009//2016/Aussie-0501.jpg

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009//2016/Aussie-0503.jpg

This was a Natural Bridge.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009//2016/Aussie-0509.jpg

We had a great view from here.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009//2016/Aussie-0510.jpg

And we learnt a lot about different kind of rocks.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009//2016/Aussie-0514.jpg

These rocks were nice.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009//2016/Aussie-0522.jpg

From the Jimmy Newhills Lookout I saw the ‚secret‘ haven.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009//2016/Aussie-0525.jpg

This plant was great!

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009//2016/Aussie-0529.jpg

There was a round way on the Stony hill. This plant next to me was funny and very tall. The rocks on the hill looked beautiful!

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009//2016/Aussie-0531.jpg

And we had a nice view.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009//2016/Aussie-0535.jpg

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009//2016/Aussie-0536.jpg

Can you see the small people on the rock?

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009//2016/Aussie-0541.jpg

We were on the left side during the last hours – now we will drive to the right side.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009//2016/Aussie-0544.jpg

I am on the beach yet.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009//2016/Aussie-0547.jpg

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009//2016/Aussie-0549.jpg

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009//2016/Aussie-0548.jpg

It was a great day in the National Park!

Hello Mum,

Time for another beach. However – this one should be cleared for the summer – it was a lot of seaweed on it.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009//2016/Aussie-0917.jpg

But the color of the sea was beautiful!

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009//2016/Aussie-0916.jpg

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009//2016/Aussie-0915.jpg

Then we went to high Dunes. The Australians have their own sense of humor. This sign is for drivers, who stuck in the sand.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009//2016/Aussie-0923.jpg

This looked beautiful. The small points on the Dune are humans – they drive on sand boards there.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009//2016/Aussie-0929.jpg

I would have loved to drive in this sand buggy, but I wasn’t able to reach the accelerator.

Hello Mum,

These funny formations are called Pinnacles. You can find them in different sizes.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009//2016/Aussie-0932.jpg

I really like it here.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009//2016/Aussie-0934.jpg

These ones were very tall.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009//2016/Aussie-0938.jpg

And it was very windy here.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009//2016/Aussie-0941.jpg

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009//2016/Aussie-0943.jpg

It was a great trip through this scenery.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009//2016/Aussie-0950.jpg

We saw many Pinnacles from this viewpoint – and many tourists.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009//2016/Aussie-0948.jpg

In the evening we went to Cervantes’s beach. Soon we will be back in dear old and cold Germany - so we had to enjoy the blue sky and the high temperatures.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009//2016/Aussie-0953.jpg

There were fishing-boats on the ocean.

Hello Mum,

I am on the Amrum Island with my friend Dicker Kumpel. There was a nice plank roadway.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009/2017/Amr-0092.jpg

And surely the way went into the Dunes.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009/2017/Amr-0094.jpg

The signs showed different nice places here.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009/2017/Amr-0098.jpg

This is a wonderful lake in the Dunes.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009/2017/Amr-0099.jpg

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009/2017/Amr-0101.jpg

The sky looked wonderful!

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009/2017/Amr-0104.jpg

It looked great into all directions.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009/2017/Amr-0107.jpg
I like Dunes!

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009/2017/Amr-0109.jpg

Hey – there is the lighthouse.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009/2017/Amr-0118.jpg

There were more small lakes between the Dunes.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009/2017/Amr-0120.jpg

I came from there…

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009/2017/Amr-0127.jpg

It will look great when the plants are blooming.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009/2017/Amr-0122.jpg

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009/2017/Amr-0123.jpg

At home we sat on the beach chair and looked at the Kniepsand.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009/2017/Amr-0132.jpg

It is beautiful!

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009/2017/Amr-0133.jpg

And I liked the tree in the garden.

Hello Mum,

Today we went to Bad Oldesloe - a small town near to Sülfeld. We walked through the spa gardens.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009/2017/Janu-0003.jpg

This small lake looked beautiful.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009/2017/Janu-0004.jpg

I felt like being at home – look – a salt spring.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009/2017/Janu-0008.jpg

It should have been here – but the view was nice.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009/2017/Janu-0012.jpg

We had a break in the forest.

Hello Mum,

Today we visited Murph and his friends. We were so happy! Dicker Kumpel had a present for Murph!

http://i1201.photobucket.com/albums/bb347/HoBi666/Badse%20April%202017/IMG_7927_zpsr0dnvynf.jpg

Murph called us! What an exciting object! We had to wait for the darkness.

http://i1201.photobucket.com/albums/bb347/HoBi666/Badse%20April%202017/IMG_7931_zpsbslcsj7m.jpg

We spent this time with talking and eating Easter eggs.

http://i1201.photobucket.com/albums/bb347/HoBi666/Badse%20April%202017/IMG_7933_zpsjfp8cnyk.jpg

It was still too light.

http://i1201.photobucket.com/albums/bb347/HoBi666/Badse%20April%202017/IMG_7939_zpsej1zengt.jpg

It became better.

Hello Mum,

We were in the Wisentgehege in Springe. Wisents and other animals live here. We started with the birds.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009/2017/April-0033.jpg

Wow, they looked great!

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009/2017/April-0036.jpg

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009/2017/April-0039.jpg

Then I found the wisents.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009/2017/April-0043.jpg

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009/2017/April-0049.jpg

What a nice house – I would love to live in it.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009/2017/April-0044.jpg

We were very close to these deer.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009/2017/April-0055.jpg

The other family was far away!

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009/2017/April-0057.jpg

Look – little pigs.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009/2017/April-0061.jpg

Well – you can see it better on Dicker Kumpel's photo.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009/2017/April-0060.jpg

Do you know these animals? Sure – raccoons.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009/2017/April-0063.jpg

The wild horses were in a strange mood.

Hello Mum,

Today I visited Hildesheim – a beautiful small town. Here you see it in small.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009/2017/April-0070.jpg

This is a strange house here.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009/2017/April-0072.jpg

It is called Zuckerhut – just like the street, where I live at the moment.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009/2017/April-0077.jpg

Look, the St. Michaelis church.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009/2017/April-0083.jpg

We went inside.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009/2017/April-0090.jpg

What a beautiful ceiling.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009/2017/April-0089.jpg

Near to the church there was this strange statue.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009/2017/April-0093.jpg

Scary!!!

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009/2017/April-0094.jpg

Then we went to the Hildesheim Cathedral.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009/2017/April-0095.jpg

Sure we went into it.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009/2017/April-0108.jpg

Behind me you see the famous rose of Hildesheim.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009/2017/April-0113.jpg

It was nice here.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009/2017/April-0118.jpg

What a funny person – sitting on another man.

http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/RikeH_2009/2017/April-0123.jpg

We arrived at the marketplace – with so many beautiful buildings.

Hello Mum,

It was so nice here in Sülfeld. But today it was time to say goodbye to Dicker Kumpel and the others here. We had a great time together.

Now I am coming to see, where you live now.
