And we decorated the Advent wreath or rather mum's Advent plate with four candles, fir trigs, nuts, cinnamon and so on. Now we can light one more candle every Sunday...and then it's Christmas!
I wish a nice Advent to everybody, especially to Frederik wherever you are...

The evening before December 6th Knirrie, Konsta and me put up a big boot. We put it outside our flat and wanted to wait and look what would happen, but mum said if we didn't come in, shut the door and go to bed St Nicholas wouldn't come. So we did...
The next morning we raced to the boot and IT WAS FILLED! Wow!
We climbed up and knocked the boot over and look! Yummie!!!

We immediately wanted to try some, but mum showed us Cookie, Soeren's girl and we had to promise to eat her on no account! Of course we won't!!!

And today the postman brought another envelope with Yuma and a lot of chocolate in it!!!
For the rest of the evening we sat together in the Advent wreath eating chocolate (and NOT eating Soeren's Cookie
) and talking about this and that...very comfortable!

On Christmas Eve we all went to my human sister. After a yummy dinner the giving out of Christmas presents began: we sat next to the Christmas tree and unwrapped presents. So we got to know Elvis, the singing little Christmas tree, a very nice guy.
And we played some games mum and dad gave as a present to each other: "nine men's morris" and "4 will win". Yuma and me against Knirrie and Konsta.
After watching "The Lion King 2" on TV we went to church (unfortunately I have no photo from it).
Yesterday we drove to my grandparents. We sang some Christmas songs and performed two songs by piano and trumpet! After that we needed a refreshment: some chocolat!
And we got to know a very nice giraffe who lives there on the piano.
Yuma and me visited the crib and found a good place between the other animals. We went very well with ox, donkey and the sheeps, didn't we?

We had a wonderful New Year's Eve party.
First we watched TV: "Dinner for one", this old and very funny sketch is sent every last day of the year on many TV channels. Oh, what a joke!
Then we had a very yummy dinner: Raclette. Mmmmhh!
After that mum, dad and their friends made strong things, in German it is called "Bleigießen": In former times some lead was melted, now you use tin. They melted the tin and poured it into cold water. A curious thing came into being and everybody guessed what it showed (an anchor, for example) and looked up in a book what it means to the future...I have to admit me and my friends couldn't identify anything...
At midnight we all went out and watched many fantastic fireworks all around. Yuma, Knirrie, Konsta and me had a very big sparkler together and each of us a little one.
Back in the house a very old little bear gave us a lucky four-leaf clover. And of course we drank some sparkling wine and sat together up to the morning...

After a long long wandering he found the way back home! I'm very happy not to gave up hope...
We had a dear hug and I was blissfully happy getting my brother back...

where am I ended up here? All alone I sit there with my card and my sweets and nobody is there.
I wanna go home. Oh, oh I think I hear something. A little zebra comes and greets me warmly.
Stripes is his name and he has almost the same haircut as me. (my hair style is better.) Then a rabbit comes to greet me
and another rabbit welcomes.
Nice to meet you, says a fish
and something green welcomes me with open arms.
Then a funny nose sniffs me fondly.
I just want distribute my sweets
as a small turtle staring at me curiously.
What a funny bunch.

The day started perfectly. I sat on the balcony and watched the snowflakes in my new WOLL PULLOVER
as Jasper called us together. An envelope arrived. When she opened it, a big tiger jumped out with a loud roar. Stripes and I hid fearfully behind Wolley,
who growled angrily. Wolley is our protector. Everyone was shocked. Then Rico, the tiger, told us he shouts for joy. His journey was long and he's happy to be out of the envelope. He showed us his gifts
and we showed him our joy, that he's here.
Wolley is just a little suspicious. He is our protector.

what a boring week. Jasper had to work full time, the weather was bad (two weeks with no sun, no snow, but fog and rain) and host dad was sick. But yesterday we had a lot of fun. We celebrated my birthday. I got a huge cake, a big lollipop and a little sheep.
All kissed
and hugged me and wished me all the best.
Then I blew out the candle
and cut the cake.
It was great fun.
I hope that next week things will get better.

after felt like eternity we could go outside today. Jasper packed us into her big bag and we drove to St. Gallen, the capital of the canton. St.Gallen is not really big (74000 inhabitants) but is known for its embroidery. The university is one of the leading business schools in Europe and the Convent of the monastery is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The first thing we saw was the red square.
Yes, not only Moscow has a red square, and this place is really red,
Oh, oh, we forgot the turtle. Again pose with turtle.
it is a gift from a reputable bank to the city. On our way to the old town we saw the synagogue of the Jewish community.
Then we admired the cathedral
and the many beautiful old houses.
After a small break with marshmallows
we went to the farmers market.
There we were immediately hungry, with all these delicacies.
We bought some fruit and mushrooms, and were on our way home.

I hope you are well. Today we are preparing another farewell party. Dolivia will leave us and go to Greece. With our new Shopping Cart
(Jasper brought it last week) we plundered all the cupboards and found much useful for a party.
To reach the potato chips was a bit difficult
but Wolley with his long nose made it. We had almost everything together, just the popcorn was still missing. It was funny to look into the microwave and listen to the popping of the corn.
Fresh, warm popcorn tastes wonderful.
We made one last group photo,
and hugged our friend.

What we did not know at this point - Rico will leave us also. He travels to Greece, to the same host as Dolivia. We hugged him

As Jasper came home from work today, she packed us into her bag and off we went. Not five minutes later, she opened the bag and sunshine streamed in. We saw a small path that looked pretty beat from all the snow.
But on closer inspection we found things that make hope for spring.
The weather was beautiful but the wind is still cold
and the snow is still near.
We saw a really old apple tree with mistletoe.
Huge, felled trees
and snowdrops.
We saw bees that were battling for first flowers.
(You can not see so well but look right in front of my nose.) And then we took a sunbath.
It felt so good.

we are all pretty frustrated. After last week, it looked a bit like spring, winter reigns again. Jasper will be crazy, slowly but surely. Yesterday we tried to bring some spring mood in the house.
Jasper bought everything that looked like Easter and warm weather, and we built and decorated it into a indoor garden.
I think we succeeded.
Now we all look forward to Easter, no matter what the weather is. We can not change anyway.

Today we helped Jasper at the Easter preparations. Bake a cake was my job.
We let the kitchen machine knead the dough.
While we waited for the dough to rise,
we have prepared the filling.
To peel the big apple was exhausting.
To grate it was hard work.
Jasper has rolled out the dough and we have spread the filling on it.
Then we rolled and rolled and rolled.
Jasper put the cake in a baking pan and put it in the oven.
About an hour later it looked like this.
Finally, we have iced the cake.
It smells wonderful. Tomorrow we will try it.

Due to bad weather (snow again) we must search the Easter Bunny in the apartment. We searched long and found plenty. Everywhere chocolate bunnies, eggs and other sweets were hidden.
We needed our shopping cart to transport everything.
Later, we had a delicious breakfast.

we can take pictures again. Right after Easter, the cat had thrown the camera from the table. She was broken. Not that you had missed something. The weather was as usual - bad. Jasper had bought us a small bench so that we can enjoy the sun on the balcony. What sun? We now sit in the dining room under the Easter tree.
He gets small leaves. Feels like spring.
Today I said goodbye to my friends. I travel on to Germany. All cuddled me and wished me a good trip - and better weather.
I packed my things and slipped into my jacket.
Bed on roses I travel to Remscheid.
I'm on my way.

Helmut and Charlotte helped me climbing out of the envelope and gave me a first warm welcome this morning.
And I got my first turkish tea

today Helmut and Charlotte wake me up very early in the morning because we wanted to crop some bears garlic [Allium ursinum] that only grows now for a few weeks in spring so that we can make a tasty salad from.
Helmut invited Charlotte and me to a ride on his new farm tractor pulling a loading wagon. By the way Charlotte showed me a columbine [Aquilegia vulgaris] wich she had planted last week. We had sooo much fun driving to the garden and had a good harvest.
The weather was so fine that we decided to spent some time on the pond and togehter with Helmut I had a lot of fun hanging in the buckets and adrift on the water. It was very relaxing. Charlotte is too watershy for enjoying this fun
When we came back, they showed me how to clean the leafs and togehter with Charlotte I cut the leafs in small pieces and with some olive oil (native of course), a little bit of balsamico vinegard and carpaccio we had a delicious fresh spring salad

I must say sorry that I was not able to update a little bit earlier, but I had so much to do and lot more fun with Helmut and Charlotte and we have party here almost every evening
Today I helped them with the cooking, we cooked a lot of different fresh vegetables in a huge iron pot and filled up another iron pot in wich two haunches of venison stewed. ...And because we had to add a complete bottle of red wine to the delicious sauce, we were veeeery tired after eating and enjoyed life

today we visited a plant- and garden day at Krieger Warmhouses in Herdecke. The weather was very sunny and for a few moments I found a small flower hat made from a pink azalee
It has the same colour as my pullover.
And we met some friendly and gentle people from the Bonsai-Club Hagen and we had much fun between the wonderful bonsai trees shown by the members.

today was a bank holiday and we did some lazy and crazy things
Charlotte combed my hair when HelmutBluepant came to us telling that he has an invitation to visit Dicker Kumpel and Kleine Fee. Kleine Fee has her hair wonderful and so I asked Lotte to comb my hair in Style of Kleine Fee
Meanwhile Helmut took his bath...in the washing machine
And Charlotte invited me for a bath too but that was too spooky for me so I decided to watch them only to help in an urgent case

today we went to the botanical garden in Krefeld where we visited a private share meeting for gardenplants. Several private gardeners offered their plants for changing or selled them for civil amounts.
We hadn´t any plants with us for changing but we bought a lot, bugle (Günsel) [lat. Ajuga sp.], a three-coloured Hosta and much more
There the peonies are soon blooming
I liked to play in the stone garden, the alpinum, and I saw a lot of nice alpine plants, do You see the wonderful blue gentian (Enzian) [lat. gentiana?
But it started to rain and so we enjoyed the cacti in the warmhouse there and admired the huge tenerife bugloss (Natternkopf) [lat. Echium wildpretii] and other succulent plants.
And we saw parts of a typical rural garden. A very nice place, the complete garden, but unfortnatuly the rain continued and so we had to leave.

I have great news for You: Look what Charlotte and me created togehter today: I have now my own pearl-collier as well
Lotte helped me to handcraft with gumstring and some rosé-pink rocaille-pearls. First she showed me how to string the pearls and the rest I did on my own. After having enough pearls on the string, she tested if it was long enough for my neck and after adding some more pearl it fits me
What do You think, aren´t I am not trés chic with my newest acessiore?
And look, I can also uns it as a noble hairribbon

great news: PinkiHH arrived today and we like each other on the first sight
Her mum RikeH sent her and we had so much fun during the welcome and for the warm welcome we had sweets and a elderberry-syrup
The weather is still very cold and we are happy when it will be warmer, because Charlotte promised us a little adventure on the garden pond

today we had a wonderful day in the garden.
I showed PinkiHH the garden and some flowers and in the afternoon Charlotte spent a bottle of bionade after discovering a lto of different plants like columbine, horned pansy, moss phlox, chocolate mint, forget-me-not, Iceland poppy, roseroot, euphorbia, kingcup, appleblossom water lily, buckbean, squill, bleeding heart, muscari, spotted dog, deadnettle, butterbur, drumstick primrose, red maple,
cuckoo flower and some more. And I saw a dragonfly
Strunki cut some lilac in blue and white for us and we enjoyed the wonderful fragrance.
And we bopped up and down in little cups on the garden pond, that was sooo chilling and nice that we almost began to sleep

today we went to the netherlands to a little village named Haps after we woke up in the lovely coth-bag. There we had a lot of fun visiting a market for exotic plants and some nice wooden guys for the garden.
Before we went home we enjoyed a typical flamish coffee and had some yummy and funny food called "bitterballen" and "kleene hapjes"

today we cooked 4 jars of jam made of pieplant (rhubarb) and bananas
They have some rhubarb here in the garden and did You know what: Charlotte told me that rhubarb is a vegetable and not a fruit. I was astonished

this was a terrible weekend, it rained all day from saturday afternoon to sunday evening so that we were not able to go out. Instead of having fun outdoor we slept the whole sunday and bored ourselves
But today in the afternoon the sun came out and strunki decided to finish work early and we went to the botanical garden in Wuppertal where the Elisentower stands. This is an old small tower from where you have a wonderful view about Elberfeld. Unfortenatuly it only opens at the weekend but it was nice to see and inside the garden they have a smaller miniature of it, used as a hostel for insects

today we made a trip to the old town centre of Lennep. Nowadays Lennep belongs to Remscheid but in the older times it was an independent city on its own and even belonged to the Hanse in the late middle-age.
We saw some nice old half-timbered houses with black slated fronts and green shutters.
After walking through the old town we visited the Röntgen-Museum.

The famous physical scientist Wilhelm Conrad Röntgen was born in Lennep in 1845. He discovered (not in Lennep) the X-rays wich are helpful in medicine still today and for their discoverage he became the first physican who was honoured with the Nobel-Price in Physics.
The museum shows how he lived and worked and how the early x-ray-radiography-instruments and machines worked. It was very interesting, but sometimes a little bit dark and spooky down in the cellar
And even a plushie-bear was x-rayed...Perhaps a toy voyager, too?

we are a little bit desperate about this terrible weather. We have June now and it seems to be like a day in November: cold, misty and windy
Not the right weather to collect fresh strawberry from the fields
So we decided to "bake" a blueberry-cake with fresh cream cheese (Strunki told me, it is the same one Soeren made here in March)
First we wet the gelatine and seperated the blueberry-juice for heating them together. The blueberries we gave on a baked pastry cases. After mixing the juice with the gelatine we mixed the cream cheese, and added the clotted cream. Then we poured it on the blueberries and decorated with some fresh ones.
But today we had smaller baked pastry, even the right size for us little ladys, because we don´t want to get too fat
The cakes are for tomorrow and have to cool in the fridge, but they look soooo yummy, I hope we are able to wait until sunday

what for a difference the weather of today is
The sun is shining and it is warm enough to visit the "Haaner Gartenlust"
And look what for a fun we have on the train

Even Charlotte drove by train altough it wasn´t as fast as her old H-Car
There was a lovely greenfield where they sold nice flowers

the last days I was very busy with PinkyHH, we play and giggle a lot and we became best friends forever
Today we visited the tram Museum in Kohlfurth, that is a nice place at the River Wupper between Wuppertal and Solingen.
Look, they have even small trams for small girls like us
I like driving into the station

There were a few more older in the tram-hall
I like this old one restored very much

And this is the town-crest of Wuppertal
You see the Bergisch Lion, his double tail symbolize the parts Barmen and Elberfeld. He stands on a garnment, because Wuppertal had a huge textile-industry 150 years ago. In his claws he holds the rost of the martyr St. Laurentius.
That was our visit at the museum and we changed to the other side
Here we went on a little nice bridge over the Wupper
Now we are in the part of Solingen-Kohlfurth and had a stop at the "Café Hubraum"

Under the bridge, along the Wupper they have created a nice park, but we were too late, the bistro was closed unfortenatuly
Here is a miniaturemodel of the landscape where You see how the bridge connects Solingen and Remscheid and connects the two towns above the valley of the Wupper.

Together with PinkyHH and Charlotte I enjoyed the landscape
There we drove with the suspension railway (Schwebebahn) in Wuppertal.
Its is a unique suspension railway and it is almost 100 Years old
Here we enter the railway at a station in the historic style

This is ours, the numbers are from the local radio station "Radio Wuppertal"

Bayer is large in Wuppertal, here was the first beginning of this huge firm

from there the railway drives above the streets
Even a highway we cross, it is the A46 in Sonnborn
That´s one of the two the ending-stations in Vohwinkel
There the trains turn around and drive back to Elberfeld and Barmen.
We saw green and old houses along

Almost back to the point where we started
I liked driving on this crazy railway very much

today we created a so called "fitness-day"
O.K., but what can we do on such a fitness-day? Oh Yes, we will start with a work-out
So we change our colliers, wear sweat-ribbons and do some pushups, that looks very professional
After the pushups we do some situps
At least we do the very difficult exercise of an ear-stand and move our legs
Woow, what a nice and fine workout
But now we are very hungry
What should we eat on a fitness-day? Oh Yes, only fresh and healthy stuff, not only the chocolates and sweets we like so much
So we decided to fill some fresh sweet bell-paprika with a selfmade fresh-cheese-cream including some bear-garlic
First we clean the bell-paprika and cut it
Then we mix the fresh-chees wih the bear-garlic-pesto
The cream we fill into the bells
Here You can see the complete bell filled with the cream
But for eating them it was easier to cut them in slices, looks even nicer
Wooow, I was quite suprised how tasty such healthy fitness-food can be
That was ist for today, Mummy

today we went to a strawberry-field and collected sweet tasty and yummy strawberries.
That was fun and I was very diligent in finding the biggest ones
Look, my first strawberry
Here I found some more
It was soo funny to fill the basket because while sampling we were allowed to eat as much as we can
After filling the baskets we went to the shed where they weigh how much we sampled
Of course, Lotte had nothing, because she only snacked the strawberries instead of sampling them

A lot of plants are blooming at the moment there
But the best blooming plants are the paeonies and some of them have a very nice fragrance

Look, the wonderful bed I have found for chilling
Lotte, of course, was not able to sleep in the paeonies, she is too big and too heavy, but she found a nice potted blossom and she bought it

today I read Your letter that I have an invitation to Paris, Juhuuu, France!!
I am soo happy that I told this immediately to PinkyHH and Charlotte
We watched pictures of this wonderful town
Then the moment for saying good bye came...
But Pinky smiled...she had a last suprise for me
Uiiii, a second collier for me, what a nice suprise and a wonderful gift for good bye
I will be the cutest girl in Paris
Thank You very much PinkyHH for this nice present at last
The the bitter moment came nearer and nearer...but we are sure to meet again, someday, somewhere...best friends forever we want to be continue our friendship
From Lotte I received some bars of chocolates for my journey...and so I was in the same altitude as she to hug her
And a second hug...
They helped me to jump into the envelope
And ensured themselves, that I have a comfort travel to France

I'M IN FRANCE!!!!
You can't imagine what was the happended with me!!! I thought that I was lost like Frederic!!!!
My host family was looking for me everywhere, at the postoffice, among neighbors, in the bakery close to house... My host mother was very very sad and I didn't believe to find the way home.... BUT today I finally came to the mail box!! And I'm here!!!
I was very happy to meet all the children of this home, and 3 toy voyagers, Chou, Kroopchen and Shooga! And a big frog Capucine liked my hair bows! Together we ate all the chocolate!
I'll sleep now, it's very late...

I'm really sorry for not giving my news for a soooo long time... We've been to the country-side, very far from everything... Internet worked very very bad and I wasn't able to write you...
In July with my host parents we have been to Switzerland! We visited Geneve and Lausanne, two cities not far from the French border. On the way we could take a picture behind Mont Blanc!! The weather was very nice and we could walk all day long!!! We've seen the lakes and the rivers, old steets and United Nations building. I liked our trip very much! Our host-mother was very sad because the big Olympic museum was closed for the rennovation... But we could visit a small exposition and met there a very strange person came from London..
I'll tell you more about my vacations soon!!

We made a long trip in car and in bus, and finally we came to the principal sight of Besancon, a great citadel made by Vauban in the beginning of 18 century. During World War II it was the Nazis who occupied the citadel, that's why now there is a big museum of the occupation. Also, we visited Franche-Compte museum and a small zoo, where I met many lambs! And I even got a small present

Last week we have been to the place where works our host-mother. It calls "CIEP" and it's a very big centre of pedagogical researches. It is situated in the suburbs of Paris, in Sevres where one of the best porcelain in Europe is made. In the morning we took a "true french breakfast" and then we started our trip!
CIEP it's a very big and ancient building which looks as a royal palace! We were really impressed! we helped our host mother during her work day, we taped on the computer, read the documents.. And also we watched a big world map, where we could find all countries which we've already visited and where we'd like to go!

Today we made a big walk in the centre of city with Chou who is going to Germany! I decided to spend with her this last day in Paris. We've seen Eiffel Tower and The Arc de Triomphe, and also our host mother showed us her church. It's an Orthodox cathedral which isn't as other typicals churches in Paris.
And then we ate in the cafe all together.
She'll take the way to Germany soon, so she'll see my Motherhood! Hope, she'll like it, I told her many interesting things about my country!

Last week end we have been to a wonderful place, the true paradise for ToyVoyagers! It calls "France miniatures" and it's a great outdoor park in the shape of France that contains about 160 outdoor 1/30-scale models of major French monuments and landmarks. We could visited all French regions, and thank to our size, we could be much closer to the monuments than the "big" visitors!! All monuments are placed in the park to correlate approximately with their real-world locations in France, so we made a real trip to all French territory! Many of the models are animated, and we could hear the real sound of animals, tractors, boats, sings... And, as you can see, I've been to LILLE!!!!
Next week I'll leave for Austria... I'm very exciting about my future trip even if I liked France very much....

here is my small letter to you from avion between France and Austria. I left Paris 4 days ago and hope to come to my new host family soon! I was very sad to say good bye to this home but I'm looking forward for the new adventures!!!
Unfortunatly, I've lost my small sheep from Jura... But my hostmother promised me to buy the same next time she comes there and to send it to you!! And as a "leaving present" I got a beautiful Matryoshka, came from hostmother's native country.
I will give you my news as soon as I come to Austria!

Ich bin gut in Steyr angekommen. Nach meiner Ankunft hat mich meine Neue 4-köpfige Gastfamlie, die ich zugeben muss total lieb und nett ist, auf einen Spaziergang mitgenommen, nach sooo langer Zeit in einem Päckchen tut frische Luft richtig gut!
Die Tiere, 2 Kaninchen, 1 Chamäleon und 1e Katze, haben mich auch mit Freude aufgenommen!!!
Die Kinder der Familie waren auch sehr entzückt von mir, vor allem von meinem tollen gehäkelten Pulli und der Perlenkette!
Meine neue Gastmutter liebt Perlen und das Häkeln, na das passt ja dann mal gleich!
Tschüss Mama und sei nicht traurig, mir gehts hier sehr gut!

Da ja bald Weihnachten kommt, genauer gesagt in genau 44 Tagen, hat meine Gastmutter, schon mit der Weihnachtsbastelei angefangen!
Und Kekse wurden auch schon gebacken mit den Kindern, beim nächsten mal werde ich ganz tatkräftig mithelfen.
Ein neues Geschenk habe ich auch bekommen, für meine wilde Haarpracht! Ein Kamm, natürlich in Rosa!

I was so happy to see my brothers Frederik and Mefito and my mum!
And nice to meet Sargent Froggo, SunnyHH, OleOrangescarf and Josie!
First I showed them my little gifts I collected on journey and then everybody hugged me.
I think it'll be a nice time at home and I'm sure Josie and me will become good friends.

Mum said that it was a Christmas parcel from Strunki so we should wait until Christmas. But suddenly we heard a voice: "Set me free!!!"
Under this circumstances of course we were allowed to open the parcel as fast as we could. A funny face appeared. "Hi, I'm Paris the dromedary and I'm no ToyVoyager and I don't want to become a ToyVoyager. I travelled from Christmas fair to Christmas fair my whole life and so I would be very happy to find a real home", Paris the dromedary said.
Mum was as happy as we to meet Paris and invited her to stay in her home.
"Great", Paris said, "now I've only to find a place where I can jump up and down but that's not urgent."
And then she showed us a nice postcard, some nice pictures and yummy chocolate she brought with her from Strunki, her TVS and her guests

We climbed the Christmas tree and visited the crib. Frederik decided to stay there for the next weeks being a member of the crib.
After playing grandpa's organ for more than two hours we rested in grandma's armchair for a while...
In the evening we went into the city for visiting the illuminated cathedral. Great!

We went to an hill where Paris marked starting line and finishing line. Than she sat down at the finishing line with her stopwatch...the race could begin!
OleOrangescarf was the first starter. He pushed the trolley, jumped in and raced downhill. "14,99 seconds!" Paris shouted and noted down the result.
Mefito was the next one. "14,92!"
Then the first team started: Sargent Froggo pushed the trolley with SunnyHH in it and jumped in..."14,71"!!!
Then Josie and me started... "14,98!" Paris shouted.
So we had the winners: Sargent Froggo and SunnyHH!!!
Back home we had a presentation ceremony. The winners got gold medals and a certification.
Though we didn't win we had so much fun

We had a Silvester-party at some friends of mum and dad.
First we played 'Don't be annoyed' (in German 'Mensch ärger dich nicht') with 'Mainzelmännchen' as pieces
It was very exciting and at last OleOrangescarf was the winner!
Then we visited the crib with a miniature Christmas fair.
At midnight we had great fireworks!! Unfortunately mum wasn't really able to took good pictures at the right moment

Monsti and Konrad freed me from my envelope VERY carefully
First I spread the Sweeties and then we made a photo together
So, that's it for today - now I need to settle down here in Swabia (I only understand half of the words

today I shown Monsti and Konrad how to cook chicken broth
For that I brought my personal recipe
Then it started: Hostmum has given us the ingredients
First, Konrad has crushed the celery ...
...and then he cut the onions and placed in the chopper
Then Monsti is eager jumping on the chopper
I chopped carrots
Then I gave it all in a HUGE pot
After 3 hours, the chicken broth was ready. It is very easy
...and VERY DELICIOUS

and Hostdad went to work very early today Therefore, I am also woke up this morning and made for Konrad and me breakfast
I've beaten eggs
boiled coffee
seasoned eggs
Pressed fresh orange juice
fried ham
and put the eggs into the pan

Greetings from Sölden in Austria
Hostmum took Wavy Gravy and me to Austria
On the first day we explored the area
At one bar we have seen Flying TV's
The next morning I got up early.
Wavy Gravy has slept yet. So I pulled him off the blanket
We took the ski lift up the mountain...
...and had a lot of fun with our sledges
later, we rested a bit on the porch
It was a great weekend

Wavy Gravy and me have a new hobby: sledding
So Hostmum took Wavy Gravy and me to Falera
I get up very early and checked the weather - it was great
So i woke Wavy Gravy up as my style
loud and annoying
We took the first lift uphill and had a lot of fun in the morning
After the first round we had a small break
In the afternoon we drove with the Lift to the top of the mountain to have fun again
Then it happened: Wavy Gravy broked his leg
I called the ambulance - they flown wavy gravy by helicopter to a near hospital to Dr. Mouse, where he received an first aid

Then Dr. Mouse forwarded him by an special ambulance-carton to the next hospital for a leg operation to which he is now on the way

we (Konrad and I) were so shocked
by the fire in Hostdad's house, so Hostmum invited us Hostmum to fly for few days on holiday to Palma de Mallorca.
Konrad and I packed all our stuff
We saw GIANT strawberries

Later on the beach we rested
Later we visited the marina and drinking beer in a pub.
Now we are back
but we heard a rustle in the garden
so we taked a look into the garden, and we saw nothing but colorful eggs & realized: IT'S EASTER
later, i saw Hasi, who had hidden the whole eggs, He had a big bag of Easter stuff here

Hostmum Hostdad and invited us to go to Lake Maggiore for a short weekend
When we arrived, first we unpacked the sun chairs and placed us in the sun.

Next morning we set ourselves at the breakfast table , waiting for breakfast.
Hostdad and Hostmum made for us yummie scrambled eggs
Then we went via bicycle to the mountains. We took the comfortable way
First stop was a great waterfall
Afterwards we took a break on the mountain with a beautiful view
and in the evening ... we were at the pool
The water was clear and icecold
The next day it was time to celebrate: Hostmum 's birthday
We organized balloons...
and a small birthday cake
HAPPY BIRTHDAY: Hostmum
During the celebration a sudden wind came and blew so strong that we had to hold our balloons
later then my friend, the Salamander came back to us
Next Day is time to SAYING GOODBYE LAGO

Mum phoned that PinkyHH - my best girlfriend - is in the house. I must see her necessarily
That's why today is time to say goodbye
the other TV's are a bit sad but I promised to come back for a few days in the future

Lying in my very comfortable travelling-bed I heard my brothers and friends and some unknown voices.
Crawling out of my small parcel I was very happy to see my best friend PinkyHH again
I hugged her and then I was hugged by my brother Frederik and by all the others.
After hugging I showed them the nice things I've brought with me.
Thank you jo_mlp for my great time in Stuttgart and everything you've done for me

*Nick* had to search first. He counted to 100 and we others looked for good hiding places. Have a look!
Then *Nick* started to search...and after a long time he found one after the other apart from Frederik. Though Frederik hadn't a real hiding place he wasn't found cause he's so small nobody can see him when he sits somewhere...
We played and played cause everybody had to search alternately.
It was a great morning!!!

I am on a Cruise-Ship. It is the MS Artania and here you see my cabin.
Today was an important day; Poseidon came onto the ship, because we crossed the Arctic Circle. He was the man in green on the balcony. Some of his friends came too - strange people.
Many of the humans went there to get a 'Polartaufe' - polar christening. We didn't want it.
But I received this certificate that I crossed the Arctic Circle!

We arrived in the morning in Tromsö, the sky was grey, but I was sure that it would be better later this day.
There was an icebreaker, but fortunately we didn’t need it.
Later that morning we went to the botanical garden of Tromsö;. There were many beautiful flowers from different mountain regions of the world.
This one was really big.
And this one was really blue.
I found a small waterfall.
And a lovely lake.
Do you know this cotton grass?
In the afternoon we went onto a hill and had great views over the city and the surroundings.
This was funny!

Our last stop was at this wonderful church, called Eismeerkathedrale - Arctic Cathedral.
What a wonderful day!

Hello Mum,
We spent a day on the sea and today we arrived in Spitzbergen - and visited the Magdalenenfjord - a great place.
There was a big glacier behind me.
A few minutes later the sun came out - and it even looked better here.
The sky, the mountains, and the glacier - everything looked great!
We couldn’t stop taking photos.
After two hours we left the fjord.
I went onto our balcony and had great views there, too.

Longyearbyen, Spitsbergen, Norway – 06.07.2014
Hello Mum,
Our next stop was Longyearbyen - the largest settlement and the administrative center of Svalbard, Norway. As of 2008, the town had a population of 2,040. Longyearbyen is located in the valley of Longyeardalen and on the shore of Adventfjorden, a bay of Isfjorden located on the west coast of Spitsbergen.
Some relicts from the time of coal mining here.
We saw the church.
And we were allowed to go into it.
Wow - what is this - I would love to ride a scooter.
I found one!
I met an ice bear!
They have their own sign here.
A wonderful view of our ship!
We had a great time here in the Spitsbergen.

North Cape, Norway – 07.07.2014
Hello Mum,
It was time to go back into the South, so we went to the North Cape. We should have seen it from the seaside, but look at this. Fog around the ship. Behind me there was the North Cape.
Later we arrived in Honningsvag, there was sunshine and fog.
This was the view to the other direction.
But we left the ship and went to the North Cape. On our way we stopped and saw Niels and his reindeer.
It was really funny - we drove more than 30 minutes through the fog, and when we reached the North Cape the sun was there. Do you know this globe behind me?
There was still fog on the Sea.
There were other monuments in this area.
This monument shows the direction to the North Pole.
My last view to the North Cape, believe it or now, it was 11 p.m. in the night and the sun was still that bright.
Back on the ship I got this certificate that I reached the North Cape!

Geirangerfjord, Norway – 10.07.2014
Hello Mum,
It was a great day today - we will visit the really famous Geiranger-Fjord. In the morning we saw some people of the ship - they were good in ice-carving.
What a beautiful swan.
We continued our trip and saw many nice fjords! And the sun, of course.
Then we saw the entrance to the Geiranger Fjord with some waterfalls.
This one is called Seven Sisters.
What a wonderful place!
We loved the views in the Geiranger Fjord.
There were some other ships in it.
We left the ship and jumped into a bus - and drove to the top of the mountain Dalsnibba (1495m). We had great views to the fjord and in the wonderful nature.
This was another viewpoint - closer to the Fjord - and you can see our ship in it.
Time to drive a street called Eagle-Street. It had 11 serpentines. Now we saw the fjord with our ship from the other side.
We left and drove along the waterfall again. Well, you can see it good on this photo.

On the ship, Norway – 12.07.2014
Hello Mum,
It was our last day on the ship - and I just walked around and want to shop you some nice places here. We had nice weather again.
People were sitting in the Kopernikus Bar and enjoyed their lifes.
A really beautiful ice sculpture.
This place is called the atrium - you can find the reception here - and more important - the entrance to our famous restaurant!
We had a great cruise - and I loved being on this ship.
Now I am coming home to you!

As soon as mum had left home we started our baking-party: First we collected all the ingredients we needed. Frederik read the recipe for us. And for the next five hours we occupied ourselves with baking 92 red wine-muffins (and with stopping Störte drinking the whole bottle of wine
)
Okay, of course we all had to try the muffins so we had 86 at last
I'm sure it'll be a great surprise for mum!!
