She also said that if I was good that she would give me a surprise-how exciting. I have to be very good ! Before we go though, we have to have breakfast. Which mom says its a very important part of the day. Today mom is going to make a cheese omelette. I helped gather the ingredients. I watched mom put in the eggs. Mom let me help out cutting up the cheese but since the knife was too big to hold so I let her cut the rest. She let me have a piece and it was very good I watched while the omelette was cooking. Then dug into a very delicious meal. With a nice glass of OJ.
imahockeynut tina1_1tuna@hotmail.com Posted Jan 19, 2010, 4:00 am	After breakfast, I helped my mom write a postcrossing card which is headed to the Netherlands. When we finished, we headed out to Complexe Les Ailes which is a shopping connected underground with other malls. First we went to the Post Office to mail off some books. After the post office we headed to a cafe called Cafe Depot for a hot chocolate and walked to The Eaton Centre next door to enjoy it. While we were enjoy our hot chocolate, mom was making a list of what to get for her 2 brothers and her grandpa because their birthdays were coming up next month.

Yum, Pad Thai I tried to drink some water but the bottle fell on me, lol. I survived After lunch we headed to the movie theatre but we we a little early so we sat and read a french magazine.
imahockeynut tina1_1tuna@hotmail.com Posted Jan 19, 2010, 4:41 am	WOW, what a fantastic movie, and the animation...WOW! Mom said it was not bad but not spectacular. We're heading to dinner right now but its cold outside...bbrrrr and it's snowing. This is where we ate, it's a Quebec chain restaurant that has very good chicken. I had a refreshing glass of water after a long walk. My short legs can't walk that far. Mom had a glass of sangria. She said that she likes them and allowed me to try some but not to much or I could become a little Finally the food came and it looks so delicious. Mom says that the chicken tenders are coated with cornflakes...yum! After dinner, mom let me mail off the postcard. Bye Bye card, hope you will arrive safely in the Netherlands. Now it's time for bed.

So we started to talked and we had a pleasant conversation about travelling. We moved our conversation to a more comfortable chair. Mom said that she can't take us anywhere today because she has to study (she's a university student). So we continued talking.

We both got Cadbury Cream Eggs, which are chocolate eggs with what looks like yolk inside but it's not real. It was yummy! The second surprise was really a surprise but today mom introduced us to a new sibling TV named Regina. We got along just fine. Time to go to bed now
imahockeynut tina1_1tuna@hotmail.com Posted Jan 24, 2010, 5:49 am	Great news! Mom told me that she has found a host for me in China. I'm so excited, I get to complete one of my life's missions. She said that I will be leaving on Monday, so I'm a little sad that I'm leaving but happy that I'm finally starting my adventures. Today was another quiet day, mom cleaned all day so me, PollyWally and Regina all read newspapers. Regina and I read one of mom's school's newpaper called The Link. Interesting read. Later we sat down to watch a movie called Elizabeth: The Golden Age which mom rented off of zip.ca, the Canadian version of netflicks.com. While watching the movie, we snacked on some cheese. I realized while watching the movie that Elizabeth was a cool queen.
imahockeynut tina1_1tuna@hotmail.com Posted Jan 25, 2010, 2:54 am	Today was my last day home so we went out. Mom had to do some shopping, (basically spending a gift card she got for Christmas. We took the metro to get there. We went to a store called Future Shop which sells movies, videos games, computers and other electronics. The store is the old Montreal Forum where the Montreal Canadiens played before they new arena further downtown. Now it's an entertainment complex. Where I stand is approximately where centre ice was located. This is a statue of Maurice Richard (I think?) who was arguable their best player of all time and they've been around for a long time, (for a 100 years already)! These seats are authentic seats from the old Forum. Feels like I'm sitting on History. After we went to see The Book of Eli. (did I forget to mention there was a movie theatre in here to?), which was a pretty good movie except the ending though. I won't say what happened so I don't spoil the movie for anyone. Later everyone threw a going away party, thanks guys ! We had some sparkling wine. That's me trying to open the bottle, it was a little hard so I had mom help me. We also had a spaghetti dinner which was delicious. And we had a candy called Fuzzy Peaches for desert which was also delicious. Well that's it for today. Tomorrow I will be off tomorrow to China, I can't wait !

Everyone was sad that I was leaving. (including mom, she cried a little), but I told them that I wasn't leaving forever and we will each other later. Here's me in my envelope which it quite comfy. So this is goodbye for now but I promise that I will update when I get to China.

We are glad to see each other. April wants to tell you: Thanks for your postcard and chocolate! I like them! Haha...... I am very tired and April said I should have a good rest. She's quiet busy before the Chinese New Years holiday, but she promise to show me around a few days later. So, just keep in touch. Hope to show you more interesting things later.
fishtoolittle Posted Feb 8, 2010, 10:25 am	Hi Mon, This is the third days I've been here. The wheather is not that good these few days. Therefor, we had to stay at home all days long. Yesterday morning April took me to have morning tea (they call it like that. Simply said it's go to a restaurant for breakfast). What's special? see... Oh! So much dim sum! So deliciouse! However, after breakfast, it's raining heavyly outside. So we had to go home  and cancel to the flower market. April said we will go there another day.
fishtoolittle Posted Feb 13, 2010, 1:09 pm	Hi Mom! Today's new year's eve. Quite noisy outsiade because there is firework display not far away from. We just finished supper and back from grandmar's home. It's cold and raining outside so we decide to stay at home and not go out. Today we are quite busy doing cleaning and shopping. And yesterday, we went to the farm and bought a beautiful peach blossom. People here enjoy to buy some flowers and plants for new year, jut like we buy Christmas trees. People here said that, if the walk around the peaach trees for 3 rounds, you may find a boyfriend/girlfriend the following year. Haha... After that, we went to the flower market for some flowers and  tangerine trees.

Following the traditional custom, April and her husband should visit the elders, especially they are just married couple. April said she don't like that custom. Like today, they have already visited six families and everybody feels tired. Today is also valentine's day. We can't have personal time until supper. April's husband took us to have Singapore food and after that, we went to a nice coffee shop. There, we had a sweet time and a nice night. Mon, happy valentine's day and I love u~~

fishtoolittle Posted Feb 21, 2010, 5:07 am	Hi Mom, It's quiet cold and rainy these few days. Most of the time we stay at home and  have Chinese hot pot for meal. It's full after supper and April decided to go outside to have a walk. There are beautiful festive lights in the park but not many people there tonight because the wind's quite strong and cold.
fishtoolittle Posted Feb 21, 2010, 5:20 am	Hi Mom, Today I followed Leo (April's younger brother-in-law) to go outside. His original plan was taking me to a farm for fun. But it's a rainy day. So he drove me and his friends to a big shopping mall where has a skating rink. We had a good time there.

Luckly we have a sunny weekend and April decided to take me to the Dafu Shan Forest Park. Her husband drove us there. About an hour, we arrived. It is a bit mountain. We rent a bike instead walking. It is a sunny spring Sunday. The plants are begining to leaf. Everywhere's green. It's beautiful.
fishtoolittle Posted Mar 22, 2010, 2:01 am	Hi Mon, It's warm here these few days but April got a cold. Not that serious, she said. So weeken we stay at home instead going outside. April want to try some new dish. We prepare the supper together. First we have soup which contains meat, vegetables, and medicinal herbs. All put in the pot and cook for 2 hours after it boils. Delicious soup will be done. We have chicken and fish for dinner. The chicken is called "Three Cups Chicken", which means it is cooked with a sauce mixed with wine, sesame oil, and soy sauce. April said it was the first time she make it, however, it tasted good.

But I think I would love the original story more. The cinema is in Lucky City where I've be there skating last time. It's 6:00 pm after work. April and I got there first and waited for her husband. We bought tikets first. The poster is big enough and see~~seems that I was in wonderland eighter. After April's husband came, we went to have supper. There is a Korean restaurant there.  The food is delicious. After supper, it's time for the film. On the way to the cinema, I found the ceiling of the building was very nice. See~~

Susan is busy with her thesis so I always with her at the libiary. (We are watching shows for relex~~) (Susan has many books about medium in her dormitory.) (In the classroom~~) By the way, I am going to leave for Beijing these few days (planing tomorrow). Therefore, see you in Beijing next time!

Actually,I want to go back to Beijing because so many interesting places in beijing I've never visit yet. But Rila promised that will bring me to more places both in the US and Beijing.
