lazyfairy Posted Apr 2, 2012, 1:17 am	Took a little trip today to Wisconsin - The land of cheese!  We will have to go back sometime and eat some Cheese Curds! We saw the St. Croix River, and the falls at the dam. It is so peaceful here!
lazyfairy Posted Apr 3, 2012, 12:14 am	Hello!  Today Big Glubschi and I went to the Minnesota Zoo.  Big Glubschi is visiting us from Austria. First, we rode the Monorail Train all over the Zoo.  What a thrill to be flying up above so many animals!  From the Monorail, we saw Moose, Bears, Tigers, Buffalo, Camels and many other animals. I really liked the Tigers, but we didn't want to get too close to a real one.  This statue seemed much safer!  This Zoo has a Farm.  I met lots of fun farm animals.  The baby piglets were so cute, but it was too hard to get a picture of them.  I liked Libby the Cow.  She seemed very interested in us.  She even let me pet her! My favorite animal to visit was the baby chicks.  A few of them looked a lot like me!  Some of them were darker, and some even had stripes! What a wonderful day!  Hoping for another adventure really soon!
lazyfairy Posted Apr 4, 2012, 11:37 pm	I was so upset today!  While we were at the Zoo, I met and played with lots of children, and I got DIRTY!  How terrible!  So when my family went to the Mall today, I had to stay home.  I wanted to cry.  As soon as they left, I got an idea.  I was going to get myself clean.  First I picked out the best smelling soap I could find.  Isn't it cute! Playing in the bubbles was so much fun!  I scrubbed and scrubbed until I was clean as new. I wrapped in a towel to dry.  It was nice and warm, and I had worked hard, so I decided to take a little nap. When my family came home, they brought me a flower to wear.  It's so pretty!  After a spray of my favorite perfume, I look and smell so good. I think I had a better time staying home than I would've had at the Mall.  Next time I'll be ready for an adventure!
lazyfairy Posted Apr 6, 2012, 7:17 am	I finally have my own room!  Much better than being left on the book shelf all night long!  My new friend Big Glubschi help me decorate. It all started with a box. Big Glubschi hung the wallpaper for me because I was just too short.  He really is an awesome friend!  I laid down the carpet.  I picked green because I wanted my room to look like a garden. I really like it!  My egg bed on the left is so comfy and relaxing!  I can't wait to sleep in it!  On the right wall, I have a section for my photos of my friends. The best part of all is that Big Glubschi made a blanket for me.  It's so soft and warm.  Thanks!

lazyfairy Posted Apr 11, 2012, 11:08 pm	I hope that by being a stay at home TV I will get to welcome lots of TVs to my home. Lola Rabbit arrived today!  It was so nice to meet her. I feel bad that she was stuck in her envelope for Easter.  Maybe we'll have to plan a late Easter surprise for her!
lazyfairy Posted Apr 12, 2012, 3:39 pm	Everyone SHHHHH!!! Please, be very very quiet. I felt so bad for Lola Rabbit.  SHE MISSED EASTER!  Poor little bunny was stuck in a package for the only rabbit holiday.  I have a friend who is a rabbit, I know how important Easter is to the floppy ears. Since Lola Rabbit was sleeping in my room, I knew as soon as she fell asleep.  I was ready to get started!  I tried to get Big Glubschi to help, but he only snored.  Milk Chocolate muttered something about tasting German Chocolate and rolled over.  I was on my own. I may be a little TV, but I knew I could make a wonderful Easter surprise all by myself.  With a little cutting and a little sewing, I made a dress for Lola Rabbit.  She was so soundly asleep, I was able to sneak it on her.  You'll have to wait for morning to see how it looks.  I hope she likes pink! Every bunny needs some chocolates for Easter.  I worked very hard picking out the very best for her. I may have fallen asleep for a little tiny bit, but I got all the goodies loaded into her present. I can't stay awake any longer.  I'm going to crawl in bed and get some shut eye.  You go check out Lola Rabbit's Travelog in the morning to see her new dress and her reaction. YAWN!

Today my friends and I went to Hidden Falls Park in St. Paul, Minnesota.  From left to right here we have Big Glubschi, me, Milk Chocolate, and Lola Rabbit. I really liked climbing trees in the forest.  When I learn how to fly, I won't have to climb them anymore.  This cherry tree was so pretty with all its flowers! This is the Hidden Falls that the park is named for.  Water levels are low this year, but I still think it's beautiful!  After our wonderful walk in the forest, we stopped at the beach by the Mississippi River for some sun.  I wish the water was warm enough to go for a swim!  I was so close to a boat, and I wanted to ride so bad. I really love taking my friends out and showing them around!  I hear new friends might be arriving soon and I can't wait!

I have some AWESOME news to share.  Very soon I will be traveling!  I get to go to Walt Disney World!  I'm so happy!!!! I just got to get myself a name tag.  Shopping will be fun!

lazyfairy Posted Jun 11, 2012, 12:58 am	Finally!  I got my name tag, and now I can be on my way to my first adventure!!!  I can't wait! After packing up my things, I said goodbye to my room mate Lola Rabbit.  We've had some great times together, and I'll miss her so much! I go to the post office tomorrow, and then off to North Carolina!
JaymeC Posted Jun 26, 2012, 1:41 am	After a long journey I made it down here to NC. It took Jayme quite awhile to get home from work, so I decided to start exploring and enjoying the flowers some. This is a hardy hibiscus plant in front of JaymeC's home. She arrived before I could make it much further. Right now, it's just me here, but I hope to have some fun updates soon with a few other toyvoyagers!
JaymeC Posted Jun 26, 2012, 1:46 am	JaymeC said it'd been rather cool so far for North Carolina, but this weekend the heat hit with a vengeance so we decided to go find something cool to do. First we stopped by the pool for awhile At the pool here is a splash pad. It's an extra place for the children to play when the main pool is having their safety 15 minutes each hour or if they just don't feel like swimming After everyone got dry, we headed to a nice cool movie. I couldn't take any photos after the movie started, but here's me munching on some popcorn before. We went to see the movie Brave, it was very cute! By the time we made it home there was a surprise waiting for us. Miffie had arrived! We were very happy Miffie arrived safely since the envelope had broken open in shipping and been re-wrapped by the post office. Phew! More soon!

I'm sorry it took so long to update, we have been very busy with packing, but we did manage to take some down time... of course the rest time was almost more tiring than normal work  We headed down to Carolina Beach State Park for a camp out. It took quite a bit of effort to get the tents set up. After getting the tents set up we went on a little walk through the woods and stopped to play some ball. Whew! Then it was time for some food, we got to cooking. Then it was off to bed for the night, we were supposed to have a big day the next day!
JaymeC Posted Jul 18, 2012, 1:19 am	In the morning it was time to get up up up! And off to our surprise visit to the beach! I finally got to see the Atlantic Ocean! This beach is a special one where there's nothing built up near it. You can only drive out onto it and you have to have a special pass (and four wheel drive!) Jayme's car can't make it out here, but her friend invited her out for the Fourth of July. See all the trucks? And behind us are the dunes And finally the Atlantic! The water was nice and warm today. I'm sure I'll have more updates before too long!
JaymeC Posted Aug 16, 2012, 11:43 am	I'm sorry it's taken me so long to update, there's been so much to do! Before our trip, we had one last plan we had to make, which was to celebrate JaymeC's son's birthday. It's the tradition in her home that on your birthday you get to pick the schedule for the whole day. So we started out at one of the local parks. After that we headed over to a place called Monkey Joes where the kids burned off a lot of energy jumping in all the bouncy houses. And finally we were home for some presents and cake! Phew! One more thing done, almost time for our trip now! More very, very soon! Peep

But Jayme said you finally know when you're getting close because you get to stop at the Florida welcome center and have some free orange juice. And lots of people stop at the border just to get a picture next to the welcome sign! More soon, Peep
JaymeC Posted Aug 19, 2012, 10:51 pm	Whew! We finally made it the whole drive to Walt Disney World! Our first day we headed to the most popular of the four parks, the Magic Kingdom. First thing in the morning you get to see the Welcome Show at the Train Station. Mickey and some of his friends come out to welcome you to the park. And then the ropes are drop and you're let in! To get your first sight of the castle. After that we were off. We spent most of our time up in Adventureland and Frontierland. We rode on Splash Mountain, which has a big drop at the end. Here we are in front of the Mountain you drop from. We also rode Big Thunder Mountain, which is a roller coaster that looks like an old mining railroad. Jayme's son didn't like this one much so we didn't do very many other coasters throughout the week. We headed to Tom Sawyer island for a bit to let the kids run around and play Then we cut through the new Storybook Circus to get to Tomorrowland. We stopped to ride Goofy's coaster there. Jayme wasn't too sure about his driving, apparently he crashed his last ride In Tomorrowland we rode the Buzz Lightyear ride And rode the People Mover which takes you around Tomorrowland to see different areas. We were all worn out after our day and decided to head back to the hotel. But we had a lot of fun at Magic Kingdom! We said goodbye from the train station. More soon, Peep
JaymeC Posted Aug 20, 2012, 12:09 pm	Our next day we headed over to the Animal Kingdom. Unfortunately, we didn't spend too much time here since we came mostly so Jacob could take a class about animals as part of the educational services. Here we are at the entrance! And once you get inside, you see the Tree of Life as the center piece of Animal Kingdom. After that we went on the Safari ride. I don't have any pictures of me on the safari, but we did zoom in to see some animals. After the safari class we went on a train ride And then we walked a bit and took a ride on the tricera top spin. Then we headed home for the night because everyone was tired, but we'll have more soon! Two more parks to go. More soon, Peep
JaymeC Posted Aug 25, 2012, 11:34 am	After a couple of days at the parks, we decided to take a 'rest' day so that we could sleep in and not walk so much. Of course, Jayme's idea of a rest day probably differs a bit from other peoples. I know it differed a bit from her husband who didn't think it was very restful at all! But we had lots of fun none-the-less. We started out with some putt-putt golf After that we went over to the new Art of Animation Resort. On the grounds there you can meet various characters from the movie Cars. It looks like it'd be a really need place to spend the night. They also had Nemo, Little Mermaid, and Lion King themed areas but we only went to the Cars one. After that we needed to stop for some refreshments so we headed over to the Beaches and Cream and ordered the kitchen sink. It's a good thing we all shared, because no way anyone could eat this on their own (though Jayme's son wanted to try!) It's eight scoops of icecream plus every topping in the house including a bottom layer of peanut butter and an entire can of whipped cream. Even with two adults, two hungry little boys, and two toyvoyagers we couldn't finish it... More updates soon! Two more parks to go. Peep
JaymeC Posted Aug 25, 2012, 11:42 am	Our next park to visit was EPCOT. Or the Experimental Prototype Community of Tomorrow. It was the second Disney park built and is probably the one with the most walking! Here we are coming in! We actually rode the ride inside the giant ball, it's called Spaceship Earth and shows you how humans have communicated through the ages. After that we headed on over to the Nemo ride. After Nemo we got to meet some of the sharks from the show since they had a small play area there. Then we stopped for a quick lunch on our way into the World Showcase. Nowhere makes it so simple to walk around the World! We had our lunch at the United Kingdom where we grabbed some fish and chips. Then we continued on our tour visiting China Norway And Mexico I forgot to take a picture but we grabbed some dinner in Mexico then waited for the night show Illuminations to start. It was a fun show on the harbor of the World Showcase Lagoon. Then it was time to head back and get some rest before we visited our last park! Peep
JaymeC Posted Aug 25, 2012, 11:52 am	Our last day was at Hollywood Studios! Though Jayme keeps calling it MGM. Apparently that's what it used to be called many years ago, but then MGM and Disney stopped working together and it was renamed. We didn't do too much here since we wanted to sleep in a bit, but we did have fun! Our first stop was the Indiana Jones action show. There's Indy! Here's a zoomed in for you. Then we headed over to the Honey I Shrunk the Kids play area. Where all the humans get to feel like they're the size of a Toy Voyager! Of course, that means us toyvoyagers feel even smaller than normal! Haha, remember what this is? After that we headed over to see the Tower of Terror! Scariest elevator ride ever... If you wimp out at the end of the line and opt not to ride the ride you still have to take an elevator to exit, though it's not a dropping one (we hope!) We stopped in to ride the Rockin' Roller Coaster. These pictures indoors don't come out too well, but it's an indoor coaster about making it on time for a concert, so the music is going the whole time. Finally it was time for the night show, Fantasmic. It's a battle between Mickey and all the Disney bad guys. After that we headed back to the room because we were all pooped! I'm sure I'll post again from Wilmington once I get there, but I hope you liked the Disney World pictures! Peep

My friends and I got all dressed up.  Amie is Goldilocks, BlueBunny is a bag of candy, My.Lumpi is a Jack-o-lantern, and I am a witch. Today we will stay home and hand out candy to all the kids who come to visit us.  I really hope we get to eat the left over candy! Trick-or-Treat! Peep
lazyfairy Posted Nov 23, 2012, 1:36 am	Hello and Happy Thanksgiving! Thanksgiving is an American holiday to help us remember all the things we are thankful for.  My family celebrates with a big meal with the whole family.  We ate turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes, cranberries, buns and pumpkin pie for desert.  I can't believe how much a little toy like me can eat! I am thankful for my wonderful family and for all the friends I have met on my journey. When we got home, it was already dark out.  And it was SNOWING!!  I'm so excited!  I just had to go out and play! It was a wonderful holiday! Love, Peep

I picked out an ornament to put on the tree.  This pink disco ball is very cool. With a little help from my visiting friends, the tree is looking very merry.  I can't wait until Christmas!
