After a rather short trip we arrived in Remscheid, Germany, today. We were welcomed by Katja and some ToyVoyagers: Gaspode, Ellie Muh, Jelle, Charlie Mouse and Drashuven.  We had a lot of fun in our box. It was hard work to leave some chocolates for our host :)

Now I need a nap to reduce the jetlag.

Ttoday we visited Wuppertal. Wuppertal is the neighbour town of Remscheid, located in and around the valley of Wupper river. Wuppertal is the biggest city of the hilly region Bergisches Land, characteristic are its steep slopes, woods and parks and the famous suspension monorail "Schwebebahn". In the 18th and 19th century it was one of the biggest industrial regions on the main land of Europe, a lot of industrial buildings still can be found along river and meadows.

We started our trip at the historic concert hall.

One of the city’s greatest attractions is the suspended monorail, which was established in 1901. The tracks are 8 m above the streets and 12 m above the Wupper River.

Here you can see the city hall.

Here you can see one of many stairs which were built to make it easier for pedestrians to reach the streets along the steep slopes.

This stair led us to a street high above the city centre.

Later we took a trip with the "Schwebebahn". Here you can see me in one of the stations.

Today we helped my Mummy to paint the kitchen walls. We were well prepared :)

http://farm7.static.flickr.com/6068/6140731070_c7ebe0dd9c_o.jpg

Three walls were painted in a colour which was called "Linen", the fourth one was painted in a dark red.

Hi mummy,

today we had a walk through the city.

First I saw a nice church. It's the St. Rupert church, which is a catholic church.

After that I saw two trains standing in front of the "Verkehrsmuseum". It is a part of the biggest museum in munich, the "Deutsches Museum".

Then we went to the Theresienwiese. At the moment there is the "Tollwood"-Festival. You can see the big tents on the picture.
On one side of the Theresienwiese there is a BIG statue. It's called "Bavaria". It is the worldly patron of Bavaria.
It is possible to go inside! But we didn't .

Now I'm really tired. We walked so much!

Hi,

today the weather was so bad.
We stayed at home.

Our host made a very tasty bread.

Then our host wanted to know, what "Fimbles" is. She had a look at the internet and found some videos. "Look! There's me!", I said.

ErikaThemouse was very surprised, that I'm in a video.

A little bit later, the sun came out!

We went to the "Nyphenburger Schlosspark". It is an old park in the west of Munich. It looks very royal.

There's a little lake (we saw ducks there!). We saw the "Nypmphenburger Schloss", some little nice buildings and the "Monopteros".

It was very, very cold and it started snowing again. So we couldn't see the hole park. It's really a big park!

Here are the pictures:

This evening we decorated the christmas tree.

We help very much and it was a little bit difficult because we're so small. We had to climb very often up and down the tree.

We had a lot of fun.

Tomorrow it will be christmas!

HAPPY NEW YEAR!!

We had a great Silvester Party!

First we helped to decorate everything.

In the evening we made Raclette. That was very, very tasty.

At 12 o'clock we counted down and than we saw a very nice firework! It was a little bit loud and it was rainy, but we had a lot of fun!

Afterwards we went upstairs to the flat and had a great party. I had a little bit of sparkling wine. (ErikaTheMouse helped me to climb up). And I tried a real bavarian beer!

On the next day we were very tired!

I wish you a lot of luck and health for this new year.

Today we had a big walk through munich.

It was very cold but it was very interesting.

First we saw the Bavarian Parliament. Then we went to a bridge over the "Isar", the river in munich.

Then we went to the Freedom-Angel. A big golden statue on a big column. That was amazing!

On the way we saw the Villa Stuck, a nice building. There is an art museum in it.

And we saw the "Käfer"-House. There you can buy all the things from Käfer. But's to expensive!

At the end we stood in front of the "Prinzregenten-Theater". There take place many fastivals, concerts and the "Bayerische Filmpreis".

Today I came home from my fantastic trip to Munich. I brought Mini-Woof with me, a tiny ToyVoyager who belongs to my last host kassiopaya. I am sure he will have fun here.
