My mum had a doctor's appointment today, so we drove to Burgdorf. Burgdorf is the next larger city.
We drove by car to Burgdorf. The diddl-mouse next to me is the guardian angel of the car.
Then my mum had to make an allergy test. How colourful she was. :)
Then we drove back with bus. I also had a bus ticket.

This are our pets.
The cat is called Dicker. It is the german word for people who have a couple of pounds too much. So he is really fat. :)
And the budgerigar is called Racker, named after the little Sea Turtle of the movie "Finding Nemo". In english the Sea Turtle is called Squirt.

Dear Mum,
Today Hermann,Frederik and I made a First-May-trip to Bad Lippspringe. The weather was fine, so we could ride with a bicycle. We visited the park from Bad lippspringe. There we saw the ruin of a castle and imagine, Mum, in the river ,called Lippe, in front of the ruin there was a house only for the ducks which live near the river!
Bad lippspringe is full of rivers and sources, one river, we discovered, was called Jordan and one source, Liborius-Quelle.
On our way home we made a rest at a Playground and a big rape field(I am the yellow one with the cap on the photo)

Dear Mum,
today it was raining and raining and raining..,
so I used the time to become aqainted with the animals which live there with hostdad and hostmum.
First I visited Borus, Sia and Milly, three friendly budgies. When you put together the names of Borus and Sia you know which footballclub is the best in the opinion of hostmum...
Then I met Sally and Trixie, the two old dog ladies..
First I was a little bit afraid when I heard that Trixi(the black dog) eats duck with potatoes because she has an allergy against other food, but then Mademoiselle Poupoule comforted me,she said that Trixie was more afraid about me than I about her.

today Hermann and me made a sightseeing tour to Paderborn. Because the sun was shining, we drove by bike.
At first we had a comfotable breakfast, then we watched at  the cathedral of paderborn, the townhall, the Neptun fontain and the famous  window of the tree hares.
We visited the Pader sources and met real ducks and a nice goose
Last but not least an old washing woman showed us, where the people washed their laundry in earlier times.

Störte arrived at home and greeted me warmfully from you. But when he saw Hermann, the other TV, he became a little bit quiet. Imagine Mum,Störte ist St.Pauli fan because of their pirate flag and Hermann is HSV fan. Both clubs were from hamburg and were rivals.
But then Hermann and Störte drank a cup of rum together and became friends and we had the possibility to play a comfort round of throwing dice

Hello Mum

here iam took a picture with traditional music instrument from Bali, called Gamelan Bali.
The Gamelan also have a very stunning woodcut
Gamelan is actually the Javanese word for the bronze instruments, and the music probably came over from Java around the fourteenth century, but the Balinese duly adapted it to suit their own personality, and now the sounds of the Javanese and Balinese gamelan are distinctive even to the untrained ear. Javanese gamelan music is more restrained.
Balinese Gamelan is  highly structured compositions are in fact produced by a group of 25 or more musicians seated cross-legged on the ground at a variety of bronze percussion instruments - gongs, metallophones, and cymbals with a couple of optional wind and stringed instruments tuned either to a five-or (less commonly) a seven-tone scale, and most are performed at an incredible speed. One recent study of a gamelan performance found that each instrumentalist played an average of seven notes per second.

Hello

In the beginning of nextweek , i will leave Bali, to continue my new journey. But before i leave Bali, i must visit Bajra Sandhi Monument, one of the iconic building in Bali.
The architecture of the monument is very unique, taking the shape of Bajra or Genta, a bell that used by Hindu Priests during religious ceremonies. It is also a symbol of the bond between males and females that creates prosperity according to the epic that tells the story of the Gods struggle to get the Water of Eternity.

Every statue and each carving in the monument compound has its own meaning. The whole of the monument symbolizes Mount Mandara where, according to the epic Mahabarath, the Gods had a battle with giants fighting for the Water of Eternity

Hey mom,

The last feww days it has been horrid here; the weather that is! Jemma and I have not been able to do anything fun!

I helped Jemma with her Postcrossing postcards; which was fun. Jemma said that she had made the cards herself. Jemma has two cats; Sam and Gizmo. I thought that I would have a chat with them...However, Gizmo was not impressed! Jemma asked me to help her with making a decision on what her and her mom could have for dinner. Here is me in the freezer looking...it was really cold.

Jemma and I wanted to go out today...however the weather was horrid! Just look at the rain; boy do I miss Bali!

I did hope that it would stop!

So we went back home and Jemma taught me how to knit. Do you see what we did?

Also I thought that I would check up on all my TV friends....
