I am a chicken.  I like grain and other chickens.

I have been told I am about to spread my wings and take off on a fantastic journey.

Good, it's about time...

This is The Ritz, as in 'putting on the....'

If I had more money, some posh clothes and I wasn't a stuffed chicken, I'd go in and have afternoon tea.

Oh well, better luck in my next life.

This is a London Tour Bus.  It's for tourists to go on to look round London.

If I had more money, some posh clothes and I wasn't a stuffed chicken, I'd get on and look round London.

This is Buckingham Palace, home of the Queen.

If I had more money, some posh clothes and I wasn't a stuffed chicken, I'd go in for a cup of tea.

This is St James Park.  It has nice views of Big Ben and The London Eye.  The park has a small lake, St James' Park Lake, with two islands, Duck Island (named for the lake's collection of waterfowl) and West Island.  It was bought as a marsh by Henry VIII, who had it turned into a deer chase. It was opened to the public by Charles II.  There are other interesting facts about it on wikipedia which are probably not printable here.

I came home from school as usual, but when I went to kitchen I noticed something weird, someone had took little bites of our grainbread what no one of us really likes, so a little suspicion woke in me...

Moi!

That is how finnish say "hello", I have learned some finnish words, wich I am pretty proud of.

But now more about last weekend, as soon as I had got some rest after my long journey, Bluefairy took me to a bike trip. We had much fun, even I allmost ate poison berrys and got lost in the woods. It was kind of rainy and cold outside, so I went to sauna when we got back.

It has been raining outside and therefore we have been mostly inside. Conveniently BlueFairy has a examination week in her school, we have done lots of (boooooring) reading, as you can see in the picture, big, endless pages one after another. But because I wont be leaving for awhile we will have time to have fun later.

We went in the yard to get some fresh air after BlueFairy had got home from school, because we have been inside for ages! And as you can see it's really dark in here in autumn practicly all day. And it is funny that even here is cold and dark these folks can still have beautiful flowers groving in their yard...There is not much to do because it is raining all the time, but it is fun to see what is it really like in here in north :)

I had a great weekend, and even it all didint get to the camera (BlueFairy didnt have no idea that her camera would eat so much batteries, but I dont blame her, I had lots of fun).
First we went to a somekind of hut to barbecue and eat, but as people came in and BlueFairy took lots of pictures of everyone the camera quickly run out of batterys at dinner time.
Later that day we went to the shore we passed a big farm, there was near 40 cows! Some of them came to the fence and just stared at us, it was a little scary. I saw a henhouse too, but the chickens were inside, so didn't have a chance to greet them :(

It is raining again, and we have been inside. But I still had quite interesting time, when BlueFairy was in driving school I went to look over upstairs of her house, and I noticed it is not like an average finnish house, they travel so much that their house is full of interesting souveniers...
I visited Spain, Paris, Eqypt and Scotland of the souvenier-world, under you can see some pictures of it

I am enjoyed my visit in Finland but still I was delighted when I noticed Daz is finding me a new home.
It is peacefull and beautiful in here, but still often dark and rainy, because nature is preparing to snow so I think I am ready for my next destination.
Pitty I dont have time to see the snow, it would have been exiting, but it probably starts snowing after a month and by then i will be on my next destination.

I havent heard from Daz, or my becoming journey, but I have a new friend.
I noticed him first time yesterday, he was moaning next to a dusty cup that was ment for food.
So I went to ask him what was wrong, and he told me his name is Olavi and he has been in Estonia, Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Germany with BlueFairy before she had discovered toyvoyagers.com, and now when she have, all she cares about is Niilo and his adventures, despite all they had experienced together, and he show'd me pictures of their journeys.
Then we played that kind of "draw and quess" game together and drank hot chocolate together all night.

Something unexpected happened last weekend, Friday morning, when I woke up, I noticed that ground had got covered by snow over night!
And Saturday morning it just snowed more! Now after two nights everything has covered in white, cold snow.
I have earlier put a picture of the front yard's platings to show how the flowers are (suprisingly) surviving the fall, here is picture of it Friday and Saturday mornings.

Col.Saunders left towards his next destination, what includes finally meeting Niilo (when he got here Niilo had just left the day before) and allso having lots of fun in the form of adventure.
I was delaying Col.Saunders leaving, because I wanted more pictures of him in snow that he much waited, but all the pictures were so blurred, because it has been snowing so much, that I myself would not be able to see what was in the pictures if I wouldn't know.
But anyway Col.Saunders is on his way to his next adventures, and we will probably be hearing from him soon from another user.

It was nice to have him around

Col. Saunders arrived in Helperby today and told Niilo all about his adventures in Finland with BlueFairy.  They then decided on a few trips to take before Niilo moves on.

Col. Saunders and Niilo headed down South to visit Leeds Castle in Kent.  Col. Saunders thought that maybe he was going to see Daz as the train stopped in London, he got over his disapointment when he saw the castle!

Col. Saunders has returned after a lovely Christmas break.  He feels rested and ready for adventure once again (he's even been promised a trip to Spain next month and is very excited).  He and Niilo are preparing for Niilo's departure at the moment so spirits are low and I decided to cheer them up with a trip to Bristol.

They visited the Georgian House Museum which they both found very interesting.

Col.  Saunders has spent the last few weeks brushing up on his language skills.  He is off on his holidays this Friday to Sunny Spain, he and Niilo will be almost fluent by the time they arrive!
