I had one of my last dinners, before I go back to the country.

Abby's mom cooked "Sinigang sa Hipon" and "Galunggong" or Hard-tail mackerel/round scad in english. Both are Filipino dishes. The Galunggong is usually cooked as food for the cats, but we do eat them when we want to eat more.  It is usually pan-fried and served with white rice.
