Hi Mum,

This evening we went to quilting group but as we were sitting there we heard the beating of drums and cymbals so off we went to investigate.

It was Chinese New Year and there was a celebration at one of the local restaurants with the dragons!

I think the dragons are eating the food they have been offered!

Ohhhh!! The dragons are coming!!
I was quite safe Mum - it was very noisy though with all the banging of the fire crackers, Sue had to cover my ears!!!
