Hello Kyoko!
Finally I had a small excursion in the center of Moscow. I visited Red Square!

Red Square is a city square in Moscow. The square separates the Kremlin, the former royal citadel and currently the official residence of the President of Russia, from a historic merchant quarter known as Kitai-gorod. As major streets of Moscow radiate from here in all directions, being promoted to major highways outside the city, Red Square is often considered the central square of Moscow and all of Russia. |
At the second photo you can see
Saint Basil's Cathedral one of the most beautiful cathedrals in Russia. Legend held that Ivan IV blinded the architect so that he could not recreate the masterpiece elsewhere.
The cathedral has been part of the Moscow Kremlin and Red Square UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1990.
You can`t enjoy the whole beautifulness of it because of the weather, but if I`m able I`ll come here when the sun will shine
