Hosts Home, Australia - 13th May 2008

Antonio and myself went exploring outside while the other Toyvoyagers did their own thing.
1st we came across Meleleucas tree. I have to admit, gum leaves arenít very nice to eat!

The view across the river which is at the bottom of the cliff I am standing on, is amazing. I could have sat there for hours listening to the birds, watching the cows graze in the paddocks and watching the clouds drift by.

Next stop was the seed house. This is where Samís husband is turning wheat and barley seeds into grass. It takes about a week for the seeds to grow into yummy, juicy grass for the animals.

We helped Sam prepare a tray of seeds. We will take a follow up photo in a weeks time.

This is a super spreader. It spreads seeds and fertilizer over the paddocks.

The hay baler! Looks like there is still a bale of hay from last year!

Last stop was the Fig tree. The only fruit tree that is fruiting at the moment. Sam let us eat as many as we wanted, I think I might have eaten too many though!
