Hi Mum,

wow, what a busy day yesterday! After eating a nice meal (pancakes! Yummy!!!) my host mum took me with her to her university in Tübingen. Between the lectures, we had some time to look around.

Tübingen is a very old city with a very old university. I took a couple of pictures in front of the river Neckar. The yellow house with the little tower you can see in one of the pictures is called the "Hölderlinturm". It's the tower the poet Friedrich Hölderlin spent most of his life living in. I saw the old university building and the town hall and then my host mum bought me a frozen yogurt and we sat down on a small peninsula surrounded by the Neckar. It was really nice there. We could watch the boats called "Stocherkähne" go by and relax and eat!! 

In the evening I had to accompany my host mum to a couple of lectures. It wasn't very interesting for me. I got really bored and fell asleep... I'm going to update again very soon,
