Hello there!
As Easter approaches, I have already learned much about traditions in Austria- as for yesterday, it was Green Thursday, which is the day when Austrians traditionally paint their Easter Eggs. This tradition can be traced back to the Middle Ages
Well, beofe we started to paint the eggs, we of course wanted to get some hints on how to color them perfectly- so we spoke to the one and only Easterbunny himself - who gave us really good advice
We started by unpacking the eggs and then continued by awing- because we were quite taken aback by the large number - there were as many as 30!!!
Well, that was when we realized that we had much work to do, so we immediately put them into hot water to hard boil them. Then I read through the instructions of the color, and realized that we had a bit of spare time- that was when Mr. Curious and I decided to decorate ourselves- Easter Style
We did not have too long, before we had to get the color ready, and put the eggs in it (They were quite heavy to lift, but they looked so pretty I loved every minute of it) When they had been long enough in the color, we pulled them out again, andstarted decorating them even more by putting pictures on them I loved how pretty all the eggs looked, even though each of us made them differently
