Hello Mummy!

Today I got my first Yoga lesson in my life!

Bierle, a resident plushy was our teacher. He said before you can do Yoga you have to meditate. After a short ooooooooooooom we started with the "dog". I managed it quite good, only sometimes I jiggled to the side  Next position was the "Cobra". No, not dangerous, Mummy! It is just a position where you must put the head into neck and breath deeply. And I did! I am a very good breather!
After we finished we relaxed some minutes.

Oh, what a good feeling!
