This is the sculpture "Scuffling Boys" („Balgende Jungen“ by the Osnabrück sculptor Gerd Ruwe) on "Jacobsonplatz" in town Seesen(Harz) in Lower Saxony/ Germany. A nice place for a photo! ^^
