Yeah... I thought we need a thread like that...
I think it's always interesting to see what other people read, and so you can get some ideas which book you want to read next I think...
I love reading and so I'm always interested in new and good books.
At the moment I read "The Hunger Games" by Suzanne Collins in English.
This is a triology, and I've already red the books in German and this is such an awesome and catchy book... one of the best I've ever red... and so I decided to read the first book again in English.
So tell me what you read....

I am reading "Metro 2033" written by Dmitri Glukhovski, a novel describing life in the Moscow Underground after a nuclear war.

I'm reading "Winona's Web" written by Priscilla Cogan! It's a story about a indian woman, who decides to die! Because her daughter, thinks her mother is carzy she sends her to the psychologist Meggie. But it's more a lesson for Meggie about life and death!
It's a real good book I think and you get a new sight on life and death!

I'm reading "Thunder Dog" by Michael Hingson. Its about a blind man who was in the World Trade Center on September 11, 2001 with his guide dog, Roselle. A truly amazing story

"Jane and the barque of frailty" by Stephanie Barron.
Humm.. this is one of the "Jane Austen Mysteries" series - kind of semifictional series where Jane Austen is the central character.
The books are written in very autenthic regency period style and language, and the story frames in the books - the dates and general lines of happenings are from the Jane Austens real life, as well as the nearest cirkle of people around Jane, but the rest is imagination.
Because rather little is known about Janes private life the author has filled some gaps and put Jane to do sleuthing in autenthic surroundings and cultural settings of those times..

Tons and tons of boooooooring articles for my seminar work. 
And a wonderful book by Seth Grahame-Smith called "Pride and Prejudice and Zombies" 
Elizabeth Bennet and Mr Darcy are fighting against zombies in this entertaining masterpiece.

Last week I read „Ich bremse auch für Männer“ by Janet Evanovich. A nice lovestory with a bit of murder.
And my favorite one from last year is: Blackout by Marc Elsberg. It is about a terror attack on the European electric system. Very creepy cause it sounds so true and possible…
